This anime hugs the soul, it has ups and downs that is grounded in the fantasy world.
Every character has depth and you either want to hate them or adore them with all your life.
The bonds that formed and got broken brings tranquility to the path of good story telling.
My favorite character is Paul Greyrat, has flaws and all but still a good parent and always tries his best for his family.
Animation and Music is also beautifully constructed that fits perfectly in every scene.
This anime goes in the treasure box indeed. Can be opened every now and then and appreciate the

This show was Gundam: Therapy Edition, where every character had trauma, but instead of deep, war-driven PTSD like in classic Gundam, it was just a messy pile of daddy issues, corporate abuse, and emotional instability plus battle the Patriarchy. Instead of the usual war veterans dealing with war trauma, G-Witch gave us a cast that needed therapy more than a Gundam. You came for brutal mecha warfare and got family drama, corporate corruption, and characters with abandonment issues. Maximized by DEI money.
One thing is for sure. A lot of checkboxes were checked. 💀 Gaeg Checked Femboi Checked Lesb Checked Girlboss vs Patriarchy Checked Fato Girl Checked Emotionally bipolar ... Oct 25, 2024
