The anime adaption did not do the manga justice. They changed too many things and it felt very rushed.

The story should actually begin with him being isekaied, and how he got his skills. But the anime just starts in the middle of nowhere with no explanation. How is people who never read the manga even supposed to follow?

The MC is too cold in the anime. Like he should be cold, and with an attitude of not really giving a f**k, but in a more comical way. In the anime the comical vibe is kinda gone.

Some of the events and minor characters also changed. For example, ... in the manga Lodis was supposed to be a real jerk and shady. But in the anime he appears like a gentleman and good leader, like wtf? I mean, he is a minor character but changes like these just changes the whole experience.

So yeah, too many changes in a bad way just made this become another thing. The only good thing is the animation.

It's sad. Have read the manga a long time ago and it was not bad. But the anime did not do it justice. The bad animation really ruined it for me. The fights are unbearable to watch, it's really bad.

For animation, like mentioned before, really sucks. Nothing more to say here.

For story, it's actually not bad. Haven't read the light novel nor read too much in the manga so can't say too much for the later parts, but at least the start was pretty good and interesting. Nothing unique, but it's fine.

If you're really interested in this, I would say read the manga instead. Quite ... old, so the art style might not be the best. At least it's much better than the anime.

Too much cliche. Too much overly dramatic reaction for every small thing. Just too much annoying things. All these just kinda killed it for me. Was a hard time trying to finish this.

For animation, I will give it a passing grade. Nothing special, but not The New Gate bad.

For story, I will say it's okay. It's more how everything was executed that kinda ruined it. Like the MC is obviously OP, yet they have to make such a big reaction every single time, to the point it just pisses me off.

I don't mind and quite like trash isekais. This one for me is not the ... worst, but definitely on the lower end.
