A manga about a girl who's a foodie, who then worries about her weight, so she works out while continuing to be a foodie? It's surprisingly good.
The art is done wonderfully, with special attention to human anatomy. Most of the demonstrations for exercises in this manga will show you pictures of which muscle groups the exercise is working on, or which part of the body should be doing the task. There are also numerous pictures of the main cast of girls with expressions that are only achieved in the realm of fiction.

Let me begin by saying that this show is NOT for everyone. Looking through the reviews, it seems like a lot of people greatly dislike the show based. Despite that, let me tell you about what I believe to be the good qualities in this show.
Firstly, the opening theme song is great to listen to. Definitely fits the fantasy theme, and is nice to listen to by itself. The art is also well done, though it isn't the greatest. This anime is beautifully made with a gorgeous flowing animation and top-tier audio. The theme song is catchy, and the intro fits the story extremely well.
If you are someone who wants to experience a laid-back and enjoyable anime with an easy to follow story, this is the perfect anime for you! The characters are enjoyable to follow, and each has their own quirks which really helps to make the characters feel realistic compared to some other anime.
