I definitely underestimated this manga when I first started, it's a story about racing bicycles so I didn't think it'd be all that exciting (wrong!) The racing scenes are fast paced, all of the characters get backstories that help explain their motivation and who they are, and the story swings back and forth from light-hearted and goofy to serious and dramatic. It's fun learning about road bikes and everything about cycling along with Onoda in the beginning and watching him grow throughout the series along with all the other riders. The funniest thing about this manga is that all of the riders have their own ... unique and extreme riding style, the best one is definitely the buff Izumida who named his pecks "Andy" and "Frank". I'm looking forward to reading more, unfortunately YenPress licensed it so the person scanlating it stopped and now it'll take YenPress forever to catch up (so fuck them), until then I'll just have to stick with the anime.

Some anime have a main character that starts out completely ordinary and throughout the show shows that he is anything but. Other anime have a main character with something different about him that sets him aside from everyone else, this is the type of main character found in yahari ore. The only problem I have with anime that contain these types of main characters is that they usually cause the characters' special trait to seem like an after thought that was tossed in to spice up a story that mirrors every other generic ... plot found in whatever genre it is ( in this case romantic comedy). As I delved further into yahari ore I was surprised to discover that this anime was a diamond in the rough, it doesn't have a generic plot and it does everything right.

The first aspect of yahari ore that makes it stand out is as mentioned, the main character's special trait, he voluntarily isolates himself from everyone because he believes they are not truly happy and are only conforming to what is considered "normal" in hope of becoming happy. This sounds very harsh at first, especially the way it is presented, we are lead to believe that hikigaya is wrong and that we will see his views change over the course of the anime. Before I mentioned that some anime make the MC's special trait seem like an after thought, in yahari ore this trait is made the main theme of the anime and a majority of the plot revolves around it, as it should. Hikigaya sticks to his views throughout the anime and continually makes very valid arguments on why he is the way he is, he doesn't hate himself and never apologizes doing what he does. All in all he is a very solid main character that remains consistent throughout the show, he understands himself better than most people and he is very interesting to watch.

Next I'd like to focus on how the plot follows a realistic order and stays away from arcs. Many romantic comedies get too eager to put the romance in and practically come out and say who the MC will end up with. In the first few episodes it will get to the point where they would be dating but a series of ridiculous events keeps them from doing so. In yahari ore we have 2 main love interests (3 if you count saika) and at the end of episode 13 the romance remains subtle and who hikigaya will end up with is still unclear. He's been on a "date" with both girls and they both have forces driving them towards dating hikigaya. Yukino is a fellow loner, she gives out subtle tsundere vibes but it is unclear if she likes hikigaya (if she does she probably doesn't fully recognize it yet) or that is her true personality, and she has a sister that is pushing the two to date. Yui already shows signs of liking hikiaya and is taking the initiative when it comes to going on dates, the only thing holding her back is that she won't confess. The direction the story is going in is unclear which makes it interesting, we don't know where it's going but we want to.

I said the story stays away from arcs, which is a quality I have come to appreciate in anime. I dislike painfully clear arcs because it feels like the story is being written with 1 challenge being overcome at a time and that is unrealistic. Life throws multiple challenges at people at all different times, it won't wait for you to overcome one challenge before it throws another at you. Some challenges never go away and remain constant while others may pop up repeatedly. The only arcs in the story are the requests the club helps with, but while they work on the requests the main problems in the story continue to develop. We want to know more about the accident hikigaya was in, we want to know who hikigaya will go out with, and we want to know more about the main characters, throughout the show we learn more about these things but they continue to raise more questions and cause more problems.

The last thing I want to point out about this anime is that is doesn't rely on cheap overused tricks for the comedy aspects. One of the funniest parts of the show are the scenes with saika totsuka who is a guy that looks and talks like a girl, it is something you don't see in too many romcoms and is pulled off very well. The anime also ridicules the whole romcom genre by pointing out that whats going on is the opposite of what would be happening in a typical romcom. Then when it comes to romance aspects it remains subtle and slow. The writter isn't afraid of putting more than just romance and comedy into the story, the plot is important and the characters are well developed.

If you enjoy romantic comedies but are tired of cliche's than I would definitely recommend this anime. I personally will start reading the light novels since they are further ahead story-wise. This anime is a romantic comedy done right and has unique aspects they aren't afraid to highlight.

Let me start by telling you that this manga obviously is catering to the male demographic, and it'd be very easy to write it off as some h-manga with a story, and if you tend to judge a story off of it's most basic content without looking further, than you probably will, but if you can gather your maturity and analyze the story as more than "OMG SEX!!!!", then you'll actually find this a really great story. I was hesistant to read it at first, I asked myself "is this just another h-manga" as soon as I saw the cover. Then I saw that it ... had 32 chapters which was unusual, and that it was on an ipad app for regular non h-manga, so I thought i'd give it a shot and ended up reading the whole thing in 1 go.

The story involves a lot of sex but unlike an h-manga the sex actually added to the plot instead of making you ashamed that they think this is what it takes to get you to read it. Even in regular anime and manga you'll see dumb scenes of girls randomly chasing guys or all going after him and it's just downright embarrasing because the series would've been fine without it but some genius thought it'd make it better, you won't find that here. Yes she has sex with him in the first chapter, but as you find out it's not just for some random reason. Kanoko, a girl our main character is forced to befriend to pay off a debt, is a rich girl that has been through really rough times. She doesn't feel connected to her real family so she hangs out with her rich friends that engulf themselves in a world of lust and soon that's become the only way she knows how to build a relationship. Shin is our main character, he's an average salaryman that must be friends with Kanoko because he's fallen into debt, we later learn this is to give Kanoko a way to feel close to someone since she's so detached from her family. Shin gets Kanoko to slowly adapt to a real relationship even though it starts out as quote "fucked up". That's only half of the story, they face many challenges as Kanoko's old world tries to drag her back in while a scheming aunt goes power hungry.

The characters were great, they had a lot more depth to them than most of the characters in anime/manga with overused personalities that do illogical things for no reason. Shin isn't some pervert that is super happy he gets to hang out with a cute girl. He's very pissed off about it and feels trapped because he has to work off his debt by being a slave to some girl. Then we see he may have his feelings but his decisions are also influenced by his personality, he protects Kanoko when she gets herself into bad situations and isn't afraid to tell her off. Eventually he starts seeing being with Kanoko as something he wants to do instead of something he's forced to do, but it's not some quick decision, he constantly wants to be free of his duty so he can have a life and fights it, but eventually being with her becomes his life. Kanoko as I explained only knows 1 way to have relationships with people, I think in society we judge people way too quickly and would label her off as a spoiled slut after seeing the first chapter, but this manga won't let you do that because it goes into depth about what's happend to her and you can understand why she's turned out that way. She doesn't have a good understanding about the world but slowly comes to love it as they go out. There are other characters like a reporter that'll do anything to get a scoop in hopes of resolving her personal vendeta with the Kikuchiya's and a two faced character that i won't reveal but will inform you influences half of the entire plot.

I really enjoyed this manga, like I said I finished it in 1 go and without a doubt will read it again. It did something that I feel we've written off as something that would never happen, it takes the mature content of an h-manga but instead of giving it a loose plot with sex thrown in, it uses sex as a contributer to the story, it's not just random smut but a mature story. Therefore I wouldn't call this an h-manga but instead a hybrid that takes parts from multiple genres and combines them to make a beautiful story with a proper ending. I'm very happy that I read this and it makes me proud that someone took the time to write a story for guys that actually deals with everything in a mature manner and felt we would enjoy it because we aren't just a mindless group of perverts only looking for boobs with no concern for the story. If you can analyze the whole story and deal with the mature themes than you should definitely read this.

I gave this manga a 10 because I believe it does what most anime and manga should be doing, no not adding sex scenes, but actually thinking of their audience as more than a bunch of mindless people that will love a series because they put 1 thing they stereotype them to like in and making the rest of the story half-assed.

now to get down to the review. i believe many people would like to start off with something that seems insightful by bringing up the shows obvious theme of is it possible to love a machine. to be straightforward i say no, first off we're not going to be comming up with persocoms for a while now, the best A.I ... we can give a robot is the mental capacity of an insect, and granted there will be future people that will want to be with their android companion but still most of these relations will be based off of lust, you can't replace a human with a robot, if you say you can than based on your logic you should also be able to fall in love with an animal, woof. To relate the anime to the real world i like to point out the growing number of addicts to games, electronics, and computers, people will have absolutely no relationships with real people because they prefer life behind their screens, while it is fun, you need to get out of the 21st century and embrace nature and cherish human contact every so often. The one just for you is a human being.

the first 13 episodes are all fillers with no important information, they'll wear you down and make you beg for them to get to the main theme already but sadly they finish the season with only introductions. next we are introduced to some drama which brings in the shows main theme and does a good job at making you question it. we see someone who has loved a persocom, someone who's been pushed out by a persocom, and someone that fears persocoms and how perfect they seem. you get opinions from both sides but what it really comes down to is what hideki decides.

the show isn't without it's flaws, it's a little too pervy in the beginning, some things don't make sense, and some are just wrong. They never explain why chi was thrown away. Why was sumomo still with hideki even after shinbo came back, we know takako doesn't have a problem with her since shinbo was able to watch her later on. Chi was designed by a man to be him and his wife's daughters yet he put the activation switches where class? That's right, in the...special area. Like all shows it's gonna have some loose ends but most of these could've been fixed if they weren't such pervs.

art and sound were standard, the theme song was pretty catchy and i liked it, also some of the music that played during the show was good too. other than that i can't point much else out.

most of the characters were average but some stood out. shinbo was pretty interesting, he was always upbeat and joking around, he was the levelheaded one when things went wrong, yet we still get to see the more sensative and insightful side which is hard to find from a main character's friend in an anime because most of them are either pervs or show up for 2 episodes. hideki was also a little different, while he was a perv, and a lot of stereotypical things happen to him, there was something slightly different about him than your typical lead. the most interesting to watch was chi, we slowly get to watch how someone who doesn't understand emotion slowly builds a knowledge of them and discovers the vast range of them. like i said before, one shouldn't be able to fall in love with a robot, but this is fiction and chi was a robot that was basically a human with memory loss in the show and doesn't portray what one would find in reality if we had the tech to create persocoms.

overall it was a good anime with some regular holes. it does try to make you think which is good. it does fall victim to some ecchi moments which i find embarassing as a guy because it's like the writters think i can be won over with some cheap moments that are boring, overused, and only take away from the show and i'm supposed to like it because they show some extra cleavage. the last thing i'd like to point out is the books that chi would buy were a nice touch, they add a little extra to it, but they get confusing but if you enjoy them i'd suggest clannad because they have an amazing sidestory even though they end up screwing it up in the end.

I was looking for a great anime to end my summer with and was having no luck, in fear that I would finish it with an anime that bored me I started skipping them, I was having no luck at all and then I ran across this lovely story that I had put off on a long plan to watch list.

Everything in this anime was done right, at first it starts out as a simple story of a boy retuning home to find that things have changed, we can see there will be drama in ... the mix but unlike most anime's we can't really make a good prediction on what will happen next. One thing I love about the order of events in the story is they don't fall victim to the drama happening to one character at a time and as soon as their problems are resolved new drama for other characters magically pop up (I'm talking to you Clannad). We are introduced little by little to every character's problems and they all have a point where they climax and are the main focus but in the mean time other characters are facing their own difficulties. The story was really good, it's not an overused concept as far as I'm concerned and it does a great job of keeping you hooked without using cheap drama or fanservice (because a lot of guys don't care if you put a woman's panties in the story or not), it uses slice of life events but then gives you crucial points to the story gradually so you don't get overwhelmed by information. Most of the drama used in the story was well thought out and not used to death, it was even given it's own little twists due to the story. Finally the anime was given something many of us long for from most anime's, a clear ending with an epilogue which I like to call an epiclogue because it makes the story that much more awesome.

The art was very standard, it was given a few highly detailed scene's along with the regualar animation. The character designs were very nice and well thought out, something that deserves to be appreciated.

The music was good, the opening is poppy and nice but I always love it when they have a character that plays the voilin, then you know there'll be time set aside for a lovely solo.

The characters were all good, Sana will be an idoit sometimes, especially in the beginning, he may have been a little too typical for a main character but I still felt there was something different. Nanaka starts out as a tsundere but doesn't follow many of the stereotypes for one and unlike many her love towards Sana is already something that's developed instead of something she's fighting against and taking her confusion out on him. We have twins which you don't see too often as friends of the main character, Suusuke is Sana's best friends and is a pretty typical best friend but he has his strong points where he knows how to stand up when he's trying to protect his sister, Shuri was a fairly interesting character, she puts up a strong and happy facade even though she's really going through a lot and always considers others. Aoi is off the walls crazy and is really put in as a source of comedy where she flips out when she catches Sana in situations that aren't what they look like, she also completes the group as the 5th friend. Asami was as really interesting character that I haven't seen before, she acts kind but in reality is someone who schemes and plots against others, behold the reverse tsundere.

Overall this anime is one of my favorites and is definetely something you should watch if you don't know what to go for next. It does everything right and always keeps it interesting. It's also very easy to watch, you don't feel emotionally spent after 3 episodes like you will some anime's. Do yourself a favor and don't put it off like I did for so long.

today i'm reviewing this awesome love story known as school days

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!this next paragraph is basically a spoiler but many parts are vague and nothing too good is spoiled so please read on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lets see what's really going on here, we start with your typical loser main character, you know a normal guy we can all relate to, staring at his love at first sight girl from afar. So far this has been your typical romance but woahoho whats this, a nosy girl gets involved and manages to hook these 2 love birds up, and by ... the end of episode 1, kudos to you love doctor. Of course this is still pretty between the lines, the only odd thing is how fast the relationship is moving. So now these 2 are hooked up and poor little mokoto starts feeling different about his perfect, hot girlfriend, who clings to him because she's ostracized by her classmate (we all know girls like this...right). Now loverboy mokoto wants miss nosy and she agrees to cheat with him, eventually they do what comes naturally and she allows him to f**k her brains out on a dialy basis. Now you're feeling bad for his girlfriend but eventually you realize she's crazy around the time she offers him lemonade, she finds out he's cheating on her but she's still too insane to do anything. Mokoto continues to refuse to DTR but sekai a.k.a nosy still doesn't care. Eventually makoto see's her as a hassle and continues to cheat on her with girls that range from best friends to the most random girls that had anything to do with the story but you know highschool girls, all they wanna do is sleep around, i'm so glad they kept this realistic. So eventually sekai pisses mother nature off and doesn't recieve her gift and eventually we're left with 2 things, me at the last episode so pissed off at motoko I'm jumping up and down shouting seppuku, and what I consider one of the best endings for an anime ever, and i mean it, usually they suck, but not this time, oh and it was such a happy ending to, it really warmed my heart, but that I won't spoil for you.

The characters, lets see, motoko was an average guys who went crazy sex beast that only cares about himself, throughout the anime he was an ass and you'll never fail to hate him, every chance he is given he will always pick the path that'll piss you off and he'll even go out of his way to piss you off some more, of course I thought he was a great character for the anime because it's about time we see an average guy turned into an asshole instead of someone with this hidden potential, you were meant to hate him, deal with it, he isn't a real person and if you feel you're better than him then you need to stop comparing yourself to someone so low on the bar and start working at being a decent human. Let's look at kotonoha, which is easy considering she's hot as hell, but really she starts out an innocent person who's shy, hot, and doesn't fit in, completely realistic, throughout the story it is revealed that she is an insane person even before the cheating, another perfect character for the anime because she reminds us that there are people who can be crazy and you need to watch out for them, personally i cheered her on at the end. Every other girl in this story was completely unrealistic and dick hungry, even sekai, she was nothing more than the first girl he cheated with, some other special things happen with her but she's no different from the rest, they let mokoto have them and he moved on as soon as things were clearing up for them.

The animation was good. nicely done overall but i don't think you really care too much about that, as long as it isn't complete garbage you're fine, nothing mindblowing, it was a little choppy if you're looking for some criticism.

Now for music, let me tell you one thing, if all the making out scenes didn't give you a boner (or make you wet...ladies) then the music will, of course i'm bs-ing to get your attention, calm down and put it back in your pants, the music was fine, nothing worth noting, sorry if i got your hopes up or something.

overall the story was good but it's taxing on your mind to put up with all the drama and all that goes on in each episode. I'll give it a 10 because that ending was perfect and the story was an easy to make up drama that an h-anime writter could've come up with but we don't see it too much so thanks for not sticking me with another one of your linkin park anime's (named since alot of their song sound similar and all the anime in a genre follow a basic pattern). Now if you're still following this you should also read the manga because it is very different from the anime and will actually redeem motoko a little because he is more considerate of others feelings and the plot is a lot less slut heavy.

Omamori himari is nothing groundbreaking, I gave it a 7 because I found it to be the most average you could get an anime and 7 is my idea of average. In engineering class we had to come up with a chart for a program that would design a movie based off of a few inputs from the viewer and this made me feel like the people who write anime nowadays have one. It seems like so many of the animes coming out today aim for average, as if there was some sort of algorithm out there where one could simply put in a few ... ideas and a machine would spew out a script that used the same old concepts and ideas.

Story: it's pretty simple, a boy named yuuto turns 16 and finds out he's from a family of demon hunters when he is attacked on the roof of the school only to be saved by his sexy cat bodyguard himari. He remembers nothing from his past because the charm that was protecting him for 16 years was so powerful. From then on it's your typical harem anime that has an ever-growing cast of female characters and 1 perverted friend. If you've ever seen steel angel kurumi the plot is very similar to that. like I said the story for OH was far from original but I actually did enjoy the theme they used of yuuto and himari fighting ayakashi and feel that it actually had a good deal of potential. The problem was that like many animes this one could've easily changed a few things around and been a lot better than it was but instead they stuck to the same boring pattern so many before it have fallen to, I will never understand the people that make these and why they can't see these obvious mistakes they're making. One thing I really get sick of seeing is the main character only surrounded by girls and the 1 guy friend only being a pervert. If you've seen clannad you'll see Okazaki continuously runs off to hang out with sunohara, I loved seeing that because it was such a simple thing to do and its realistic but you never see it, as if the main character never has any friends and then once he does they're all girls.

Art: while the art was standard the character designs were great. The only problem I had with it was the huge boobs were a little bit excessive, at some point it starts hurting the art not helping it. Still the harem of girls yuuto manages to collect does have it's gems, himari was hotter than your average harem girl and if you appreciate that kind of thing (who doesn't) and you don't really have plans to watch anything after what you're currently on you should check this out. Along with himari, Liz was another above average character and in my opinion that somewhat redeems this slightly, while I'd much rather have originality over above average beauty I won't complain if they decide to throw in some great looking women (although I wish they'd do both).

Sound: I liked the sound in OH, the opening theme was very catchy and I enjoyed it more than many other openings I've heard. The music during the anime got "different" at times but I liked it and felt it was a nice change from the average music You'll hear.

Character: I hate to bash an anime but the characters were all typical harem characters. Yuuto was a spineless idiot who did nothing. Himari was his protective horny servant, Shizuku was another horny girl with a dark past, Liz was a horny girl who likes serving tea, Kuesu was a horny girl who is an enemy but hangs around with the rest of the bunch, and rinko was the tsundere best friend who loves yuuto. None of the characters grow throughout the anime at all, the only change we see is yuuto finally taking charge and deciding to fight which really wasn't all that big. The relationship between himari and yuuto suffered horribly, we didn't even get to see a real kiss between the two because it got interrupted by the rest of the cast, which was really annoying because I knew that's what would happen but was still hoping to see it.

Overall I still think this series has potential but it will need more seasons to reach it. If we do see more series I'd like to see more of 3 things, yuuto becoming stronger, fighting real enemies, and yuuto and himari's relationship grow. I hate how there aren't any animes out there were 2 people are in a relationship before the last episode, it can be done and we can enjoy watching the 2's relationship grow even beyond 2 that are just starting their relationship. I would like to see less of the harem constantly interrupting at every possible moment and attacking yuuto with lust or anger. There will have to be many changes if they wish to accomplish this seeing that the last episode of this 1st season got us nowhere, yuuto even said he didn't want himari around (I believe someone told him he must really want that cat around and he said no) which really kind of pissed me off since he does want himari around and now he's just contradicting himself. Either way I will watch a second season if they make one and I'm still reading the manga which is different from the anime where the anime starts making changes when they go on the trip to paint, which I also think is a big mistake.

This was the first manga I've ever read, therefor this is my first time reviewing a manga. With nothing else to compare it to (besides anime) i can say that this manga was amazing. Anyone with the maturity level to read a yuri love story and take it seriously should really consider reading this no matter what your gender or sexuality. Being one who only has experience with anime I can tell you if you this manga was better than anything i've watched, the story seemed so real, the characters were great, and the end was satisfying. Now to break this manga down to find ... the sum of it's parts.

Story: When I first started reading this it was because of a nice review someone else had written that convinced me to try it. Going into the first chapter I didn't expect things to get as serioius as they did, I was expecting a standard love story but what I got was an epic tsunami of a story starting out with Mari, a quiet girl who spent all her time by herself suddenly being dragged into a social life by a popular and straightforward girl named Akko who was curious about Mari and wanted to be friends with her. Over time they become the best of friends until Mari starts developing special feelings for Akko. The rest of the story i don't want to spoil for you but i will tell you the reader goes through agony along with the girls in the story watching them discover their feeling for each other, not being able to tell each other, and not being able to have a normal relationship. Don't get the impression that this is some depressing story though, their is a lot of humor along with happy moments. From a guys perspective I will say it was interesting to see what goes on in the girls minds throughout the story and really shows that everybody has more to them than what you see. The only thing I didn't like about the story was sometimes getting to the conclusion felt dragged out by other characters and miscommunication which just made it seem too unreal.

Art: The art here was great, I loved both character designs for Akko and Mari, it had a really good flow throughout the chapters and really helped show the characters emotions like using tears at the right time and different types of blushing to show embarrassment or love. Within a few seconds of starting to read moving from picture to picture you actually see the scenes playing out in your mind. The art also shows changes in the characters appearance over time (like Mari growing her hair back out in the end). This was the only thing I didn't rate a 10 (I gave it a 9) because when they drew Akko on the colored covers and scenes it seemed like they would switch between blonde-ish and light brown, which I know is trivial but it caused a lot of confusion in how I pictured her which ate at me the whole time.

Characters: The characters in this story go so well together, when I was reading they seemed so close to being real that the only thing keeping them from hopping out of the story was that thin page. The emotions they convey the whole time just felt so real, the pain, the joy, the love was just so easy for the reader to feel, that is if you let it. All the supporting characters were good too since they all had their differences to set them apart but when talking about Mari and Akko they just seem to break the mold on what standard characters are since they actually seem like there could be people out there like them.

Enjoyment: I guess I don't have to tell you how much I enjoyed reading this at this point but I will say it was so interesting I came straight home and read this until I had to go to sleep, I completed it in 3 days. During class I usually am good at keeping focused but I couldn't stop wondering what would happen next all day and couldn't wait to rush home and read.

Overall: This manga is really more than the sum of it's parts, it takes all areas and uses them in a way that works so well together. The problems of their relationship not being conventional and their worries about that are real difficulties people face, although it will get better for them based on what I've seen from my generation. All in all if you consider yourself mature enough to handle realistic emotions from two girls who are attracted to each other than I urge you to check this out because you won't regret it (be aware it does get a little "mature" in the end *nosebleed*...you've been warned)

Amagami ss in my opinion is a mess unless you really like short stories. I decided to give this anime a try without knowing it was really just full of 4 episode short stories so i was in for a big shock on episode 5 when they totally switch the main heroine. I felt cheated that I spent 2 hours really liking 1 character and then thats it and they have 5 other stories with him falling for another girl. I'd suggest just watch the first 4 episodes then stop and that'll be enough, or watch the first episode and if you don't like the ... girl pick one you like and skip to her 4 episodes.

While it is an interesting idea to show all roads the main character could've taken i think it sucks, i'd rather see them make 24 episodes showing him slowly developing relationships with these girls and then falling for 1.

The short stories alone are great but it's too hard for me to watch the same character fall in love with 6 different girls. so like I said pick a girl and watch her 4 because thats still enjoyable.

The art in this was really good though as was the sound (I liked how the intro starts in english and then switches) and some of the characters were fun to watch.

characters: I think I'll start my review with the best part of this series, the characters. All of the characters in MS were amazing, they all had their own personalities and you learn a lot about each of them throughout the series. One thing I really liked was how they portrayed the main character shingo, instead of being some idiot with a short temper or a pervert they made him a helpful and very kind person who was genuinely concerned about others. All the other characters had depth to them and were very unique in my opinion, even if their personalities were built off of ... a commonly used quality such as a tsundere.

art: the art in this show was simply amazing, the characters all had great designs, and were beautifly done. For those of you who really care a lot about the art in an anime you should definitely check this one out.

story: I thought the story started out great, an all girls school merging with a co-ed school so some students from the co-ed school go to the all girls school as a test. Then halfway through the plot seemed to dissolve and it became more about the nuko club and the group of characters feelings for each other which was actually enjoyable to watch and the change in the plot was actually done in a way so it transitioned nicely. I have to say the story actually really suprised me in the end and took some wierd twists, in my mind the best episodes are definetely 10 and 11.

Enjoyment: I really enjoyed watching this anime even with all the sudden changes and twists, the romance was actually the best part since you really couldn't tell were it was going until it was actually happening. I must admit I was on the verge of crying towards the end of this.

music: while it wasn't the best part of the series they do a good job with the music, appropriate music for every mood.

my opinion (WARNING CONTAINS SPOILERS)
I honestly felt bad for 1 person in this whole series and that was shingo, my reason is that yes while the others are hurt because he doesn't love them he's got to be the one who decides who gets hurt and who doesn't, he could either string them along trying not to hurt anyone and eventually hurt everyone, pick one and hurt the others, or pick no one and hurt everyone, either way he has to hurt someone. I feel a little peeved that they spent 5 episodes on airi just to toss her to the side and have him fall in love with miu, while I loved those two ending up together I just felt angry that they'd spend half the series completely on one character and then just have her give up and comfort sana, but then again thats also what makes the romance in this so hard to figure out. Episodes 10 and 11 are what really made this show great, while the rest were good those were the only two with any real romance, episode 10 suprised the cr@p out of me when shingo just snaps and confesses to miu. I had mixed feelings towards sana becuase while she did like shingo it was her own fault for constantly telling him she hates him. Shingo and Miu ending up together was great in my opinion, i could sort of see it comming but after the whole airi incident i was a little confused, i loved them describing each other as the same person when sana asked what they thought of each other. This was a great anime, I wish there could've been more but there's not much room left to add anything else, it's one of those animes that make you reluctant to watch any others so soon because it just won't be as good.
