Lucky Star is truly a slice of life anime. First of all, I noticed most of my friends who didn't like Lucky Star, didn't like because of it's slow pace, and that's completely fine. I understand some people like some kind of humor and everything, so I'll start by the humor.
The humor in this show is different from what we usually see, it's more based on that "Haha, I know that feeling" type of jokes, and situations that involves already knowing the characters, because if you don't know their personality, about 70% of the jokes won't work.
Know those jokes on a stand-up comedy show? It's
...
kinda like that.
Now, the characters, as I mentioned, each has their unique traits of personality and are as relatable as adorable, but that doesn't mean you never saw characters like them in any anime ever, or that you'll necessarily like all of them. But still, they're very well done, and honestly, Konata is one of the best anime characters I've ever seen. In general, they all develop a really good relationship with who's watching.
Another thing I'd like to point out is that most of my friends dropped this show on episode 1 (actually, most didn't even FINISHED episode 1), I understand why but please, stay and watch at least 3 or 5 episodes, because seriously, it might take some time to you to get used to this show. It happened to me, I was kinda bored on episode 1, but at the end I laughed, and some days later (I kinda forgot about this show actually) I got back and watched episode 2 to episode 5, and I started laughing more frequently and getting used to the humor, and remember I mentioned that the character's personalities are important in this show? Yeah, it takes some time to you to "know" them better, that's part of why you need to watch more than one or two episodes.
Well, on the technical part I'm not very specialist, except by the sound, and man, it's wonderful. Voice acting is great and BGM is really great.
About the art, I don't know much about this to judge, but I love it, character design is wonderful and expression faces are standout.
On story, there's very little, but there's some traits (as Konata and her family, for example) that I love, but mostly, it's normal stories, you won't see other worldly events or plot twists, this show is more like meeting friends and interacting with them. You know that random conversation that friends have sometimes? Yeah, that kind of thing.
And about enjoyment, I agree that sometimes it can get a bit too slow, so I don't recommend you give it a first or second chance when you're sleepy.

Was a recap necessary for 6 episodes?
At least the recap is well done, if you actually forget everything and don't want to watch the first half again, it's a good thing, and they cover basically everything important on that first half, it was even good to me, who watched the anime late at night and forgot a lot of stuff, so that's a good point.
But in general, it was actually really unnecessary for a 12 episodes anime, they could've made 13 episodes with more content.
Well, it's an average recap, you can skip it if you remember everything.

I feel like they were trying to pass some kind of message with this anime, but what, I'm not qualified to tell.
How can an anime get a 1 score at EVERYTHING, story, art, sound, character, enjoyment (I would give it less than 1 if possible) and overall? Well, Mars of Destruction can.
But I recommend you watch it, it's an experience that everyone should have at least once in their life.
Besides that, I really can't say much about this anime, I simply don't know what to say, it's like a god that comes to your house and ask you for fried potatoes while drinking
...
coffee, it doesn't make sense and you simply don't know how to react or what to say. That's what Mars of Destruction is, but without the god part.

It's a really average romance anime. It's not bad, but it's not good either.
The characters are meh, only Fuuka has (a little) development, and Sara-senpai was actually the only character I liked, the others are just average romance-story characters. And they tried to add some dramatic backstory, which failed miserably.
I'm not sure if the focus is the music or the romance, but I didn't like how both are passed, it's rushed and with very little development (if any).
Though, I didn't hate the anime, don't think it deserves a score lower than 5 (which is average), and I only gave it a 6 because I actually
...
enjoyed the songs (but I was REALLY annoyed by the fact that they play the OP song OVER AND OVER AGAIN) and the art is not bad.
I didn't hate Fuuka, in fact I enjoyed some parts of the anime, but it's just an average romance with a very rushed story and little to no character development.
But seriously, the songs are good.

Not big stuff, each episode is about 4 minutes long with about 1 minute being the opening, but I did laugh at some points.
-The story is almost non-existent, there's the universe (based on the game, which I enjoy a lot may I say), and not much more than that. One thing that I didn't like about it was the lack of direction, because it seems like the story could go somewhere, but they shoot it to random places, so you feel lost and just "what is happening and why?". Other bad thing is that is TOO rushed, but I won't judge that since it's an
...
3 minutes long anime.
-Characters have their charm, but don't develop or show much personality in the anime, so here they're kinda forgettable. Though they're pretty cool in the game, the anime doesn't explore even a bit of them. Thing that I hate is that the male protagonists of the game were basically cut, only appearing as background characters used for a joke.
-Art was fine, but sometimes it felt like it was "lacking" something, I think they could do something better, specially 'cause there's not much episode time to animate.
-Sound had nothing to complain, but nothing to praise as well. I liked the narrator though, that deserve some mention. Male characters doesn't have voice, that's kinda bad but at least they joked about this.
-As of enjoyment, there was time I just wanted the episode to be over, but there is some entertainment as well, such as some comedy parts and even that Gargoyle part (I liked that, but I hated how that part ended).
Overall is not a BAD anime, but is a skipable one. Since it's so short, if you want watch something and have some laughs and kill some time, or maybe if you like the game that it's based on, that's a good choice to try. (Specially if you like the game, since you know the characters and the universe)
