Link click is arguably the one of the most unexpected shows I've come across.
Chinese anime has been on the rise in past 3-4 years with a lot of shows coming out ranging from esports focused The King's Avatar to historical wuxia like Modao Zushi, while quite a few of them were pretty solid on their own they all lacked that one element that could make them truly stand along with the topnotch japanese anime. Link click while in no means a perfect show but the first 5 episodes are one of the closest thing to that I've seen. The plot itself is not much complex ... at all. Simply if you read from the synopsis it's about a couple of dudes ( AND THERE IS NO BL) who can go inside photos at the time when it was taken. Now that sounds like any classical time manipulation show but what truly makes this one stand out is the really unexpected emotional element, The show itself is mostly episodic where the main duo (or trio you can say) take requests from customers and go back in the photos to help them in various ways i won't go into detail as to what kind of assignments they get or what the constraints of their power is because that will definitely spoil some of the fun but you can be rest assured that the best part of this show lies in it's simplicity yet making the most out of it. Not to mention the cliffhanger at the end of almost every episode combined with the ed that drops hard af makes you watch the next episode really hard.

What Link Click actually has that makes it so beautiful to watch is the soul, you can actually see the passion of the screenwriters and showmakers that went through writing all those stories for the episodes. Each story tells about a different person and their life and what they went through while at the same time it doesn't completely turns into a tearforcer but instead leaves a lot of the emotional elements for the viewers to take as they desire and doesn't lose focus on it's thriller/mystery element. As I said before the first 5 episodes clearly blew me out, when i started watching i, it was just on whim and wasn't even expecting to go past 2 or 3 episodes but the hooking element of the show is really not to be underestimated. The show does take a dip after episode 5.5 and the arc after that is not as solid as previous one but the final closing arc specially the final episode is great that not only wraps everything up in a good emotional way but also has a little something at the end which pretty much confirms a 2nd season.

The bgm is really nice and keeps the continuity of themes of the show and both op and ed is great. Specially the ed clearly syncs with those cliffhangers at the end of each episodes. Visuals aren't extravagant but as the show isn't action focused they turn out to be pretty nice and handfighting and martial arts scenes are done pretty well as a matter of fact.

Overall if you're even a little bit into mystery/thriller genre then i will say this is a must watch. Highly recommended and even more so if you're into actual soulful shows.

Tl;dr This is a very enjoyable show even if you don't like music genre and is definitely worth watching.

In my case it was like came for story stayed for music and visuals although that doesn't mean story is bad or anything. Carole and Tuesday is a story about two girls named after the title of this anime living on Mars after it has been colonised(elon musk heavy breathing) and finding their way into music industry. First few episode start off very good with girls trying to sync their chords, looking for ways to gain popularity(via Instagram coz probably they are sponsoring this show) and gaining ... attention of allies and people gradually. Also another main thing(enemy? maybe...) in the story is A.I. Most of the music is being made by A.I. (which doesn't seem way too far in future to me).

Story and Characters:
I think you know what story is about by now and in case of characters besides Carole and Tuesday there is a another Main-ish character with significant screen time(presumably) being Angela who is shown to be fighting her way against A.I. and a glasses dude who is all in for all AI no human future. Tuesday is shown as a timid and shy girl and Carole as a tomboy. Supporting characters also are quite entertaining. Gus being a drunkard who starts to get back on track after seeing the raw talent of these girls and Roddy being idgaf but i take the opportunity if it comes person and trying to mutually benefit by investing in Carole and tuesday.

Audio Visual:
This is the main reason why I like(almost love) this anime. Animations are on point. Cities,trains, stage designs are all look awesome. Music is marvellous. Every song up until now(highly likely later on too) including op and ed was in English and oh man they were awesome. Even the non vocal songs like Ertegun's DJ is ear pleasing to listen to. This amazing music combined with great stage design makes every performance to look forward to( there's 1 performance of carole and tuesday per episode on avg. but there are other people performing too and their songs feel awesome as well. )

Overall:
This is a must watch even if you're like me and know nothing about music you'll definitely enjoy it.

TL;dr Don't waste your time on this. This show has absolutely nothing to offer except boredom.

Story:
Minor spoilers for first episode ahead.
Shoumetsu toshi which roughly translates to Lost City is a story about a City and it's residents disappearing out of nowhere. A girl named Yuki is the only survivor and then there's a guy with a scooter who does whoknowswhat delivery work. He is requested by some scientific dudes (who do experiment on Tamashi of the people who disappeared in along with the city) to deliver this girl Yuki into the lost city because they think her father is alive. Now plot is not completely ... horrible and if it was executed even remotely decently it could've been a somewhat not so boring and frustrating to watch but unfortunately it is. Not a single thing about the mystery element of the story progresses in any possible direction. Past on screen events are thrown into dump and overall it's a pile of boredom.

Characters:
Not a single character is likeable. Main characters Takuya and Yuki are absolutely pain in the eye to watch. Yuki looks and behaves like a spoiled runaway child acting like a chicken leeching for sympathy. Takuya is even more annoying, a very bad mixture of Haruko from FLCL and Emiya shirou from FSN would be pretty appropriate
to describe him. And yeah side characters are even less significant.

Audiovisual:
CGI is horrible. Takuya's scooter chase was like playing NFS on a 1995 PC with 5fps. Also there's no synchronization between sound and scene of the anime. First it fails to produce a hype moment then an overhyped music starts playing 2 seconds later which makes the already awful scene look even worse.

Overall:
There are plenty of good animes in this world. Don't waste your time on this. It neither have a even remotely decent story nor is audio visually acceptable.

Hoshi no Koe is a 25 minute movie/ova by Makoto Shinkai and Comix wave . The scarcity in budget can be traced not only from bad animations or character designs but also from the fact that except for music almost most of the staff work script,character design, animations, direction and production was done by Shinkai himself and the production team, even the VAs were very limited. But that doesn't stop it's heartfelt and very "realistic" story from touching viewer's emotions.

Story- 9.5/10

Hoshi no koe is ... set in future where space exploration is booming. People from all over the world are recruited for space expeditions and to fight against other alien like creatures from whom all these technologies are derived which led the human space technology in the state it is now.
The story focuses on 2 junior high school students Noboru and Mikako who, as many others, fall in love with each other. But then after graduation Mikako is selected as to join the space expedition to Mars and if situation arises, to fend off aliens inhabiting the place. The story however isn't focused on these fights, explorations and aliens. It's complete focus is on the relationship of these two. Before Mikako leaves earth they decide to be in touch via mails and continue their long distance relationship. But as you might know, nothing can travel faster than speed of light and sadly, not even human emotions. As the distance between them grows, literally but not emotionally, they're faced with cruel reality as the only link connecting them glows dimmer.
Earlier I used the word realistic because the concept is derived from something really plausible which makes the emotions even more spontaneous.

Characters- 8.5/10
There are just 2 characters. I mean not just 2 main characters but 2 characters overall in whole 25 minutes of the movie. But instead of having it exploited as it's weakness, Hoshi no koe uses it in it's advantage by giving great character development to these two. Both Mikako and Noboro go through a lot of changes through the years, but Noboru's character development is especially perceivable, he tries to suppress his emotions and hides his helplessness by pretending to an adult and trying to blend in the society but deep inside he knows himself that nothing can fill that empty void inside of him. Mikako too, as she goes to the places no human has ever went before, sees new places, sceneries so beautiful that can't be described in words but none of it seems to put her heart at ease as the simple rain in July after the school on earth with Noboru did.

Animations - 4/10
Here I wish that it had good animations. This is only part that lets it down. Character designs also are not good. Only good thing in animations are the sceneries( the one on earth specially). It uses Cgi for most of the space scenes in motion and that cgi is bad (still not as bad as berserk 2016).

Music - 8/10
There isn't much music, but where it is, it's executed perfectly. The inserted song at the ending melts perfectly with the ending and left me frozen momentarily.

Overall- 8/10
Even though it's quite short, 25 minutes, being the length of a single episode of an anime, it still manages to be better and convey much more emotions than many of the full length animes of this category. I highly recommend it. If you like the likes of Kimi no na wa then you'll probably love this too. Give it as try you won't regret it.

How powerful a 6 digit number can be?
Well,if it's 177013 or Henshin/Metamorphosis then there's no limit to it.

Celebrated not only by the doujin/hentai fans but even by the people who have never read doujin.Nothing feels as beautiful as a newcomer asking for sauce on 177013 meme(not knowing what he has done) and then seeing him suffer till eternity after reading it.

OK enough of the jokes, lets get into an unbiased review.

Story
Pinned down by many as the tragedy of the century the actual story is pretty decent for a doujin.I'll sum it up in few lines.
Yoshida Saki on her day of graduation from middle school realises ... that she hasn't made a single friend and lived a pretty lonely and monotonic life till date.She wasn't able to mix up with her colleagues and was always casted aside.

That day she says that she won't take it anymore.She goes home tells her mother to teach her makeup.

After that all the girls in her class approach her and she goes out with them and meets a F-boy while at a magazine shop.Since she hasn't had any experience with people she easily fell prey to him and lost her virginity and took the F-boy as true love.After that the F-boy uses her to earn money for drugs and makes her a drug addict too.One day her dad gets crazy by not being able to pay debts and fornicates her daughter and tells her mother that she tempted him too after which her mother slaps her and throws her out of the house and she starts living with the F-boy who makes her into a prostitute and one day throws her out of the house when she's not able to make enough money.Then she gets pregnant and for some reason decides to keep the baby and starts saving money for the baby but one day where she kept the money, people attacked her assuming that she's been stealing the money since someone like her couldn't save this amount.They thrash her and take her money.While dying she sees herself in the mirror and thinks of her as on the graduation day that what she did wrong?

The story is far from great and has it's flaws.But some intellectuals have taken the responsibility of it and it is them because of whomst we see comparisons of 177013 and Oyasumi Punpun. Which is utterly absurd.The level of character development and world building which Punpun has can never be achieved by a doujin.

Art
The doujin part and sex scenes are well drawn and characters are drawn fairly well too.

Character
Yeah, I've written Character not Characters because the only character that has some development is Yoshida Saki.The story completely revolves around her and all the other characters have no development at all.All other characters are purely one dimensional like NPC's who are programmed to do only one job and they've no back story at all.

Final Verdict
177013 has decent story and fairly well drawn art but is made famous only by the meme industry.Therefore I've given it a score that reflects it's legacy as well.

"At this point it's not even worth talking about"

It started in summer 2014 with the first adaptation of Tokyo Ghoul Manga airing. The anime remained faithful to the manga and the story itself was interesting combined with some gore and it attracted a large audience and ratings were good too. Both manga readers and anime only watchers were happy.
Then came the √A. Now in the first season they had 12 episode and serialized about 50 chapters of manga that is good. But in second season they still went with 12 episode series but decided to finish it there. Now the ... options were either to compress 94 chapters in 12 episodes or change the story and omit some details and they went with the later which left the manga readers furious.

Fast forward 3 years, in spring 2018 came the adaptation of tokyo ghoul:re , now the RE manga itself was a bit tricky because fight scenes were not very well drawn and for some reason the author decided to revive every dead character. Now the anime adaptation decided to completely forget about the √A and assume that everyone has read the manga which was definitely not the case and this time it left every anime only watcher confused and scratching their head because they don't know most of the things that happened in the second half of the Tokyo Ghoul which Studio Pierrot decided to throw in dump.

And finally 4 years later after the starting of Tokyo Ghoul we've reached the bottom of the pit after descending every level for 4 seasons. That's right I'm talking about the Tokyo Ghoul:re season 2. Now with this one they had the same situation as in √A either follow the manga by compressing it or write it on your own like they did in √A. But they thought hey we've already done the later now lets try the former and not much to say they failed miserably. This time they somehow managed to make both manga readers and anime only watchers angry, confused and disappointed. Anime only watchers didn't even know what was going on half the season and manga readers were very disappointed with the terrible pacing.

Story: 4/10

(Just read the manga if you're curious about the story)

The story does follow the manga but at the same time it doesn't with almost every detail getting omitted which leaves characters as hollow as 1 dimensional objects with no development at all.

Characters: 1/10
There is no character development. WIth almost every character getting revived we have about 3 times more characters than episodes which leaves no development to anyone at all.

Sound: 5/10
Only the OP by TK was good, rest of the osts were of the same quality as the anime.

Animation: 6/10
The animations were pretty ok compared to the previous season.

Overall: It's like a disappointment which everyone predicted and it came out to be just that way.
