"Shelter", as a song, is my "go-to" sad song (as of now). I'm a PR fan (and a new Madeon fan) and quickly fell in love with the song. It has that... feel... sad feel. The same "feel" I have when I listen to Porter's "Divinity" and "Sea of Voices" or Madeon's "Pay No Mind" and "The City". It's a great song, and I LOVE it.

This... MV... didn't give me that. The whole thing is bland, some-what of a try hard on the "feels", which I did get... on the last minutes of the MV. Probably my fault for being a tad hype for it.

The ... PR fan seems to be happy with this (can't blame 'em, PR rarely put out new stuff), but I just... feel like something left out.

If you see the site for the MV, you'll see a lot of (some-what I guess?) big names. I mean, you got guys from IM@S designing the character, and mind you Porter's pretty great on concepts (I mean, you got "WORLD" and its live tour with great visuals), but I can't seem to love this as much as how I love "WORLD", "Language", or Madeon's "Adventure".

So... this will be the basterd child of mine... I'll notice it here and there but I'll just kick it on the side and smile.

Amaama to Inazuma is sweet, but a tad deep on some part. In short, you could say this is the same as "Flying Witch". Watch it if you're getting tired of the serious and gritty (or... the waifu wars, the moe-moe-kyun~ stuff, anything really) anim00.

Story, it's sweet just like everyone said. But, if you look closely it's pretty engaging. If you see ONLY "Tsumugi" (the little kid), it'll be just like reading "Yotsubato!": cute, funny, and light-hearted. If you see the whole big picture, it's basically about a dad trying to make the kid happy after some accident that leads to the mom's dead and ... at the same time a high school girl trying to cook. It's fun tho, it's hella fun.

Art, nothing to appraise, it's pretty chill, generic (duh), but it gets the jobs done. Really nice with the mood of the whole anime.

Sound, nothing special. Nice OP/ED, nice VA, so-on-and-so-forth.

Character, just as I said. Depends on your perspective. If you only look at the little kid like a fuckin' pedo- I mean "loli fan" you are, then it'll be a cute anime just like "Yotsubato!". IF you're like me and see the whole bigger picture, each character has their own problem to deal with... Specially the main 3.

Enjoyment, I FUCKIN' LOVE IT. It is "Sweet and Lightning" just like "Flying Witch", sad I'm not a fan of the OP/ED (unlike "Flying Witch"). Of course I would totally recommend it to y'all. Just watch it while eating your comfort food in bed, and forget everything.

Overall it's an 8 for me. The anime's nice and sweet with a tad deep sub-plot which isn't "IN YOUR FACE" thing. Totally recommending it to anyone

New Game is the kind of anime where you'll just get blue-balled if you expect a bunch of yuri sex scene. 'cause you wont be seeing it.

Story, bland as fuck, but enjoyable to say the least. It's basically you seeing the "game-making world" in a nutshell (specially around chara design, in the nutshell). No interesting plot what-so-ever so just treat it as a trip to McDonald or any fast food chain, really (maybe Walmart, who the hell cares).

Art, it's a solid 8 for me. Nothing to complaint.

Character, lovable. There are SOME (scratch that, A LOT) of undertone yuri here and there. But at least each ... of the character has something to do (i.e hobbies, back story, etc). Don't expect it being memorable.

The OP and ED is pretty generic, nothing really special for me really.

Enjoyment, I genuinely like it. It's pretty fun and engaging. Lots of pretty funny stuff where I chuckle a bit. The character interaction is pretty great.

Overall it's a solid 7, not to shabby but don't watch it WAY too much, treat it as a fast food. The more you watch this, the fatter you get.

TL;DR version:
This whole anime is the equivalent of a good flash animation on YouTube/Newgrounds. Just watch it when you're going to marathon some heavy anime ('cause it's pretty short).

Full Review:
You know those flash animation you see on Newgrounds or on Youtube like "Eddsworld", "Jello Apocalypse", or other famous ones... Yea it's basically that.

I mean, look at the art style man, it's something out of Newground, just with a hint of anime and "2moe4mebruh" spices. Everything about the whole anime is laughable and really childish. It is a cute, 4 and a half minutes show.

I am not saying it's a bad thing. Really it's not, it's ... a good anime if you're going to marathon some serious (i.e shonen, mystery, etc) anime, and you need at least something between 2... maybe 3 episode in.

Should you watch it? Probably not, unless you're like me who only watch something cute, weird, and just want something to make you laugh and say "why did I even get this anime in the first place lol".

Are you going to enjoy it? Probably.

8/10 would watch and drink bleach after

Kiznaiver is the hyped anime for (I guess) everyone on this season. The story's great, the characters lovable, and I love the opening music. Sadly, the 2 last episode leave a sour taste in my mouth.

Let's start with the good stuff out of the way...

The story's pretty great, playing around with the connection of friendship. It's a pretty great concept with a mix of "TRIGGER" magic actually makes a pretty decent and engaging story.

Art, great. Not really surprised with the art style and it really makes watching it pretty nice. It somehow makes me fall in love with both the environment and characters.

Character, lovable. Interesting ... back story. Amazing development of characters. Romance is a bit of a stretch, but still keeps you on edge.

Sadly, the last 2 episode seems to make it went from 100 to HOLY SHIT DAFUQ YOU DOING SENPAI, PLEASE STOP real quick. For some reason they make it a bit quick in my honest opinion. They could probably make it longer by having a bit of a filler on the old kiznaivers. Half of my kind of glad.

Should you watch it? Sure. What's the harm really

Mayoiga... that beautiful cuisine food that turns out to be stale

No really, I'm not even joking. The anime is an equivalent of a shit expensive sports car. You're in for a ride, sure. But when you rev that engine you get nothing but "FFFFFROOO-eugh".

Gotta be honest with you. I actually enjoy the first... 3 episode. Like it was actually engaging. The start clearly stated that the whole show is going to be a bit fucked up. Second... gives you that feeling. Third... starts to wear down, sure. But you still have that edge. Then... nothing. Just a few "OH!?" and "Oh? What?".

Art style. Great. I ... like it. I love how the characters look. Love how the background looks. It's engaging and beautiful.

OP/ED is a bit of a meh for me.

Character development. Stale as FFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU. Not gonna lie, the only engaging character is the main character who's probably a retard. The main girl who's to be frank quite cute. Then the old man at the last one who puts everything together. That's it. DONE. Everyone else? LOL FUCK 'EM

Honestly, if they actually show at least a hint of everyone's background a bit, I'll be fine. NOPE, they just make them forgettable. It just ends up with a lot of moment where I would scream "FUCK YOU" and shove my middle finger up my screen.

Overall. It's shit, I'm disappoint with the ending. I'm disappoint with how everything went. It becomes a stale yet edgy.

This anime... I want to forget about it... Maybe I should join that "get-away" village that nobody knows...

Another list of this season's short anime. A story about a kid with his seal having kiddie fun and being childish, I guess.

It's definitely something to watch in-between anime. Specially if you decide to have a full-on marathon of heavy plot anime, and wants something to blow of some steam in-between... 5 episodes. Each episode has its own thing and theme to go with, and it's pretty much a fun anime.

The characters are pretty lovable, specially Goma-chan and Ashibe. The other minor character does follows with both the main character. To be honest, that's basically it, the character is there to amuse you, in a ... way.

The story is basically different in each episode. No big plot at all. Which is to be expect since it's really a short and comedic, and I guess the main audience are kids or weirdos like me who just wants to have some laughs.

Art style kind of reminds me of "Crayon Shin-chan" with it's simplicity and overall art-style. And yes, the art style does fit with the overall anime, which is neat.

If you want a short and funny anime, or something to accompany your binge-watch and marathon an anime, this is basically your go-to anime.

You know what happen if you actually mix "K-On!" with a hint of "Hyoukai"? This anime...

Is it a fun anime to watch? Yes

Is it a mystery? Not... quite.

Should you watch it? If you like a cute girl and a cute guy who-is-basically-a-full-cannon-gay-character... Yes you should

I like the whole anime, I really do. Sadly it's not like his brother, ERASED. I can't call this a mystery anime. Really I can't. It's like calling DxD a hentai anime. It's not.

... Reason I can't call it a mystery anime is because it's basically just 2 nutjobs who like snooping around. Then what-ya-know, they solve a mystery.

Should it stop you from watching this? NOPE. Hell, I actually think you should. It gives a bit of a fresh breeze to the genre. And it's actually one of my "I hope there's a season 2 of this" list.

As long as you don't treat it as a mystery anime, you're fine. No seriously, don't treat is as a mystery anime, you'll cry.

You rarely see an anime that actually teach you something (specially Japanese culture), or that's probably just me 'cause I rarely watch anime...

Anyway, the whole anime is really nice. Really light, and doesn't force you on the main plot. I like how it's being playful and gave a tickle on the fan-service/ecchi side.

You really could just jump between episodes if you're a bit lazy (or just want to re-watch) since it's really doesn't have a major plot. The plot is there so the main girl have at least *some* purpose. In my opinion, if there's no major plot, only a girl with a love of ... snack like some weed junkie loving... his weed, it's still a good and happy-go-lucky anime.

The only flaw I have it's that (for me) it feels a tad fast, and it's kind of sad that they're not THAT focus on the major thing, which is making the main character be an owner of some shop so his dad could work on this big corporate.

Would actually wait for a season 2. If there isn't a season 2, it'll be fine too

Basically a good mystery anime for this season (at least...). In my opinion, if you like Subete ga F ni Naru: The Perfect Insider, you probably like this too.

Starts off playing around with the main character. It gets juicier and kind-of mind-fuck on the middle. Ends with a pretty decent bang (even though it's a "HA CALLED IT, BITCHES" kind of ending) and it's pretty satisfying. If you like this kind of genre, you probably guess who's the bad guy already, but even that didn't made the whole thing boring.

Main character? Generic, but a tad deep. His friends are really nice too. It actually ... tickles you a bit on the first 5 (I guess?) episodes while still makes you guess around. The rest 6 episodes were really nice, gave you a bit of a false hope then a hit straight to the gut (for me at least). But even with that isn't really that bad.

Enjoyed it through and through, even though it's not my 10/10
