The alternative method of using healing is interesting, but beyond that it doesn't have much to recommend it. Also, most of the characters change their personality/beliefs seemingly at random. The MC feeling passionate about his role in the healing squad after being abducted and tortured is... hard to believe. The enemies converting to the MC's side after being defeated are... hard to believe. The "Hero" Passionately engaging in battle after being the only member of the Isekai crew to actually question them being kidnapped and forced into war is hard to believe. People do change, and I'm not saying these character developments are impossible, but

The concept is interesting and the art is pretty good, but if you're the sort of person who looks for enjoyment or a message from a story this manga is not a good pick.
The entire manga seems to be built around the concept of suicide being an unforgivable sin, and that if you kill yourself everything bad afterwards is somehow your fault. Even if we ignore the author blatantly insulting those suffering from depression, the manga does not give any conclusive ending or catharsis.
