Kowaremono: Risa Plus The Animation is the follow up to Kowaremono: Risa The Animation, and picks up right where it left off. In my review of the previous installment into this series, I talked about how this uncle whose name we never learn, used rape as a form of punishment and blackmail. His motivation for raping Risa was a deep sense of fatherly duty to discipline her. Over time, his rationale changed from "I'm fixing ... your behavior" to "this is the price you must pay for staying in my house". Now, this year 2016, things have changed.

It’s just that the soundtrack at the beginning says "drama filled six season anime" while the content says "lube up your dick, you're in for a good time." Sex still sounds like jello being fucked with a dildo, but again, that's par for the course. I know there are some audiophiles out there, and you'll be happy with this one too. They balanced their audio well, so dialogue doesn't overpower the sex sounds. Voice acting on Risa's part is good, but the uncle's voice is... weird. He's oddly silent sometimes, and his vocal inflections sound odd, like he reminds me of my own creepy uncle who played "the secret game" with me in his cellar when I was still a cheeky little boy.

The art design is almost exactly the same as in the previous title, with some slight changes. Eyes are a bit different, some details like facial features are glossed over. Hair detail is very intricate, the lights actually bounce off the flocks, and Risa's single-side ponytail is animated very, very nicely. Hers actually looks like real hair, not just some crazy static storm cloud like the wigs they wear in Yu-gi-oh. The ponytail moves with Risa's body as she's fucked, it whips about. Skin tone is accurate too - dat pink pig shade.

Sound design is well executed. They don't have out of place piano bullshit to ruin the mood. Miscellaneous trance/techno is what plays in the background most often, pretty normal for the hentai anime industry. I specifically like how her eyes were drawn, their shape and animation give the girl a bit more emotion. The animation is also quite fluid, with no skipped frames. There’s only one cumshot scene, and the semen looks real and liquid, not like other OVAs which make it look almost chunky. There are a few loopable gif moments in there as well, but they don’t seem very forced, as if they were trying to take up time by looping a scene.

Kowaremono: Risa The Animation is your standard rape OVA, featuring solid voice acting, good art, it uses your some of your favorite pre-existing rape tropes. It’s got a good length at 17 minutes, it quickly gets into the fucking with no time wasted. If you want some emotionally scarring triggering sex on video, this bitch will do it for you. And if you’re looking for something a bit lighter, this OVA will also do just fine.

Shinsei Futanari Idol: Dekatamakei! centers around two girls, Mizuho and Riko. They’re both idols in Japan known as the duo Sweet Fruits, but they both harbor a dark secret: they got big wangs.

Speaking of time, this OVA is great when it comes to content! A full 30 minute long OVA with under five minutes of boring plot and WHAM! You’ve got dick in your face. The majority of this OVA is all about the wang, and that’s great, considering the under-representation of dick girls on the hentai scene. It’s got only three major scenes, but they do a mild character ark and definitely do their job.

Shinsei Futanari Idol: Dekatamakei! is a good entry into the long running futa-based franchise that Studio 9 MAiami is running. It’s certainly not connected to any of their previous works. The art is good, the sex is great, and if you can ignore some out of place sound effects you’ll be in for a good fap. Definitely check this one out if you’re hurting for some dickgirl action.

All good porn needs a hook. Your studio wants to appeal to at least some fetishists out there, to sell your DVDs. Fella Hame Lips does a lot in its first episode, but the content is barely comparable to the lengths that the doujin goes. The doujin is a much larger collection of fappable shit. I know, they needed to give exposition. However, I truly hope there are a few more episodes to be released by EDGE so they can really get into the other, more exotic scenes from the doujin.

The human onahole aspect does provide an interesting dynamic to the sex. The OVA focuses primarily on blowjobs and deepthroat. Fella Hame Lips takes a solid 5 minutes to hit the actual porn sequences, leaving only around 10 minutes of actual fappable content, but it does use its time efficiently. Others might argue that a 16 minute OVA with only 10 minutes of actual porn is a bad ratio, but I think it can be overlooked because of how necessary the exposition is. It would definitely streamline the process if the experience if they released another episode, where everything is established and the fucking can ensue unrestrained.

The art of Fella Hame Lips has is nice to look at, but rather basic in its shading and coloring. Of course I can appreciate the effort that went into creating an entire animation project, shit's hard as fuck. But still, colors don’t particularly stand out, lines and shadows aren't dark enough, it all comes off very flat.

The sound design is alright, with a tasty pop guitar jam in the beginning that descends into background music clips that are forgettable but necessary. Sex sounds are on par with other OVAs I've watched. The fucking sounds like a dildo used on jello, which is par the course for hentai. The voice acting for our living onahole is quite satisfying, both in her vocal mannerisms and performance. She chokes on a dick and sounds like it.

Animation wise its fluid and serves its purpose. There are no jerky movements or an absence of frames to give the appearance of movement, they put the effort into showing a censored dick moving in and out of a mouth.

If I had to use one word to describe Fella Hame Lips, it would be “standard” (with exception to the story, of course). All the effort went into making the doujin’s plot a reality, otherwise everything falls in line with other OVAs released this year.

I did enjoy this title, and while there were some shortcomings with the drawing style it's easy to overlook because of the context. The true gold here is the story, and it’s a really nice change to see some innovation in the hentai industry past simple aphrodisiac induced cock lust, the basic public gang rapes and humiliation.
