Yet another harem story where the mc is a herbivore who only passively stays and gets all the action from the girls around him. Let's see, where do we start?
For some reason the 2 maids he gets end up falling for him and wanna sleep with him and up to that point I can understand if he was a passive guy, but after having that experience, a couple more end up joining him and they also fall for him and also end up wanting to sleep with him, but he keeps resisting every time it happens, even though he does want to and he's gotten
...
the "go ahead" from his main 2 girls. Of course I'm not saying it's bad that he wanted to ascertain the other women's feelings first so they don't do something they're forcing themselves to do, but acting all flustered after having slept with women before seems like a very annoying character trait, that is waaaay too pervasive in romance manga for example. I can count on my fingers the manga where the MC is an actual person.
The other thing that I wanna talk about is how, for some reason these women love him, yet he's yet to be shown going out on his own to them and initiating anything. It's like he's slept with them once and lost interest in them. I'm not talking about him going out of his way to go to them to ask them about things he's working on, I'm talking about spending time with them and flirting and talking about each other - things that people do in relationships (even if this one is a 8-way relationship). He's also not yet been shown initiating any intercourse with them even after the time he did it with each of them for the first time and with the constant a-couple-month time skips here and there I start to question the MC's manhood. Either these events were skipped or he really acts like how we see in the story even off-screen. Either way, this makes the story very stupid. Even if it doesn't have the romance tag, the women around him clearly do love him and did end up sleeping with him, so I'm not sure why the author didn't develop the romance, it's like those scenes were thrown there for the sake of it, either commit to developing the romance, or give up and just do things behind the readers' eyes like Isekai Nonbiri Nouka did. Without that it literally looks like all those sexual scenes were added to attract readers, yet without continuing to make those scenes they wouldn't stick.
It's literally written like a self-insert power fantasy where for some reason even if you don't show affection to the women in your harem, they still love you. In essence it feels similar to Isekai Nonbiri Nouka, but at least with that story, the romance was pushed out entirely and the story was solely focused on expanding the village, here we have a little bit of both, but it's not developed well at all.
For a way better harem story, I'd recommend Isekai wa Smartphone to Tomo ni, at least the women there actually got jealous and even told the MC straight up that he's not spending time with them and that makes them all sulky, and the MC actually tried there. Another one is Maou ni natta node, dungeon tsukutte jingai musume to honobono suru.

Let me get this straight, the rollercoaster of relationship changes is crazy to say the least. Also it might be called Good Ending, but apart from the warming up to the femc part, the whole story feels like a shitshow.
We have the mc who likes his senpai and a girl who helps him get close to that senpai. He manages to score a date and she also was starting to notice that she might have feelings for him, but all of a sudden she cancels it on the day of. It just so happens that her senpai that she's always liked (he had a girlfriend
...
before, so that's why she couldn't do anything about it) had become available, because his gf had cheating on him and they broke up (ironic, cause it so happens that guy also cheats later on), so they started dating literally after one night of conversation.
On top of being "rejected" so to speak, our MC decides to stay in the club, where he will see her every time they have club activities, and a few days later he notices she has a hickey (meaning she prolly already had sex with that senpai she liked), yet he STILL continues to be in the club. I have no idea how much of a cuck you'd have to be to be able to stay in the same spot as MC.
The other thing that annoyed me a lot is that for some reason, even though he still likes his senpai and is in that cuck state, somehow he starts thinking about being with the girl that's helped him so far, with such little time passed after the "rejection". She also for some unknown reason told him "instead of trying to forget about her, you should motivate yourself to become such a good man so that she will think later that she missed out on not picking you", which is only half-good advice. The second part is good advice, but not forgetting her, invites a future possibility of getting together and all kinds of problems might happen just because he didn't get over her, which of course does happen in the story later on and they still end up breaking up. I can't ever wrap my head around how you would EVER want to get together with a person that didn't choose you before and after they've had their fun with someone else in the before you.
There are more changes to relationships that I won't mention, but this whole manga literally reads as if it's a shoujo manga and for some reason it's considered shounen manga. So much unnecessary drama that could be avoided if someone with relationship experience helped the MC.

So we have an old fart that kept his annoying and insufferable personality when he got reincarnated, who is also so edgy, you would cut your finger by just putting it in his vicinity.
Then we have many girls who like the MC, who gives them no regard romantically whatsoever, besides Shion, up until chapter 39 at least. This time the MC is not the coward type in romance stories, no no no, this time he's just too stubborn to allow himself to experience it.
We have an annoying plotline where a "hero" is summoned and the goddess that summoned him gives him the ability to
...
fuck any woman he likes, whether she wants to or not (rape), and on top of all that, he doesn't get killed in the first encounter with MC. Also, mind you, this is the first time in the story that we see any sexual scenes, not even any action with the MC for 39 CHAPTERS (4/5 of the whole story). Shion is yet another common trope with female characters sometimes, where for the end goal they'll do anything (even allow themselves to be raped, in this case for the sake of their country) and just as she is about to be fucked, our MC showed up to save the day.
I have no idea how MC wasn't livid and didn't want that guy dead on the spot, when he entered the room he was in and saw what was going on with his powers.
Overall very average fantasy setting with the most common tropes for medieval stories, having fantasy races, adventuring, etc, and very poor world layout (basically a square/diamond that's split into 4 with the center being the demon king's land). Bonus points where the villain is a hero who is a scumbag rapist (yet again) and it's allowed for some reason.
Honestly I wish authors who like to write about rape and ntr so much to experience it.

Amazing, this manga is simply the best comedic masterpiece ever. It's basically drama after drama, after drama, sometimes even drama inside the drama. There's barely any chill chapters on their own without drama.
- There's the MC who treats everyone like garbage (except his sister), has very short temper and somehow-
*spoiler*
-ends up getting a girlfriend who mind you he treated like shit at the start, when they saw each other for the first time.
Somehow because she saw him doing kind acts and he saved her from being raped she decided that she likes him.
*end of spoiler*
-
...
There's the childhood friend of the FEMC who also has a short tamper with "commoners" as well.
- There's a Love Dodecahedron (seriously the love interests are so entangled it's laughable).
*spoiler*
Somehow the MC is loved by 3 different women of which I could only see 1 of them being reasonable, that being he one from his
middle school, since she knows that he's kind and not some arrogant person who screams at everyone and hates them. Even if the
single mother also knows that of him, she should also know that he acted very rude towards and screamed at a lot of people which
is not a good quality, and the FEMC I absolutely do not understand at all. Somehow wanting to get close to a person who keeps
screaming abuse at you and thinking he's interesting doesn't sound like something someone would do realistically. If anything, that's
the point you would unquestionably distance yourself (maybe even forever) from that person regardless of what you see him do
afterwards.
*end of spoiler*
- The way the characters act is very cringe like when-
*spoiler*
-the MC said he likes the FEMC out of left field,
*end of spoiler*
or when the MC shouts like crazy when he's in argument with FEMC, or with her childhood friend Arata or with some random
incompetent manager at his job.

If you enjoy iyashikei/slice of life then you would probably enjoy this, as it seems to be almost purely focused on that aspect.
I wanted them to focus on romance as well, but that sadly didn't happen, almost at all.
Even though we do know that Ru and Michio are husband and wife it's as if the entire romance part was hidden from the viewer's eyes. And after all of that you spring upon that they will have a child at the end all of a sudden with 0 build up.
Not to mention possibly misguiding the viewer into thinking this anime might turn into
...
a harem due to there being almost only women in the village and all of them showing some form of affection to Michio, while our MC is literally unfazed and hasn't shown us a single time that he's gotten closer to Ru.
Also him not being by his wife's side during the birth seems like an even more annoying part of the anime as if it's made on purpose to be that way.
