I was instantly hooked by the starting premise and how its not quite so obviously made to pattern and basicly read as much as i could as soon as i could and moving on to the novel wich is worryingly better
But it certainly has some flaws the art is to me realy good and to the point at times but a lot of the time its oddly unfinished not so good in and of itself and it also have a tendancy to along with how theyve laid out the story progression to be... unfitting not quite right with weird looking character movemnts and expressions
...
and going from one place to another where you think they must have deleted quite a few inbetweens frames or something thus degrading the otherwise realy good overarching story.
While this manga has issues I have to pick on some points i think worth mentioning its not realy intended to be dark for darkly edges sake its at its core mostly just a normal human story put in an extraordinary situation (wich to be honest is quite hard to see in how badly storied the manga is laydout) but it can be done and makes the characters and world much more relatable than the generic 'gimme'dat' isekai ez self fullfilments...
Point2: Generic isekai descriptor such as slave harem is just lazy here and there simply aint no fanservice there hardly are any fans yet to service from what i can see . What can be construed as fanservice is simply natural to the story and human nature wich largely is part of the story... lota scenes just look bloody weird in the manga because they pretty much rushed up a barely ok pic or two on page 50 and then the next at page 67...
My summary: would be that unfortunately this manga is severly let down by its execution with lots of... just wrongs and misstakes made all over the place its realy amateurish frankly.
Whats behind it all more than makes up for it in my opinion ie. the novel read it if you like isekai/adventure/fantasy human stories its a very good read
A story about being the unlucky guy we all know of but do our best to forget getting chewd up and spat out stomped on chewed up again swallowed and shat out... All in ways that only normal humans(classmates) do.
Folowed by after miraculously surviving all that the long long long and dificulty journey of putting all the broken litle pices of me back together again learning to be human again in a world full of monsters after nearly becoming one/part of one yourself... or did ya...
