Emotionally damaged character, add in a small adorable child with her own trauma and you get one of the most emotionally heartfelt, sweetest animes ever to be produced. Quickly became a top favourite even more than spyxfamily. Interesting side characters, and moments that tug at your heart strings. This seems to be a popular genre currently and whilst others have come out, very few have made me feel like this. Eagerly awaiting more!

Very cute anime. Tomo is a complex character who just wants to be noticed by her best friend. Shes tries to become more of a woman she thinks he would like, but loses and finds her way through navigating emotional situations. Her best friends also go through wanting their friend to fall in love, but also nervous at what might change/what they may lose. Tomboy character troupe isnt one I often seen, the mc male its torn between liking his best friend, and loving her, falling into a cycle of wether or not this should happen.
