Well let me just say : I gave it 10/10 but It's not a 10/10 (my rating system is complex and weird..) consider it as a 9.5/10 (:

This movie is not for everyone. You will often hear things like "the movie is boring .. blah blah" , well that's the kicker. The movie indeed moves slowly but the evolution is there. It depends on your type of thing and what you want from a movie.

Many people look at it to the same way they look at shonens for instance, in the description it says "Slice of life" and Slice of life anime ... are meant to be slow and boring for some (: What I wanna say is that, if you consider yourself a fan of this style, give it a go.

Let's just start with the actual review shall we.

Story: 9/10. It almost made it.. but it didn´t. The story is basically your typical girl that founds her love in life and gives everything for it. Pretty usual. People claim about how "unreal" this is, but I've seen it happening in real life .. many times .. peole giving up on studies and school to raise a family. So that's not the prob. The prob comes afterwords you see, some things felt really weird at some point. There is one special moment right at the beginning where a certain thing (a pretty important one) happens all of a sudden and they it happened was definately not well thought/executed. It's a one time only though as the rest of the movie goes way smoother and much more defined. I can´t go into much detail without spoiling it so bear with it.

The story itself is rather interesting because the fact that Hana, our main character, has to raise 2 children, that happen to be some sort of werewolf makes the story more interesting, at least for me. It makes the normal events .. less normal :)

Art : 10/10. It's not at Ghibli's level (11/10) but it's close. The extreme detail in the backgrounds makes this anime really pleasent to watch. Not only that but the movement and fluidity of the anime are really astonishing. 5 seconds into this movie and I already knew this would have an amazing animation quality, and it did !

Sound : 8/10. Well overall the sound does make it's job, sets up the environment but it's kinda weak. It's there, but you barely notice it. It's a small problem though considering that you will be paying attention to the movie most of the time but there are times when you think to yourself "Damn a good soundtrack would be the nail in the coffin". I did not get too bothered with this, but that's just me ^^

Character: 10/10. For one simple reason : They're interesting. While Hana is our typical super mom, the perfect mother that does everything she can for her children, its still nonetheless a nice character to watch. But the real kicker here are the kids. For the most part of this movie, we won´t be seeing much of them, as they are not the main characters, but we see the change later on, once they grow up. We get to see the struggles they face in their lives as well as a differentiation between the 2 brothers. That causes some interesting conflict and made the second half of this movie much more interesting.

We get to know the characters, what they feel and why they do what they do. I was surprised how the movie pulled this of. In a hour or so they've managed to give a deep develop to both this kids without forgetting Hana.

Enjoyment: Again this will depend a lot, I personally found the anime quite entertaining, and no that's not because I'm a noob, that's because I like this kind of thing. The movie is indeed slow I'm not gonna lie, but it didn´t feel rushed and I always thought that they were spending their time where they should.

Basically the first hour of this movie is the build up for the big finale when everything gets resolved. I must tell you one thing. I've seen countless drama anime already, yet this one was the only one who made me cry .. that's why I'm giving this anime such a high rate, actually the highest on my list at the moment.

I do give a ton of value to the feelings that an anime can give. And in 2 hours this movie made me care enough for Hana, in fact so much that in the end, I was actually happy for her .. god sake I wasn´t crying because it was sad, I was crying because she was happy.. That's something I would never thought it was possible.

In short, should you watch it? Depends .. are you the type of guy that likes slice of life anime? Then please give it a go. If not .. well either you like it or you will hate for how slow it is. Even then I reccomend it.

Before we start two things I would like to mention :

-This review will be short. (Spoilers free)
- This review will feature each Kara no Kyoukai movie (excluding Mirai Fukkin only).


Few to no anime manages to reach a certain level of complexity that this one does. Being a short series composed by 7 movies (some of them 40 min long) Kara no Kyoukai is an anime about a peron named "Shiki Ryougi" and how she deals with the life around her.

And no, it's not a slice of life type of show, you see, Shiki Ryougi is everything except normal, in every aspect ... you can think off..


Story : 9/10. Kara no Kyoukai has a solid story (for the most part), the thing is, it gets messy quite easily. If you don´t keep your attention throughout the entire movie you will be losing the trail of it. If you decide to follow the series by their date of release (which I totally reccomend) then you will be feeling that sometimes you will be compeletly lost. They try to explain themselves but sometimes you gotta rewind the video so that you can read again what they said and actually think about it, unless if you don´t care about detail and just wanna have a general idea about the all thing.


That's a good point and a bad point at the same time. For a series that can be quite bad because some viewers are not into that kind of thing, rewinding a video just to make sure everything is clear. They might just drop it. But if you are one of those guys that actually enjoys to know everything about the show they're watching then I think you will have quite a nice time with this one (at least I did).

Aside from that, the story takes different sides as you progress in the movie, while Shiki remains the protagonist in all of them, the rest of focus changes from movie to movie. This makes the story less repetitve and still not losing it's "identity". I mean the story is still about Shiki, you just get the chance to hear and watch other characters as you move along instead of only 1 or 2 characters like some series do.

Now exploring multiple characters usually means one thing : They will fuck it up.. most of the times they do ! Either because they didn´t develop well some of the characters and so the series or that specific part of the series was crap, or they spend way too many time with secondary characters and forget about the main ones. Kara no Kyoukai gets away by placing Shiki in the center of everything. She literally is the plot device for any other story (maybe movie 6 is the one who doesn´t follow this rule, but that's because that's the only movie where Shiki isn´t our main protagonist).

As for the pace, I consider it quite good. Slow when explaining the plot and the characters, fast when moving foward. This series do not seem to waste their time here. Every single second seems important and entertaining !

The story is structured (if you follow the order of release) in a way that you discover tiny pieces of the story in each movie so that you can get to the very end, movie 7, and understand the all thing. On top of that, they end up with this specific movie, the last one "Kara no Kyoukai: Shuushou" which for me was just the cherry on top of the cake. 30 Minutes of awesomeness :D

For last, the story itself. It's hard to find an original theme these days, as most of the action anime out there repeat themselves over and over .. the protagonist is usually someone who lost somebody and is know trying to get revenge or fighting for others or some kind of shit .. or they usually have some problem to deal with.

Kara no Kyoukai doesn´t entirely move away from this standards, but makes them a little bit different. Our main character is not trying to resolve anything .. isn´t trying to help anyone as well .. she is trying to find herself.. as I said at the beginning, this series are about Shiki's life and how she deals with the world around her. Now what problems does she face? That's up to you to discover ;)

I can just say, you will get amazed. Along with the fantasy this anime also speaks about themes such as : death (what is death, what is the void, what is after it etc), suicide (is it wrong to commite suicide, why we want to commite suicide, is there any advantages ..), mind control (how we, humans, can get controlled, how can our minds be fooled so easily), love (of course (: ) and for last, dreams(are they worth being chased, what are the costs, etc ..)

My point is, this series aren´t just about some guys fighting the evil .. it's beyond that.

Art / Animation : 9/10

Kara no Kyoukai has strong points on this one.. The first one being the pallet used. Bright colours that contrast with Shiki's. Everything seemed to be made around her, and you clearly notice that. She was designed so that she always takes your attention when you look at the screen, yet the background is what contrasts more (she is pale, white tones, what makes her stand out are the clothings or the eyes, while the background usually is much more bright). The art is pretty generic for ufotable's work. Still pretty shitty at dwaring faces ..

Another thing they do get right though, were the covers, oh my god those covers .. so awesome :O

About the fight scenes .. well we all know Ufotable for their superb fight scenes .. Kara no Kyoukai is no exception.. they're spectacular. Full fo detail, pretty and sweet animations, Kara no Kyoukai just meets the standards for any fight scene. Still below Fate's level though :D

Sound : 10/10.

Composed by Yuki Kajiura, what else could we expect .. srsly .. you start the movie with Kara no Kyoukai's intro, no talk, no nothing, just a background and the music starts playing .. right from the back I could tell this would be a great series just because of the soundtrack. and I was right (: Pretty much every trakc fills it's needs, if there is action, let's put some kickass music, if you're looking for drama, let the sad musics take place. They've got you covered, as well as the animation, they did a good job with Kara no Kyoukai's themes .. and oh god the endings .. each movie has it's own ending .. and oh my they were amazing .. what a magnificient way of ending a movie like this .. no words to describe those 5 minutes of ..


Characters : 9/10. Really short, each one is well defined and developed. Some series don´t pull it off with 2-3 characters but Kara no Kyoukai does it with many more. Unlike other movies, the characters don´t feel as generic, they have their shiny thing that distinguishes from your normal side characters. As for our second main protagonist (I haven´t mentioned him yet xD), Kokutou, Mikiya, I think you can consider your generic good guy. Though at least he is not as dumb as other generic good guys out there cough* Emiya *cough .. he has a little bit of sense and will be the pilar for Shiki's problems during the series.

The relation between this 2 is quite entertaining and intriguing. Even though it's never the main focus in any of the first movies, it's still there .. it's still present. You always have their relation in mind when the fight scene comes even though we only had 10-15 min of development in that movie.

But the star of the show, with no doubt is, Azaka Kokutou, Mikiya's sister.... jokes aisde, Shike made it all worth. This 7 movies would be just another generic action anime without her. She has to be one of the most complex characters I've seen so far, yet she is always looks so simple, so elegant. It's a pleasure just looking at her with her divine design. We can tell how much work they've put into her because everything seems to fit, the sound track, the art, the colors used, everything seems it was made to max out, to extract every single drop of awesomeness out of her. I don´t wanna spoil you a thing, I promised it would be a spoilers free review so I can´t go any longer. Though I can assure you she will be one of the hardest anime characters to understand. And that my friends, is something that I approve. Most of the times you watch a movie or so for the climax, for that fight scene really asweomse cough* every shonen out there * cough which is a shame because the rest of the show will be boring or at least not has good. But thanks to Shiki's personality, Kara no Kyoukai has both.

Enjoyment : 10/10. It is rare for me to give a 10/10. I'm a nitpicky person, at the minimal mistake I blame the anime for days and decide to not give it a 10/10. But this one deserves, come on event he fucking credits scene was delightful to assist. From the very first second to the very last, this series built up their story around Shiki so that in the end .. yes you gessesd it. The end of this show culminates in a fantastic ending in my opinion, honestly I tried to predict the ending and I failed, pretty badly. Intense, deep, sad, happy, a mix of emotions I didn´t know what to feel .. but I do know something.. I felt the "void" .. that feeling of "What I'm gonna do with my life now" when you end a really good series .. that's one of the feelings I want endings to have , and for me, Kara no Kyoukai's ending nailed at it.


Overall: 9/10. Even though the 7th and 5th movie could be considered some what like a 10/10 I still can´t deny that there is that 6th movie (I don´t understand why this one exists in the first place, probably to cash in some money) and that the others movies, even though they were great, they were not 10/10 movies. They relied too much on the 5th and 7th movie (this movies in some way concluded certain parts of the story). By any means the other movies are bad, they're just not as good, and in my opinion, not worthy of a 9/10 rate, close though.


So really short, Kara no Kyoukai is not your typical action anime, it mixes elements from psychological anime, drama, romance, fantasy, and combines them into one single anime .. an amazing series in my opinion and if by any chance you've watched Fate series, then this one is a must. Sometimes we ask ourselves : Why am I watching this anime?


I found my answer while I was discovering this rare artefact.

The answer is : There are boobs, a lot of them. Also the MC gets the chance do grab them all.. The dream actually.

This anime really does well at being an ecchi series. It's an example that anime every should follow. Randomness situations where the MC gets the chance to get in touch with the boobs.

I mean, half of each episode we watch our MC doing stuff with the girls' boobs .. no wait it's the other way around, the girls ... are the ones who make things with the MC involving their boobs (no they didn´t clean anything with it .. yet .. )

Seriously why this is not an hentai series? It would be so much better being an hentai series. If someone tells me that they watch this anime not because of the boobs, but because of the characters / plot I wouldn´t believe.

About the plot, there isn´t any. Basically we watch our MC picking up this monster girls and gather them in his house. Conveniently each one of this girls falls in love with their "guardian", which in this case is our MC. So basically each episode he colects girls that will fall in love for him and they have to prove that they deserve him so that they can marry him.

Well yeah .. the girls have to show somehow that they deserve our MC as their partner.

SO, let's understand this :
-We have a MC that lives by himself.
-We have 6 hot girls that love our MC
-They all live together..

Result: Hentai. Yet this anime is not an hentai so .. yeah basically this series sucks. I mean the only good thing is that if you are a guy, you will get turned on each episode. I'm not lying since literally he is there haging around with his girls, grabbing her boobs, being in "situations that normally would lead to sex" too often, of course a guy can´t hold it.

And if you think i'm over reacting .. go watch yourselves.

Well about the art, I actually like it. The design of each character is cute. The background is not the best but nothing horrible. The sound is weak. The opening is nothing special so as the tracks. But I do love voice acting, 10 points for that.

The character are boobs. Literally. Except for that harpy .. but well she is a loli so.. the characters are not that different from each other. But I do admit, they are funny to watch. Especially Miia, our snake girl. I do like her ^^

Another huge problem with this series is the lack of an ending .. literally. There is no end. So, we have no story, no characters, no ending, what the hell do we have? Boobs. A lot of them. Our main character will do everything that he could possibly do with boobs except a boobjob, if you know what that is, because this series is rated as a ecchi series instead of a hentai series. It's really disappointing you know, I was expecting at least a decent ending but not even that, it seems that they fucked on the public that actually wanted a story and only kept adding boobs to the screen.

Well guess what, there are better sites for that purpose.. Where we can see uncensured boobs and other stuff ..


In the end .. is it worth watching? Well .. well ... well ......... kinda of. The series are entertaining at least. Even though the story is bullshit so as the characters, the anime is still funny mainly because there are a lot of boobs but also because of the comedy being not so bad. You can watch it if you feel you have nothing to do..

Let's say that you should at least try it. One thing for sure, if you are a guy you will enjoy some of the scenes .. unfortunately if you are a girl you won´t see a damn thing. Better try your luck with "Free" or something..

Howl's Moving Castle is the second biggest film from Ghibli studios .. the hype was huge, the feeling from the cover was huge .. the title was promising (a fucking moving castle !!), everything in this movie was promising because it's from Ghibli and everything from Ghibli it's piece of art..

But this wasn´t the case. When I finished this movie my mind was about to blow trying to compile everything and trying to find a way of understanding this movie because literally in the end there were so many things that I did not understand that I just gave up.

Where do I begin ... .. this movie does not follow any specific plot line, throughout the entire thing they simply skipped, jumping around developing multiple stories with no conection what so ever and in the end none of it it's explained properly and we end up being compeletly confused about what the fuck just happened.


We have 3 main plot lines here:

- A war between some people (literally the plot moves on because of this war, but they never explained who was figthing and why they were figthing in the first place !)

- Our main protagonist problem (I think Shopie was the main protagonist, but i'm not sure since they really didn´t gave 2 fucks about her)

- Howl's problem and everything related to him.

Only the last one of those 3 gets resolved !! The other 2 are never explained, we do have some development but it's so nasty, so confuse, so out of position that it's safe to say that they never cared about it even though they were crucial for the story and more interesting than the third point.

But wait a second there is more, the last point, Howl's problem, even though it was resolved, it is not explained ! THE FUCK ?? Let me explain. We never know why Howl had that problem, they never told us. What exactly was the relation between him and the other characters? What about Markl, where the fuck he came from? What about Calcifer ? Why he needed him?

The story is so confuse, so nasty that blowed everything up. I could´t stop thinking "why this is happening !! " ; "Why is he still alive?" ; "Why the fuck that old lady wants his heart?" ; "How the fuck was he able to open that portal in the end ?" ; "How exactly opening that portal could resolve the problem?"

I don´t wanna spoil you anything but who watched the movie will understand everything that i'm talking about.

About the art .. it's Ghibli's studios what you were expecting .. 10/10 no doubt. If there is one thing that this movie has to offer, just like "Spirited Away" it's his astonishing art. Everything made so perfectly well.. Howl's castle by itself is enough to make fate series look like a floppy cartoon. How far can they go, how much detail can they put into something, how well an animation can be made. This movie will show that there is no limit for that, you can always make things a litle bit better.

The backgrouds, the foregrounds, the animations, everything looked just great. The movie may be weak but for sure the animation makes up for it.

The super detailed backgrounds makes you pay attention to them. Makes you stare at it, noticing every single thingl. It's beyond amazing, I have no words to describe what I felt while I was enjoying this amazing art.

The sound tho, was weak. Unlike "Spirited Away" and it's mind blowing tracks, this movie didn´t have anything that called out my attention. Only the final track was appealing. The rest was "normal". Nothing really stood out, which is a shame because when you have such amazing art, you should also get an amazing soundtrack.

About the characters, they are like every other character. We have the main protagonist that cares about everyone. The other protagonist with some dark mystery, the "semi-villian" character, the character that is there just because it is there and some other characters that are there only to light up a bit the comedy of the show. Nothing really great, nothing really bad.

If it wasn´t for the nasty plot that was left withotout any kind of explanation, I would have enjoyed this movie so much ! But well not everything is perfect and we have to deal with it. If I was a kid, I could accept it well because let's face it, kids don´t give 2 fucks about the plot and if it makes sense or not. But I care, and a lot! The art saved the day once more, but I needed more to call this movie a good movie.

Overall, even though the story doesn´t make any sense and only the art was good, I still reccomend this movie. Why? It still managed to create a wonderfull world, the fantasy was amazing. And you just have to see with your own eyes that moving castle ... W O W.

Also known as DanMachi, Dungeon is an anime about .. girls.

Yes because when I finished this anime I realized how many of the characters were girls .. and how many fell in love for him.

AND I MEAN IT . I think Kirito was just overcome by Bell. I can say for sure that any girl in a 1 KM radius would fall in love for Kirito. But Bell just goes beyond that with his 100 KM radius.

He gets everything that he wants. A loli, a hot chick, a hot elf and even a fucking god with nice tits. Jeez man this guy ... is awesome !

Now seriously .. this anime gets stupid because of this. He does nothing whatsoever but still every girl in the town falls in love for him because .. reasons.

At a first glance, this anime looked a lot like SAO. The worlds are similiar, the characters are similiar .. but later on this anime actually develops a nice story that I admit, wasn´t expecting for.

With the first 3 eps of this show, I was thinking about a crappy Harem action rommance. In the end, there was actually an Harem but the action turned out to be good, as well as the main story.

Think about an MMORPG(massive multiplayer online role playing game) (world of warcraft for instance,). You see that feeling of developing your own character, getting him stronger with new items, upgrading his stats, learning new abilities .. DanMachi has the same feeling for me. I felt like if I was playing a game where Bell was my character, my avatar.

The world of DanMachi reminds me a game and that is really nice ! I loved that aspect. As the action moves on you actualy get attatched to the character so much that when he develops himslef it feels like you are the guy behind him controlling the character.

The adventure, the goal of being the best player in that game, that's our dream when we play something .. and you will share that same dream with Bell .. that's why I believe that if you like games, this anime will be really entertaining for you.


The art and sound both are fine. Personally I liked some of the tracks used in some intense situations but besides that not really stood out.

About the characters .. well you have Bell who is the most typical hero out there and the rest are just some girls that like him. Yah that's it. Some of them get some brief development but I really never cared about them. They are not interesting nor original.


But the characters are not the biggest problem. So far no second season has been announced and that's worrying me. If we don´t get a second season then this rate will be much lower. The anime doesn´t end ! It needs a second season to end the story.

In short. This anime doesn´t have that quality in terms of character develop. It doesn´t even have good characters in the first place .. only boobs. But .. no matter what the others say about how crappy the characters are, I still found that the world where they live in is really interesting .. it really reminds me a game and I love games so :D ..

If you like games or simply an anime with some action and boobs then I reccomend it. If you are just looking for a nice action / romance anime then .. turn away this is not your place. I really believe that there are anime much better than this one out there.

Shinsekai yori .. I must say that one of the things that i'm proud of, is having Shinsekai Yori on my "Completed anime".. this anime worth so much .. the reward at the end made me praise this anime ..


If I had to chose a word to describe this anime? Masterpiece. It managed to drag my attention since the beginning until the end and it managed to blow my mind with almost everything it has to show. Clear your mind of all clichês you already saw in psychological anime.. forget everything you know about dystopia anime.. this one will amaze you.

Unlike 99,9% of ... the anime that take place in the future where we have robots or huge machines or a planet destroyed by pollution or whatever the fuck it is, Shinsekai yori has.. a different thing. A new way of living, thinking and act.

I think you already know what this anime is about .. human behaviour. But don´t think you will watch something like Psycho-pass or anything like that .. again and I repeat: Shinsekai yori has something new to show.

Shinsekai Yori is about a utopia created 1000 years from now.. it talks about the human nature and how can we control it and take advantage of it. It explores the possibily of "what if" instead of just presenting us with something that we already know about. Let's get started.

Story: 9/10. If there is one tiny problem with this series is tiny mistakes that we can think off while watching the anime. They creat an amazing story, a well crafted one but still I think there are some things that just could be different and don´t make a lot of sense to me even though being a totally different world. "Why they didn´t had anyway to stop that if they kew how devastating it would be .." is the question that was left behind and I think it could have an answer but it doesn´t.

Plus towards the end, I don´t know why but the anime speeds up a lot and tries to make some action or anything like that and it just looked terribly bad. This is the main reason for not having 10/10 on the story.

The rest is just amazing .. great story, great world, great fantasy, great plot twists .. what else could you ask?

Art: 7/10. Well let me tell you something : I loved the art okay .. but I can´t deny that it is bad. Especially when it comes to action scenes. We can notice the mistakes in the animation, it looks bad for the most part.

But .. the pallet used, the design of each character, especially our main character, Watanabe Saki, it looks so natural and fluent. It fits so well with the themes and with the plot that it seems that it was intended to (who knows maybe it was ..).

Do you wanna know a funny fact? Many companies didn´t took Shinsekai yori because and i quote : " It was too hard to draw scenary retreated in the book". I think this only proves how awesome this anime is.

Another great point about the art is how it manages to creat amazing environments and how it manages to retreat the feelings of some character. Often we see metaphorical meaning atached to the anime that only could exist with the right art so .. they did an excelent job. But again, in technical terms the anime is not fluid nor well made, unfortunately.

Sound: 8/10. .. no words. Just listen to the OST that I have on my profile and you will understand the greatness of this anime. Amazing OST that is often used as a opening(this anime doesn´t have an opening theme). The only problem with that? They kinda screwed up. At the beginning that track is only used to finish some scene and start the episode. It usually was used after some mind blowing scene or so .. and the impact was huge ! But after some eps they abuse of that track , they start using it everywhere and it ends up looking bad.

The first ending is fucking amazing as well. Every single episode hearing those first seconds of the ending was a pleasure to my brain. What a magnificient way of ending an episode. But it ends up being changed and the second ending wasn´t that great. The rest of the tracks used are fine, nothing like the first ending and that track that I talked about but still good enough.

Character: 9/10. Watanabe Saki was one of the best protagonist i've ever seen so far. I loved her. The voice acting was delightful to hear. Great personality, great density. She can be considered as a bi-dimmensional character since she has two sides. Watch the anime to explore each one of them ;) I won´t spoil a thing.

The other characters are likeable but .. well they are just normal characters. The only thing that they all have in commun is the unpredictable choices. We can´t really tell what will they do because we never know what's going on on their minds.

Enjoyment: 8/10. Well this is the weakest point. The Achilles tendon of this anime. In order to present us such an amazing story and characters, this anime needs a lot of develop, which means a lot of dialogues and explanations, in other words, boring stuff. The first 10 eps are really hard to watch. Mainly based on plot develop and character develop, the first 10 eps are essencial to the anime but that doesn´t mean that they are good. Don´t get me wrong, I still liked them but I couldn´t watch more than 2 eps at a time.

After 10 eps we really get to the good stuff, the good material which is their adolescence. Oh did I forget to tell you? This anime follows an entire life, since the young age of 6 years old to the adult age, 30 years. Another great point of this anime. By doing this, we experience how is it living in such utopia by hearing our witnesses. And that is really such an amazing feeling. It makes us wonder how it would be like.

After the 10th ep, this anime just gets better and better until the very last moment of the last episode. I was amazed .. with a huge smile on my face saying "It ended" ! And this is a rare feeling though. Not often I say this because normally is always something missing or something that could be better. This time .. it didn´t.

Overall: 8.5/10. I can not forgive the lack of enjoyment at the beginning and the flaws that it has but still this anime is really worth to watch. It has my seal of approval and I reccomend it to everyone! Even if you find it really boring just give it a try, don´t give up in the first eps..

Denpa Kyoushi is an anime that follows the life of a teacher named Kagami with YD syndrome. YD is a disease that only let's him doing what he wants to do.

Seems interesting? Well it was .. until I figure out that this show is another show like Assassination Classroom, a teacher that is solving the problems of his students.

The plot doesn´t actually have anything developed so far, he is only there helping out teens but still is not that bad. The first few episodes and the last 4-5 episodes are being fun. I'm actually attached to this anime and has become one of ... my favourites of this season so far.

But again, we are 11 eps in and we still have no plot line, no goal for our protagonist. He is there because he wants to ? Well yeah that's it. The entire plot so far is watching him doing stuff that he wants to do. Not that interesting. Plus, the characters themselves and their background story are kinda over exaggerated. A girl fucked up her life only because she had a part time job in some maid café. I'm like forced to believe that the characters are in a bad spot and need to be saved by Kagami.

Art: 6/10. I hate it. The colorful looks awful. The animations as well are as cheap as possible. The background for the most part looks like a picture of a 5 years old kid who just got his markers and is now learning how to use them. It only doesn´t have a worst rate because the character design if at least good. Good looking characters, especially the girls. Each one has her own design and pallet so that they can be unique in the anime and that is really something important for me. Because not that rare I see characters that look like the same and the only way to distinguish them is by their voices.

Sound: 7/10. The opening is fine so as the ending. The ost used are also fine. Everything looks fine. No complaints about it. It's just fine.

Character: 8/10. Well, they are funny, likeable and very good looking. What do I mean? Well besides the nice design, they also have a nice personality that fits with both her design and her position in the anime. Each character ends up related with Kagami in some way which is nice to watch.

They are really different from each other which is also really important because the anime doesn´t get repetitive. For instance let me use an example: Assassination Classroom. They do the exact same thing but, all the characters have the same problem which is : school problems.

At least denpa kyoushi is more creative, even though some of the problems are quite hard to "accept".

Enjoyment: The main purpose of the anime is comedy, and the comedy is not that great. I don´t like it. They don´t focus any other point. Don´t get me wrong, the anime is fun to watch but is not that good.

Give it a try. Even though it's not that great, this entire season is not that great as well, so I believe this anime will became one of the best of this spring season.

Well, disappointment. If I had to chose 1 word, it would be disappointment. This anime started well, presenting us a fresh anime with likeable characters but it soon fall off into repetition leading us to no where.

Where is the rest ? Is that it ? What about the others? Were the questions left behind without an answer.

Gekkan Shoujo is a anime that thrives only on comedy and apparently tries to make some romance, unfortunately such thing is non-existent.

Story: 6/10. Well, the concept was fine, a bunch of guys working on a shoujo manga helping out his friend (Nozaki) when all ... of a sudden Chiyo appears. A lovely girl who loves Nozaki and when she tries to tell him that she loves him, she ends up at his house helping him with the manga as well.

The thing is.. where is the setup? Where is the plot line? We literally don´t have anything more than that. A group of people working on manga. The romance created isn´t developed.. neither the story moves on. We end up like we started.. It was the first anime that i watched and did not had any kind of plot line.. and it went terribly wrong for me.

The only thing that is left, is the comedy. At least the comedy was good, otherwise this rate would be way worst.

The ending is not satisfying at all. I wanted something to happen, i wanted some emotion attached to this anime but they don´t even try. No cliffhangers or something like that, no proper ending, we don´t have nothing.

Art: 8/10. Well at least the anime looks really nice. I personally loved each character design, which is rare. Taking out some minor flaws (like Chiyo's hair cut) the rest is fine. Nice backgrounds, nice movements.. nice art overall.

Sound: 7/10. Great opening.. really great opening. I loved it. Cool, fresh, funny, the clip was awesome.. The rest is meh though. I watched it 2 days ago but i don´t remember anything from the OST.

Character: 6/10. Well .. where are they? Really where are they? Matching up with the lack of plot line, the characters were at least useless to the plot. If we took out the main character, Chiyo Sakura, the anime would remain the same. I mean we could took out every single character except Nozaki, replace them with some others characters that it wouldn´t make a difference. They are useless .. this show thrives on comedy, so they don´t care about character develop or anything like that, they just wanted them to be funny, and don´t get me wrong, they are funny but .. i wasn´t looking for this. Comedy has limits.

Being one dimensional, the characters are as interesting as a rock.

Enjoyment: 7/10. I just didn´t give it a worst rate because I still enjoyed it. The comedy was still funny and saved this anime from a 4/10 or something ..

The lack of an ending was the biggest problem. We don´t see anything being resolved .. I don´t tell you more because i would be spoiling but i think you got the point.

Overall: Even though it was bad for me , i still reccomend it. I know that I can be a little bit "bad" with comedy anime sometimes but I do realize that the majority of you loves more comedy than I do, and I think that's why the anime has the rate it has. If you want some good laughs .. YES WATCH IT.

If you are like me .. if you want some romance, if you want a STORY, then look out for other anime.

Well .. where do I even start .. the thing is that there are anime so bad, that you actually find them good.. like Mars of destruction .. what i mean is that some anime are so bad but because of being so bad they are also funny.

This one, Pupa.. is so bad, that it is bad at being bad. Did you get that?

12 eps long, each one with 2 min lenght, i wasn´t expecting for something good .. but this? No this is the SHIT. Let's get started..

Story: 3/10. This shit ... makes no sense, i mean plot holes, missing parts, stories left behind, anything that you can imagine.

Some few examples..

Yume, since she was born, she had a virus. Well that's okay .. so why the virus only awaked after 14 years or whatever her age is. She only turned into a monster after 14 years.

Her brother, gets infected when Yume bites him. Surprisingly he gets the same powers so why he does not have to deal with the sister's problem (she only can eat humans in order to calm down the monster inside of her), is he special or something?

She was born with all her teeth, clearly normal doctors will find it really weird (it is theorically impossible to born with any kind of teeth). But fuck normality, here they didn´t gave 2 fucks about that.

A secret team of scientists arrests Yume and her brother in order to investigate them. They knew what they were, but still there is no protection at all. They operate an monster with no precaution .. ofc they would get killed.

There is even more of this.

Art: 6/10. Well at least something had to be good. Even though 60% of the show is composed by single frames and the background is almost non-existant, the gore is well made and i actually enjoyed it. WATCH THE UNCENSORED VERSION.. the censured version the only thing that you see, is a black screen.

Sound: 4/10. The opening is acceptable. But the OST .. wow .. you gotta watch the 6th episode with censure. The tracks that they use to ease the anime are so pathetic .. just .. really bad.

Character: 2/10. Well .. what characters? I just didn´t gave 1/10 because we do have a background story not so bad. The characters are at least pathetic. Their reactions, their emotions.. Yume basically says "Oni-chan" throughout the entire show, and her borther only says "Yume", that's all i know about them..

Enjoyment: 2/10. Bad .. really bad. The last episode I was literally with my mouth opened because I just couldn´t understand what i was watching. The overall anime just looks pathetic.

Overall: 2/10. Well, this anime is really bad for sure. But .. i reccomend it. Why you ask? Because i defend that we have to give a chance to great anime , the top anime and also the worst anime out there.. we have to taste the great and the bad, in order to really know what is good and bad by contrast. By doing that i think we can get our judgment more accurate.

Another thing is that everyone who calls themselves "anime watcher" should have the worst anime on their lists ..

Midori Shoujo Tsubaki, i was expecting something really obnoxious from this movie when i started it and, sometimes is horrendous and in 45 minutes, only some of them were really ugly and horrible.

This movie was actually BANNED IN JAPAN so you can guess what kind of things you can find on this movie.

The movie was made only by it's creator and it took more than 6 years to complete it. It was made only by him because he didn´t had any sponsors for his material and that's why the animation is static for the most part.

About the story, is a really interesting ... one. It's about a young girl that loses her parents to some disease and got fooled by a bad man to join the circus. Unfortunately, she was forced to slavery and sexual abuse. This first part is where the anime shines on being horrendous. Even though it doesn´t show the actual sex scenes, we can understand by some single frames that she was really in pain and the sex was being obnoxious. She only suffers and if she tries to run away, they will go after her.

Then the movie slows down a bit and never gets any better. The story is just confuse and at some times it makes no sense. Plus, the ending is at the same time good and bad. In one hand, i liked the tragic ending. In the other hand, it seems unfinished. The movie never explained well what happened next and i did´t liked that.

About the art, it's good when it's about to show some gore. Besides that, we literally have static pictures. Well remember that this movie was made by only one man so it's still pretty impressive.

About the sound, nothing really special. All the tracks used are fine for their purpose but the voice acting was painfull to hear. I hated it.

About the characters, well I liked the main character, Midori for her force of will. She passes through a lot of stuff that would make any of us want to commit suicide(yah not kidding). She managed to overcome everything and survive in that world of freaks where only pain and suffering exists. About the other characters, they weren´t explored at all. They are not important to the plot as well so developing them would only make the movie boring. Even though i can´t forget that there isn´t nothing really outstanding. In spite of being not so usefull, they are still there and i would love to know a few things about them. The only thing that i know is that they both love money and sex.

Overall, the movie is kinda boring towards the middle where the pace slows down a lot. Besides that, there were some scenes uneasy to watch for me (and I consider myself a tough guy) and the overall plot is neither engaging nor interesting.

If i reccomend it? Well ONLY if you want to take a deep look into some weird stuff that the anime world has to offer. You really won´t learn much with this movie and you may even find it horrible at any aspect. I repeat, this movie was BANNED in Japan so if you are underaged of if you consider yourself sensitive, please stay away then. This is not for you.
