Oh God. The fear. One of the best animes i have seen, now in the hands of a new studio. What will happened? Well not much. It was better than i expected.
Let's be honest here anime is not about the animation quality only.
Yes i know, the animation of this season is actually worst than the first season, but come on the only reason people talk bad about this animation is because the first one was an outstanding work from MadHouse, and 50% percent of the fame of the 1st one is just because is MadHouse.

JCstaff did a very good job trying to maintain the high ... flag created by MadHouse. And yes is not perfect but is good.
The fights are now more static, the camera angles less dinamic.
The Garou Story arc is awesome. The sound is very good too. The opening is Great, project JAM made an incredible opening song. But not as epic as the 1st season's opening.
The end of the series was a little off for me though. I expected something more epic for the last battle and episode.
In the end the series is very enjoyable and entertaining. But not as epic as the first one.
The original One Punch Man was an incredible 9/10 for me.
This second season deserves a very solid 8/10.

Oh yeah the new trend genre ISEKAI.
Do you remember the time when Ecchi was actually good and funny to watch?
And then it become the seasons trend. And every season had a lot ecchi animes of cuestionable quality.
Well exactly the same thing is happening now with the ISEKAI genre.
BUT, BUT, between the excessive amount of ISEKAI anime that came with every season some Isekai shining in the dark of an already decadent and tired genre, remember us that even in the dark we can see a beautiful light sometimes.
As one of them Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari shines next to Overlord and SAO Alicization
as one ... of the best Isekai i have been watched.

The Story is good, the designs and animation are good and constant with its quality.
The music is good, but sometimes forgettable. The characters develop needs more effort though. But is not bad as this is just the first season of a much larger story. But still the lowest point in the series.
The level of enjoyment is high with this one. I cannot wait for the next episode almost every week.

A Solid Overall of 8/10 and a must watch if you like the ISEKAI genre with serious stories and not so much comedy or ecchi on it.

Great series.

What can we say? i have been watching this anime with my brother since january. Both of us loved it.

The Story is quite good. And easy to understand. There are no complicated premises. But that doesn't mean is a bad and simple story.

The music is quite good. And really helpful to immerse you in the Feudal Japan's atmosphere of the show.
The designs are very good. And in the opening there are some sequence of animation with the original designs of the now very old anime and manga this show is based on.

The characters are very interesting specially Dororo. Dororo is so cute sometimes but so ... brave in others. Maybe that's why the lowest point on the series is that some characters feel a little under developed. And their stories deserve more time in screen.

Remakes and reboots are not quite often very good. But this one broke that rule. A beautiful anime with an interesting story. That made you want to be able to skip forward in time a week to watch the next episode right away.

Maybe not a modern masterpiece. But definitely one among the best.

A solid 9/10. And a must to watch.

What can i say.
Sometimes you start a new anime just looking for something light to watch, and for your surprise is a very good anime, with a beautiful story and amazing animations and details.
I have learned more about the Antarctica with this 13 episodes than in my entire high school.
The music is very good, i love the ending.
The interactions between the 4 main characters and the support characters are really good, not forced at all. I wish it could had more episodes so the past of the other characters can be explored.
At the end This is one of those little treasures that you ... have to discover every season.
A very good anime indeed.

WHAT AN ANIME!

Easily a 10/10 anime. BUT we are just in the middle of the anime so a 9 for now.

6 Episodes into the anime........just..... let me wipe my tears a little......

Ok....

This Anime is precious, heartwarming.
From time to time an anime without Fights, without fanservice, without anything of what is the norm in the actual market, stands up and as an emissary of the heavens to show us a beautiful story about love, care and family. And what's better than that? well...that with a cat. Haru is simply beautiful.

By the way....prepare to cry....... A LOT.

The only bad thing is to have to wait an entire week for the next episode.

Beautiful movie.
A real beautiful master work.

The second world war destroyed a lot of families and people dreams. This movie as a story set in that era is a reminder of how many people tried to not lose their hope in an era of cruelty and destruction.
A memento of how the life goes on even on the darkest times.

The story is beautiful and realistic. The sound is good, the music is beautiful.
Kinda messy in some parts but not to much. Cruel and sad in others. A movie full of feels that will touch your heart. The designs are kinda childish but beautiful. And the animation is ... flawless.

What a beautiful movie.

Today 01/16/2019 i went again to the days of my childhood. I left the theater with a great feeling of satisfaction. A great movie? Yes! BUT a 10 Movie? NO.
Let's do it in parts:

Story: If you like it or not DB minus Is Canon. And that was the gem part of the movie, it was really satisfying to watch DB minus finally animated. Be honest the original Broly movie was kind of stupid, Broly only hates Goku because he cries. Now in this new movie he really has a background. So what can we say. Now Broly really has a story. But its obvious ... that the movie in the end was cut down to fit on less than 2 hours. I wish this movie to has an extended cut.

Art: The art was very good. With some disappointing scenes. The style of the drawings make you feel like if you're watching DBZ. BUT there are 2 or 3 scenes really disappointing. The animation in the fighting scenes is AMAZING. And the battles are very dynamic. The CGI, was incredibly good compared to the last two movies, but i still think it was better to not use CGI at all.

Sound: The sound was very good. The music is epic. Better than before. The lyrics in the Broly theme are kinda unnecessary and kinda takes away the epic feeling of the orchestrated score. But at least is just a little part of the theme.

Character: the characters in the movie are developed correctly. They feel alive, specially in the first part of the movie. The mother of goku is really cute, and bardock is more developed than before, showing more affect toward Goku, raditz and Ginne. Goku continues being funny but not in the stupidity level of the super series. The new characters are just good enough to be there. But they deserve more development specially Chirai.

Enjoyment: As i told before the movie will make you feel you like a child again. And if you are a new fan of Dragon Ball and have started your journey in the DB universe with Super this movie will be epic for you.

Personal Conclusion: By far the best DB movie that i have ever seen.

Oh my God!

I will do this review as a Tokusatsu Fan, since this is inspired by the 90's Tokusatsu series: Denkou Choujin Gridman, it is the right thing to do.

Story: Great! It is not the classic episodic enemy kind of story. It is really complex in the background, with a clear inspiration of series like Evangelion (is Trigger... you know...).
The only bad points on the story is that only if you have seen the original 90's Gridman live action, you will be capable of understanding all the glory and implications of the end.
Story: 8

Art: Impressive, the designs are very good, the characters, the Kaijus, Gridman ... Itself. All of them are cool. The animation is really good with the usual Trigger Style that some people love and other ones hate. The battles can be a bit more dynamic but they are very good battles. And can we talk about the references? HOLY S$#T there are a lot of references. From other animes to Tokusatsu classic series. What a good time i have looking for all the references. And a good one for all you to know: Rikka's mother has the same face of Haruko from FLCL and THE SAME SEIYUU! What an amazing touch right there!

Sound: very good, the music is good, it feels out of place in some parts, and then you remember is Trigger (you know...trigger...gainax...Evangelion...) so in the end is quite an experience. In some parts i really began to expect a battle with beethoven music. The opening and ending are good, the opening specially made me feel like watching and old Tokusatsu series so it really achieve the objective.
Sound: 9

Character: This is the low point of the series, the characters lack with their personalities. At some point i stopped caring about the characters and just wait for the next amazing battle, Anti is by far the most interesting character of the series. And the only one i really cared to find out his true motivations.
Characters: 7

Enjoyment: If you are a Tokusatsu fan, this anime touch the line of the very very good anime. I enjoyed the battles a lot. To the point of watching the entire anime in less than half a day. So if you are fan of trigger or Tokusatsu this is a highly recommended series, every episode will let you with hunger of more. If not, it is still a good mecha vs kaiju style of anime for you to watch.
Enjoyment: 9

Where should i start?

This movie can't be a better ending to this trilogy.

The story is quite better than the second one.
Let's make it in parts:

Story: It could be better in some parts. The first half of the movie is kinda slow and boring and just after the first 40 minutes the movie starts to get a good pace. Also the movie made you think on the phylosophy of live and how our real enemy not always is those things we fear but the things we are. STORY: 7

Art: Beautiful CGI, i don't usually like the CGI that mimics anime, but this one ... is almost flawless. Face expressions can be improved but they feel good enough to not think you're watching robots instead of humans. ART: 8

Sound: The best part of the movie is the music and sound itself. Quite an improvement over the two last movies. The music expressed the feelings of the characters sometimes better than their faces. And the ending song is just as good as the score. The sound editing is very good too. Sound: 9

Character: Now we can see a real development of the characters, their true motivations and feelings were explored in very good way. Something that in the past two movies was not done. In the first and second movie the characters were like robots trying to be humans, but in this one you can feel the emotions on the characters. Making them to feel alive and making us to real connect with them. Character: 8

Enjoyment: This part is quite subjective, as a movie fan this movie is quite an improvement over the last two, yes, but then, as a Kaiju movie fan, i think the movie could be a lot better. And that is the point: it is supposed to be a Godzilla movie, a Kaiju movie.
And in the end the movie was a real good action-drama movie with some parts of Kaiju appearances and even less kaiju fights. More battle between Godzilla and Ghidorah could be appreciated, and, oh god, Ghidorah didn't make justice to his name. Enjoyment: 7

So as conclusion: a real good movie but if you are a fan of Kaiju movies and battles maybe this movie will let you with a desire for more.
very good movie that needs more kaiju on it. An average of 7.8 so:

This beautiful movie doesn't try to mix genres, making a mess like other ones does, it sticks to the classic drama formula, something that i really loved in this movie. Sometimes it can be a little cliche, but it does good what it supossed to do.
The art is faultless, the animation is impeccable.
Also the music is very good sometimes, but, it can be a forgettable part of the movie. There are 1 or 2 loose ends in the movie.

As a conclusion:
Kimi no Suizou wo Tabetai is Very good drama, if you want to feel your eyes wet a few times in just 1 hour ... and 48 minutes of lenght this movie is for you.
