I wanted to watch more Ova's from the 80s and found this one thinking it was from the 80s. But then I noticed it was from the 90s which kinda surprised me because it looks like an anime from the 80s. The concept of the story was good but the execution was kinda bad and the characters lacked real emotion.
The animation looks like it is from the 80s but it has a charm to it I enjoyed the art of this anime but it is still far from being the best animation I have seen.
The voice acting sounded weird to me I'm not sure

This is as crazy as it sounds my favorite anime of all time it's just a nice chill anime to watch I've personally watched it a bunch of times over it's perfect no over the top action no real reason to anything it's just a nice Show kinda has a depressing and dreamy feel to it and I really enjoy that.

When you just finish Naruto and pick up this show you will be disappointed and to be honest, this show just isn't good at the start but it does get better over time and it's pretty good today not great but it's good.
