As some of you might know already, I'm a big fan of Jojo's.
It is an astonishing Manga/Anime series, with great storytelling, captivating characters and especially, beautiful art.
And after the switch from Shonen Jump to Ultra Jump after Part 6, Steel Ball Run, the seventh Part of the series, pushed the factors that make Jojo so great and create it into a genuine masterpiece.
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run is deservedly ranked #2 on the Top Mangas her on MyAnimeList.
Why I think that? Well, let's jump into my review of Part 7 of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure:
Steel Ball Run.
Story 10/10:
In the American Old West, the world's greatest
...
race is about to begin. Thousands line up in San Diego to travel over six thousand kilometers for a chance to win the grand prize of fifty million dollars. With the era of the horse reaching its end, contestants are allowed to use any kind of vehicle they wish. Competitors will have to endure grueling conditions, traveling up to a hundred kilometers a day through uncharted wastelands.
Johnny Joestar, a crippled horse racer, has come to San Diego to watch the start of the race. There he encounters Gyro Zeppeli, a racer with two steel balls at his waist instead of a gun. Johnny witnesses Gyro using one of his steel balls to unleash a fantastical power, compelling a man to fire his gun at himself during a duel. In the midst of the action, Johnny happens to touch the steel ball and feels a power surging through his legs, allowing him to stand up for the first time in two years. Vowing to find the secret of the steel balls, Johnny decides to compete in the race, and so begins his bizarre adventure across America on the Steel Ball Run.
The story of Steel Ball Run is perfectly executed in every way. The threads never loosen throughout it and always improves more and more. It is probably Araki's most thought out story yet, with the progression making it better, complex and perfect.
The last third of Steel Ball Run is one of the best storytelling I've ever witnessed and even the "True Man's World" Arc just encapsulates perfectly, how the story progresses throughout, as well as building great character development, and so on.
So in short: A nigh, if not, perfect story.
Pacing 9/10:
One of the slight issue of Steel Ball Run is the slow start. The story needs to be built up at first to progress, but with the length of 24 volumes, the first ones are taking a bit to get into it. For some, it might be offputting, resulting in dropping it (which I highly would NOT recommend).
However, the pacing is still very, very well. After the rather slow start, the story progresses faster and further and in the end, is a great read, where the time is worth it.
Characters 10/10:
I have nothing to complain.
The characters in Steel Ball Run are all greatly written and just magnicifent.
Gyro Zeppeli is the best deuteragonist I've seen so far.
His peronality is charming and his style and actions are just great.
His story is really captivating and you feel with him.
A man, who wants to do the right thing all the way and save a boy he knows is innocent from death row.
His backstory and conflict with his fathers philosophy is really interesting and makes you also question your own morals sometimes.
Gyro is such a likable character, that I've never seen anyone, who dislikes him.
He is funny, likable, badass and a great person.
Johnny Joestar is probably the best written Jojo so far.
His tragic backstory makes you feel sympathetic towards him and maybe even relatable.
His character development from his youth, to the start of the race, to the end is greatly visible and beautifully done.
However, he also has a moral ambiguity. His "selfish" desires to get the corpse for himself to walk again is often discussed. And even in the story itself, Johnny get's questioned and questions himself, if his actions might have been the bad ones.
In the end, Johnny is just such a greatly written character and there is nothing I have to complain about.
Diego Brando is one of the major antagonists and the alternate version of DIO (or Dio Brando from the original story).
He also is a very well written character, with a sad backstory and also a greaty interesting personality. Besides that, he is just so entertaining to watch and it's always great to see him. He might even be better than DIO, but that's debatable.
I would like to talk about a different aspect of Diego Brando, but that would spoil a bit, so I'm gonna stop here.
In short: Diego Brando is a great character.
And now the elefant in the room:
Funny Valentine, my favourite character in the entire series.
Funny Valentine is the main antagonist of Steel Ball Run and the 23rd President of the United States.
He has a very big sense of patriotism and does everything to ensure, that he reaches his goals.
The main goal is to make the United States of America the strongest and greatest country in the world.
While he might sound like a great president, he is a cruel tyrant and pretty vile person as well.
Funny Valentine's backstory and how his idelas formed are also very well written.
His danger is always felt throughout the part, even before his stand is revealed.
He is a force to be reckoned with and an especially well written villain at that.
He is even so well written, that many people are so drawn in by his charisma, that they say Valentine is a good guy.
And that ladies and gentleman, is how you write a charismatic manipulator and populist.
The writing of Araki is perfect.
I don't want to write for another hour, but there are far more greatly written and likable characters.
For example:
- Ringo Roadagain (The GOAT)
- Lucy Steel
- Hot Pants
- Stephen Steel
- Wekapipo
and I could go on...
Steel Ball Run has a perfect cast and I love every character in this Part.
Art 10/10:
This is perfection.
Araki's idea of switching from weekly to monthly magazines was the best idea of his career.
Because his art really showed it's real potential in Steel Ball Run.
The scenery is far more detailed and beautiful.
There are many legendary panels throughout the Manga and the details of the characters, Stands and fights just are magnicifent.
Araki definetely always had a great artstyle, but after this Part, he just showed, how good it really is, or rather, can be.
Steel Ball Run has a perfect and beautiful artstyle and Araki keeps going and always improves on his art.
Fights 9,75/10:
The fights in Steel Ball Run are nearly all perfect.
It would be a 10/10, if there weren't some small fights like the "Wired" fight of which I thought:
"It's alright, but not really great."
However, except some small ones, I love the fights in this Part.
There are so many fights I love, I can't name them all.
The fights are exciting, mind blowing, jaw dropping and beautiful.
The choreography, the pace and the abilities are perfectly used in the fights and are just great to look at.
And the art of Araki also improves these fights more and more.
Steel Ball Run has probably the most interesting fights in Jojo's, in my opinion, and the fights always slap.
Enjoyment 10/10:
You already read how much I like the Part, therefore no surprise, that I really enjoyed reading it.
It not only had a captivating and beautifully written story. It also had perfect characters, great fights, beautiful art and also funny scenes. I nearly loved every page I looked at, no matter how much text there was.
I would always read it again and it always will be fun.
Overall 10/10:
This is probably one of the best stories and things I've ever read or saw. It just does so much right, down from the characters to the art, to the fights...
Steel Ball Run is Hirohiko Araki's best story he ever told so far, with the best art he had so far and just everything his creativity could create.
There are probably not many stories that will make me feel like Steel Ball Run did.
"It's truly been a roundabout path..."
Thank you Araki for letting me witness this masterpiece of writing.
And just to tell you. I don't like giving 10's that much, because I think the story needs to be really fcking good to be a perfect 10/10.
But Steel Ball Run... definetely is.
Well, that was my longest review so far.
If you enjoyed reading, then look forward to my Part 8 review, after my re-read.
Or read my reviews for the other Parts (Anime) if you haven't already.
Thank you for reading and I wish ya'll a great day. ^^

Now, it's come to this
The final batch of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean.
Stone Ocean's ending is, for some reason, the most hated ending in Jojo. (According to my observations)
While it is debateble, I think different and believe that Part 6 has one of the best Endings to a Jojo Part.
But here, I won't talk about the ending, because I want to avoid spoilers.
So chill out, if you still haven't watched the third batch, and have fun reading. :)
Story 10/10:
After finally escaping the Green Dolphin Street Prison, Jolyne Kujo, alongside her companions Ermes and Emporio pursues the priest Enrico Pucci across the state of Florida. Jolyne's
...
allies, Weather Report and Anasui, struggle to catch up with her in order to help bring an end to Pucci's plot. As both parties pursue the priest, they must battle against Pucci's band of enemy Stand users. Pucci in the meantime rushes to the coordinates specified in DIO's diary, which is the Kennedy Space Center, to fulfill the heaven plan of DIO once and for all.
The story reaches it's climax, it really becomes one of the best Arcs in Jojo's and Anime as a whole. The race to Cape Canaveral, the fights during this race and the storylines are just magnicfent. Araki really put all of his heart into the ending and the story of Stone Ocean, and poured allof his creativity in it.
Absolute masterpiece of writing.
Pacing 10/10:
The pacing was perfect. All the episodes and the content of it was perfectly paced and never felt too short or too long. Every episode was great to watch in that regard and just feels nice to watch.
Characters 9,5/10:
And also the characters do get a really big spike. Pucci's and Weather's dynamic and story is so heartbreaking, so beautiful and good. I just can't. Jolyne also developes more and more into the adult and strong woman she is. Such a badass and great character. I don't know why some people dislike her. Misogyny I guess. Emporio also improves the longer the story goes, and in the end, he is one of the most important characters. And even Anasui now has a great character development and is great to watch.
And the sons of DIO are all great too. Nothing to complain much about here.
Music 9,5/10:
Compared to the other two batches, the music also improves in the last batch with really nice, fitting and beautiful soundtracks added for the end of Stone Ocean.
Animation 9,5/10:
The animation was at it's best in the last batch. From the start to the end, it was consistently good. And especially the final fight as always was shattering the expectations again, with beautiful animation. I mean look at the scene of Pucci turning his own face inside out. Or Jolyne's final stand. Just magnicifent animation.
Art 9,5/10:
The last batch kept the great art and Dp adapted it perfectly again as always. While I do like Golden Wind's art a bit more, Stone Oceans art is also absolutely great.
Fights 10/10:
The fights in this last batch are just perfect.
Every single one is exciting and great to watch.
The emotions and the intensity of the fights are at their peaks and the final fight emphasizes that clearly. And also Weather vs Pucci is just a banger of a fight.
Enjoyment 10/10:
Such an emotional, beautiful and exciting Part. It is absolutely magnicifent and I have no complaints about my experience of the final batch. The final batch, is the best Jojo had until now when it comes to the Anime adaptation.
Overall 9,75/10:
Stone Ocean's ending and the thrid batch in total is one of the best segments in Anime history and an absolutely beautiful adaptation of the last third of Part 6 and Jojo's as a whole. And even the ending was done so great justice, that not one Anime Studio could have done, except David Production. They put all their heart and effort into the series and Part and deserve credit for giving it all.
A beautiful adaptation and a great Part in the end.
Nothing to add here.
I will be back for my Part 7 review (Manga and Anime in the future) and after finishing my re-read for Part 8, Part 8 will get a review aswell.
After finishing reviews for Jojo (My favourite series), i will continue writing reviews for other Animes I like, in the future. (Examples: Death Note, Jujutsu Kaisen or Youjo Senki)
So be my guest for these as well if you want and have a nice day! ^^

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean, Part 2, or rather, the second batch, is the continuation of the sixth Part of Jojo's Biarre Adventure.
With the batch release, Netflix really killed the hype and was single handedly killing the name of Jojo's in the Anime market. It took nine months for the second bacth to come out and it was horrible to wait so long.
To put it short, the release was a disaster.
But was the Anime itself a disaster?
Well, let's see and join me on my review for the second batch.
Story 9/10:
After securing Star Platinum's disc and giving it to the Speedwagon Foundation, Jolyne get's sent
...
into the disciplinary wing of the prison, after Ermes killed Sports Maxx, the killer of Ermes' sister.
The priest Enrico Pucci, who knows the Heaven Plan now, through Jotaro's memory disc, is planning a big showdown in the disciplinary wing. And that showdown, will result in the Heaven Plan getting started.
Foo Fighters wants to help Jolyne out of the disciplinary wing, after hearing of the commotion inside of it. She get's help by Anasui, a male inmate who is in love with Jolyne and a friend of Emporio. Jolyne, Foo Fighters and Anasui fight hard battles against strong stand users, and slowly find out, what the priest's plan is.
The story in the second batch really spikes up a notch. The story is becoming more deeper, intense and complex. It builds the last batch up really great and is really interesting.
Pacing 8,5/10:
While the pacing is still good, the Disciplinary Wing Arc does drag a little bit and especially the Yo-Yo-Ma fight. (I still hate that fking fight omg)
For some it might be really tiring, but I believe, while the Pacing is a little bit worse than the first batch, it still is pretty good.
Characters 8/10:
Jolyne developes more and more through the Part and get's more interesting the longer the story goes. She is such a badass, beautiful and great character and is probably the Joestar, with the best development until Part 7.
Ermes also finishes her great character Arc. One of my favourites in this Part.
Anasui as a new introduction is really nice, but he still is a little annoying in this batch.
However, especially Pucci is getting more and more love and detail for his character and is just a great villain.
Music 9/10:
Nothing to add here from my review of the first batch.
Animation 8,5/10:
The animation REALLY spikes up after the second batch. There's more detail, more fluidity and generally an improvement. It really shows that, the more time a studio get's for their series, the series bring out higher quality. Got it, Netflix???
But really, the animation was getting really better. Still some scenes and some usage of CGI was not that pleasent.
Art 9,5/10:
I always say it, i love Araki's art. And DP always adapts it great. But in the second batch, it was a bit better. We got more detailed shots and art of Jolyne, Whitesnake, Pucci and Ermes. Just a treat for me to be honest. They really imrpoved it again.
Fights 8,5/10:
As I said, I still hate the Yo-Yo-Ma fight. I really hate it.
But still, most of the fights are really good.
The Limp Bizkit, Planet Waves, and also the Whitesnake fight were all great anf fun to watch. Still, some fights were a bit lackluster for me.
Enjoyment 9/10:
Did i enjoy the second batch? Hell yeah I did. It is a pretty fun batch with nice fights, great character(/s) (development) and a great story. The second batch definetely fixed issues from the first batch and improved on it. And with it, Stone Ocean goes into it's final stage. The final batch.
Overall 8,5/10:
I really like the second batch. I had to wait 9 months for it, which was horrible, but the time definetely was worth it. Many issues were fixed and the story itself also progressed greatly.
Still a really overhated section of Part 6.
I am a Part 6 defender all the way!
Join me on my last review for the last batch of Stone Ocean. After that, my review for the Steel Ball Run Manga will come.
And when the Anime releases, I'll do the same for it.

Well, after a long time, I finally start my review for Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean.
The Part is split into three batches, I will be looking at the first batch in this review.
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean, is probably the most overhated Part in all of Jojo. Most of it comes from the fact of people just bingewatching (or bingereading) to get to Part 7. However, the Anime couldn't relieve the issue, due to decisions by Netflix to not release weekly episodes, but batches which take multiple months to come out. (Thanks again to Netflix for killing the hype for the series, go away and
...
never return)
But still, Stone Ocean is a great Part and has one of the best storytelling by Araki up to this point, in my opinion.
So let's look into the first batch. Grab a drink and some snacks and enjoy reading. :)
Story 7,5/10:
The story begins with Jolyne Kujo (or Cujoh), the main protagonist and first female Jojo, being imprisoned. She is the daughter of Jotaro Kujo. Jolyne is accused of a hit and run and after her corrupt lawyer urged her to sign a confession to "reduce her sentence", she get's sentenced to 15 years in Green Dolphin Street Prison, one of the most secure prisons in America.
In the meantime, her father, Jotaro, sends her brooch containing a piece of a Stand Arrow, which grants her a Stand, Stone Free.
After meeting up with her father, who she despises, because of him being absent for most of her life, he tells her, that she was set up.
Suddenly, they face themselves under attack by an enemy Stand.
The story itself in the first batch is pretty good, but not fleshed out until later, where it really takes of.
Pacing 9/10:
The first 12 episodes had nice pacing. Not too slow, not too fast. It was pretty good.
Characters 7/10:
The characters in the first batch which we can really look at are Jolyne, who didn't have as much developement yet. Ermes, who still is just a funny and badass friend of Jolyne. Foo Fighters, who really has a great character arc. Emporio, who we know very little about. Jotaro who we know from different Parts, but saw very little of in the first batch. And Weather Report, also not really fleshed out at that point.
Generally, the characters are not in their best phase yet, as it is the first batch respectiverly.
Music 9/10:
I really like the Stone Ocean soundtrack. It has really great themes and just fits very well into certain situations. But still not coming close to Part 2.
Animation 6/10:
Oh man... the animation of the first batch was... fine, I guess.
Generally there were some good animated scenes, however, I still cannot overcome the CGI in the Lang Rangler fight and the Whitesnake CGI. It looks atrocious. You can see, how much time pressure David Production had through Netflix' batch realease.
Art 9/10:
As you all know, I really like the art of Jojo's. And so again, I also like the art of Stone Ocean. Though it is a little step down from Golden Wind, it still looks great.
Fights 7,5/10:
Well, the fights aren't bad, don't get me wrong. But I think they are not all consistently good as the later ones. Still, the fights are pretty good and I don't want to play them down. I really like the Savage Garden fight (Also because Jumpin Jack Flash is one of my favourite stands) and the Visitor fight.
Enjoyment 8/10:
I really enjoyed the first batch. I watched it when I was having the Virus and it was just nice while being sick, I could watch some Jojo's. But the batch release was horrible. 9 months (!) waiting for the next episode, because some idiot had to suggest batch releases at Netflix.
Overall 7,5/10:
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean's first batch is pretty good, but still not as great as the later batches. It is in my opinion still a really nice start into the Part. And the prison setting is really well done.
I really don't know the hate of some people against it, while I do still believe, that the first batch is the weakest of the three, because of various reasons.
Well, see me again shortly for the review of the second batch.
Until then! ^^

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 5: Golden Wind is in my opinion one of the most unique parts from Jojo's, based on it's characters, story, setting, etc.
What I really like about Part 5 is just the Mafia touch to it and trying to get higher on the power ladder, to eventually become the Mafia Boss.
But what other things do I like or not like about Part 5?
Let's look at that right now.
So grab a drink or some snacks and have some fun reading this review! :)
Story 8,5/10:
The story begins with our new Jojo (or GioGio) getting introduced.
His name is Giorno Giovanna.
He is a 15 year old
...
boy who works as a small scammer for some parts of the mafia. His biggest dream is to become a gangster since his childhood. When he was a kid, he saved a gangster and in return the gangster protected him from his abusive step-father, his bullies and made his life a lot better.
As I mentioned, it was his step-father who was abusive.
So now you ask: "So who is his real father?"
His real father is DIO (Brando).
Well that aside, when Giorno fatally injures a member of the mafia, he is interrogated and questioned by Bruno Bucciarati, also part of the mafia.
They have a big fight and in the end, Giorno spares him as he sees, that Bruno is a good guy, becuase Bruno hesitated as he saw the arm of a kid which where drugs were used on.
So Giornos plan is to join Bucciarati's gang and take the power from the boss, to stop drugs from getting selled to kids.
The story progresses much more and better the longer the story goes and is definetely one of the most interesting and unique.
I think that Part 5's story does need a bit more depth in it, but generally it is really great!
Pacing 9/10:
I don't know how other people saw the pacing in Part 5, but I think the pacing in Part 5 is pretty good.
There are no unnecesarry Episodes and all of them are really interesting to watch. Of course, the 39 Episodes might be a bit exhausting for some people, but the good quality of the show makes up for that.
Characters 9,5/10:
I always admire characters in Jojo and the longer the series goes, the better the characters get.
Giorno Giovanna, a Jojo that isn't really considered interesting or relatable, but his way of dealing with drug selling and his 50/50 way of being DIO and Jonathan is just great. I think that Giorno is really overhated when it comes to his character.
The gang with Bucciarati, Narancia, Abbacchio, Mista and Fugo also all have an emotional, great and interesting story and great design.
And even the villains have absolutely great design.
Risotto Nero, Cioccolatta, Ghiaccio, and don't get me started with the boss!
I heard people saying the boss isn't really an interesting character or that he is boring, I find the excact opposite!
The boss has a very interesting personality, character, backstory and just his Stand is one of the best things I have ever seen.
Music 9,9/10:
Again, as in Part 4, the soundtrack of Golden Wind is just magnificent and beautiful.
Giorno's theme is a fucking masterpiece, the boss' theme is great, Risotto Nero's theme absolutely astonishing and even side OST's are really, really great.
It still can't get to Part 2 level in my opinion sadly.
Animation 9/10:
The animation gets better and better the longer the series goes. David Production really is learning more and more and it is great to see.
The fights, the effects, the best scenes are all greatly animated and are just beautiful.
And as always, in the last episodes, the animation was at it's peak.
Art 10/10:
Nah but really, the art style of Golden Wind is just beautiful and just really nice.
David Production yet again adapted it perfectly and I just can't express as much love to them but this part of the review.
Definetely the peak of Jojo's (Anime) art!
Fights 10/10:
Come on, tell me one fight in Part 5, that isn't good?
There isn't a single one which isn't interesting, enjoying and hooking to watch.
And Risotto vs. Doppio is the best non-final fight from Part 1-6 in my opinion.
The fights also peak here.
Enjoyment 10/10:
Yeah but no, there is nothing I can say, but that Golden Wind is so enjoying to watch.
You have humour, great fights, hooking and emotional scenes and great characters.
There is nothing you can ask more for.
Part 5's Anime is just so enjoying to watch!
Overall 9,5/10:
As I am rewatching the series currently and thinking about my rating for Golden Wind for a second again, I come to the conclusion that I think it is as good as Part 4 and the Second Season of Part 3.
The whole Part is just great to watch and is a treat for people who really enjoy Jojo's and battle shounen in general.
The characters, the soundrack, the sound effects, the voice acting, the animation, the story, I could name more things, but Part 5 is just one of the best Anime seasons ever created.

Ah yeah...
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable.
A part of Jojo, that has many genres in itself.
A shounen with some supernatural, mystery, slice of life and a tint of comedy mixed together, creates this absolute great Part.
Since I have become invested in Jojo, Part 4 was one of the things that got me the most.
But why was or is that?
Well, let's find out.
Grab a drink or some snacks, and have fun reading!
...
Story 9/10:
So, the story begins with our old Jojo, Jotaro, arriving in a small town in Japan, called "Morioh".
He searches for Josuke Higashikata, the illegitamite son of Joseph Joestar, basically his uncle. (lol)
Morioh is a quiet and nice place, but there is a major problem. People are going missing constantly and nobody knows why.
They soon will realise that there are multiple stand users in this quiet town and have to find out how they got the stands, and why people are going missing.
The story is something really refreshing. Not the constant "Oh no, the world is gonna get overtaken or destroyed, so now let's go and defeat this monster.", but something where isn't much at stake as World domination. The goal of clearing the darkness inside Morioh and the progression of the story in the later episodes is fantastic.
A very, very, very good story!
Pacing 8,9/10
The pacing was really good. Except some episodes, like the "Rock Paper Sciccors Fight" here weren't much episodes you should have left out, as well as the Cinderella episode was important afterwards. And in the later episodes, it's just absolutely great. The pacing is definetely one of the best in the whole series.
Characters 9,5/10:
The characters are just so unbelievably good, I can't describe it in words.
Josuke is such a cool Jojo, like a mix of the first three Jojo's. He has one of the coolest Stands in the series and he is just so enjoying to watch.
Okuyasu is just an absolute funny and badass character and fits Josuke perfectly.
Koichi is a really great supporting character, who is reliable, badass and kind.
Rohan is probably the most interesting and coolest character from the first named three. A mangaka with a stand ability that can turn people into books. And even though he seems tough on the outside, he has a soft core on the inside.
Jotaro still being Jotaro and now being like a mentor to Josuke is just absolutely cool and greatly adapted!
And don't get me started on Kira, he nearly carried the whole last section of the Part.
So badass, so refreshing, so good written. Unbelievable.
Music 9,9:
Music, like in Part 3 absolutely insanely good. Still not better as Part 2 though.
Josuke's, Okuyasu's, Kira's and even some generic themes, like "Irreversable Sadness" are astonishing. By far some of the best OST's in AniManga.
Animation 8/10:
I did really like the animation, but there still were some problems which mostly occured in the early section of the Part, which were fastly fixed the longer the story progressed. And in the last five episodes, the animation was just gorgeous.
Art 9,5/10:
Do I have anything to say on this matter?
The art style change from Araki was a really good desicion and DP just done it justice yet again, and how hard they did.
Jojo's art will always be great, change my mind.
Fights 9,5/10:
The fights were, as in the second season of Part 3, absolutely astonishing and great.
Araki really thought about the abilities of the stands who will fight and always kept the fights interesting.
Though, there were fights, like the "Surface" fight, that I didn't really care about and weren't that spectacular. Still really, really great fights in this part!
Enjoyment 10/10:
Definetely a 10/10.
It was funny, interesting, heart breaking, exciting, badass, etc.
Like everything perfectly mixed together.
Never have I ever had such fun on watching something.
It definetely was satisfying and enjoying to watch.
Could only recommend!
Overall 9,5/10:
Jojo's Part 4 is like the second season of Part 3, one of the best Animes of all time.
It's refreshing, exciting, etc., etc.
I think I've mentioned enough.
This is the point where Jojo's Bizarre Adventure really took off as one of the best series of all time.
Still, there where some minor problems. That's why it's no 10/10, but definetely worthy of it, if some things would have been handled better.
Unkreativer, over and out.
Thanks for reading this review! :D
It will probably take a while for the Part 5 review, as a friend of mine just watches it in our native language and Part 5 hasn't been out yet. So I'll wait a bit for the Part 5 review, hope you will be there again! ^^

! minor spoilers ! (Like really minor, but still watch out)
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders 2nd Season is as the name suggests the second season of Part 3 and therefore the conclusion to Part 3.
It is one of the most legendary and iconic part of the series, so iconic, that many scenes are even known outside the Jojo fandom.
The season has iconic, funny, exciting and emotional moments which makes it one of the best seasons in Jojo's.
After my reviews about Part 1&2 and Part 3 First Season, I'm finally ready to talk about the second season of Part 3.
So relax, take a drink and have
...
fun reading!
Story 8,5/10:
The Crusaders finally arrive in Egypt, after long days of fighting Stand users, travelling the world and always having to overcome difficult situations. Their goal now is to get to Cairo and defeat DIO once and for all, to save Jotaro's mother and stop DIO to ever conquer the planet. But on their way, the Crusaders have to defeat more Stand users that get stronger and stronger over time.
The group now has to prove themselves as true fighters and Heroes.
In the end, a breathtaking battle between DIO and the Crusaders is inevatible and both sides need to win.
In the second season, the story is much better and perfectly fits the shift from the more experimenting with Stands to complex and hard Stand battles. As well as the conclusion to the physical fight between DIO and the Joestar bloodline.
Pacing 8/10:
Even though there are still Stand battles in every episode, they don't feel as slow as the first season nor rushed. The episodes feel like perfectly paced, but still has some type of "filler" (Even though it isn't filler). Overall, the pacing improved massively to the first season and it never felt slow or rushed. The pacing in this season was very good.
Characters 9/10:
I can't say much about the main cast, as it is the same as in the first season, but what i can say is that the main cast gets more likable the more episodes come. As an example, the new addition to the Crusaders:
Iggy the dog.
At first he seems like an really annoying character, but as time goes on, you like him more and more.
And the villains are also great.
DIO is just iconic and great to watch. Finally seeing him in combat is absolutely astonishing and the Voice Actor nails it as well.
Even the minor villains, like the D'arby brothers or N'Doul are just great and have a really nice design.
Overall, the characters are just great!
Music 9,5/10:
Same as the first season.
Nearly the same soundtracks with some new additions.
Overall absolutely great, but Part 2 still has better OST's. (in my opinion)
Animation 8,5/10:
Just like Part 1&2, the animation get's better and better the longer the series goes.
The climax to this is definetly the final battle. The fight and ability animations are just magnificent.
Though, there were some times where the Animation lacked the good quality.
Mostly in not so important battles, like the Oingo Boingo brothers.
Still, the animation improved again.
Art 9/10:
As in the other parts, Araki's art is great and DP adapts it perfectly.
It's annoying to repeat myself the whole time, but this is just what I think about the art.
Fights 9,5/10:
The fights in the second season of Part 3 are all absolutely great.
From the fight against N'Doul, to the unique fights against the D'arby brothers, to the fight against DIO.
They were so great to an extent, I would say that in the terms of fights, this Part is a masterpiece. Still not enough for the 10/10, as there still were some, how should I say... less important battles.
Enjoyment 10/10:
This season was a huuge imrpovement to the first season.
The pacing was better, the animation was better, the fights are astonishing, you have funny, exciting, epic and emotional moments.
Just everything about this season was fun and great to enjoy.
Even the not so important episodes like the Oingo Boingo brothers or Boingo and Hol Horse fight were still nice to watch.
I rest my case.
Overall 9,5/10:
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders 2nd Season is definetly one of the greatest Anime of all time.
It was a huge enjoyment to watch it and at that point the show hooked me completely.
I was having school the next day and was at episode 15.
I was thinking to myself if I should watch the episodes now and stay awake till 4am or just watch the next day.
In the end I watched everything, because it was so great.
It definetely has some flaws and problems, but overall it was just an astonishing experience, especially the final fight.
Thank you all for reading my review and I'll see you for the Part 4 review! :)

!!!! Minor Spoilers !!!!
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders is the third part of Hirohiko Araki's magnum opus.
Part 3 definitely is the most iconic and known Part even outside of the Jojo fandom.
Mostly because of the introduction of stands, Jotaro Kujo and the return of Dio Brando (now DIO).
The third part is split into two seasons, which both of them got 24 episodes. On this review, the main focus will be on the first half of Part 3, therefore the first season.
As with my review of Part 1&2, I will have the same categories for the score:
Story, Pacing, Characters, Music, Animation, Art, Enjoyment and Overall.
...
But for the introduction of stands, a friend and me both agreed that I should put in the category of fights as well, as they are getting more complex and different from Part 3. First beginning with the story:
Story 7,5/10:
The story is about Jotaro Kujo, our main character and Jojo of the part. He get's arrested for attacking some men in a fight, but will get released because it was self defense.
Jotaro however, doesn't want to leave and even opts to stay in the prison cell. The reason for this is because he is possesed by an "Evil Spirit", which also helped him in the fight.
After his mother called her father Joseph Joestar, Joseph get's a friend named Mohammed Avdol to get him out of the cell.
Avdol also has an "Evil Spirit" which is known to be a so called "Stand", the manifestation of someones fighting spirit. Each Stand has a unique ability.
After Jotaro get's out of the cell, Joseph explains to him why his Stand awakened in Jotaro, The reason is DIO, who still survived for hundred years in the Atlantic Ocean. The goal for Jotaro is to go to Egypt and defeat DIO once and for all.
The story is at first maybe a bit bland and boring, but sooner or later get's more exciting with more episodes.
Pacing 5/10:
Like Part 1, the first Season of Part 3 lacks good pacing. You nearly have a stand fight every episode and it is nearly always Jotaro who saves the day. It's like always the same episode. I do understand, because a new fighting system means experimentaion, therefore i can definetly excuse it. And even though the pacing might be bad, it still is fun to watch.
Characters 8/10:
The characters in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders are really fun and interesting to watch.
Joatro is the typically edgy hero, with a badass personality. Still, he is one of my favourite characters, as he has a sense of justice and believes in the good. He also doesn't want to kill anyone, if it's unnecessary. He basically is a more badass and brutal Jonathan if I could say so.
The supporting characters are also really great.
Jean-Pierre Polnareff is a character who, at first, just wants to avenge his sister, but later on matures and becomes a respectable member and hero of the group. He has some great moments, has a funny personality and is a honourable warrior.
That's the reason why he is one of the most beloved characters in the franchise.
Even if there aren't much villains to talk about, they still were cool and were fun to watch.
Except Steely Dan, I still hate that guy, but that is the purpose of his character, therefore... yeah, they're pretty cool.
Music 9,5/10:
Like Part 2, the music in Part 3 Stardust Crusaders is absolutely phenomenal.
Part 2 did have some better soundtracks overall, but that doesn't hide the fact that Part 3 also has some iconic OST's.
For example Jotaro Kujo's theme, Kakyoin's theme, DIO's theme (Dark Rebirth) and much more.
David Production definetly recruits the best music composers.
Animation 7,5/10:
As in the other first two parts, the Animation isn't something really special, but it improves from time to time. And now with Stands arriving, it is getting better and better. of course, you still have some moments where it lacks the awaited good animation, but in key moments it's pretty good and you see how David Production improves, the longer Jojo's is going.
Art 9/10:
As I already said in Part 1&2, Araki's art is a masterpiece and David Production adapted it perfectly and it is always something I will admire about Araki and DP.
Fights 7,5/10:
The fights overall are very good. They are enjoyable, unique and creative.
However, as I already mentioned, it sometimes feels like it's always the same. Sure you have some times where the other ones have their moments, but Jotaro could just nearly easily defeat all of the enemy Stand users and it sometimes felt kinda boring.
Still, the fights are great and with good pacing and character placement, it would be much better.
Enjoyment 8/10:
As I already mentioned, the pacing is the thing that bothers me about the first season. It just feels kinda slow and the story doesn't progress as fast as you would think.
Still, the humour, the fights, the emotion, the excitement, everything was enjoybale about the first season and I would definetly watch it multiple times again and again.
Really, really fun.
Overall 7,5/10:
Overall, the only things pulling the rating down, are the pacing and these few little fights I mentioned. But mostly the pacing.
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders definetely has room for improvement, but still was fun and great to watch.
I would definetly recommend it furthermore.
I'll see you for the review of the second season and thank you for reading! :)

!Minor Spoilers!
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is one of the first Animes I've seen.
At first the show got me hooked, because of the many memes, like Jotaro vs DIO or Kono Dio Da.
But when I watched it, it was the story, the characters, the humour, the emotion that kept me watching.
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is a prime example on how to write something that is dark, exciting, goofy, funny and emotional at the same time.
...
I fell in love with this Anime the first time I watched it and after a so long time, I'm gonna write a review on all the Parts of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure
Note: I will first review the first part and the second part after that.
Part 1: Phantom Blood:
Story 7/10:
In 1868, a carriage crahes down a cliff, where the wealthy Joestar Family got into an accident. The only survivors where George Joestar I and Jonathan Joestar, the main character of the Part.
Incidentally, Dario Brando, a pick pocketer, was just at the scene when it happened. While trying to steal something from George, who wakes up, George thinks Dario has saved him and thinks he owes something to him.
12 years later, Dario Brando dies. He was poisened by his son Dio Brando, who then, on the fathers wish, was taken in by the Joestar family. Dio's goal is it to fully inherit the wealth of the Joestar family, by ruining Jonathan Joestars life and become the real heir of the family.
This doesn't work and Dio changes his plans. He poisons George Joestar and then wants to take it over. Unfortunately, George survives and Jonathan knows of Dio's plans.
Therefore Dio uses an ancient stone masks, to turn himself into a vampire.
After Jonathan defeated him, Jonathan meets a person that uses Hamon, a sun martial Art.
His name is William A. Zeppeli. He senses that Dio is still alive and wants to train Jonathan Joestar in Hamon to defeat Dio. He becomes Jojo's mentor, trains him in the art of Hamon and Jonathan Joestar and Dio engage in a huge battle at the end of the part.
Even though the story of Part 1 is mostly considered bad, I believe it is really underrated and think it's actually a good story.
Pacing 4/10:
This is where Part 1 lacks efficiency.
It feels kinda rushed, but also really long.
It is kinda inconsistent and therefore in that point, I have to lower the score for it.
Characters 7/10:
The characters of Jojo are always something I really liked. Some characters are a bit bland and have not much depth, but most of the cast really have interesting story's and personalities.
Dio as an example, is a ruthless, charismatic and smart person, who wants to fulfill his goals in any possible way, even if it means murder.
It was always great to watch Dio, as he really entertains people with his personality and how he behaves.
Jojo on the other hand is nearly the excact opposite of Dio.
He believes in justice and strives to be a real gentleman.
He's a very kind and caring person and as the story goes on, he gets much stronger to even challange Dio's vampiric powers.
The two main characters are great, but let's not forget the characters of Speedwagon and Bruford.
Though Speedwagon doesn't really have a backstory, he was always there when we needed him and didn't run cowardly from battle even if he did not have any powers.
Bruford on the other hand has a great backstory and character design.
The characters in Phantom Blood might not be perfect, but they are definitely entertaining.
Music 6/10:
The music in Jojo's is also mostly really good.
Though I think the music is better in the later Parts.
However, I still love Dio's and Jonathan's theme and just like the soundtrack of Phantom Blood.
Still, I would say it was fine.
Animation 5/10:
About the animation. I wouldn't necessarily say that it was bad, but it wasn't good either.
There were some moments where it lacked good animation and it was kinda boring, but there were also some moments where the animation would be great and fit perfectly.
Therefore it the score here is 5/10.
Art 9/10 (For Part 1 and 2):
The Art however itself is absolutely astonishing.
Araki has a great art style and the Anime adapted it perfectly.
It is probably one of the best artstyles I know and love when I hear, that people like and appreciate it the same way as I do.
Enjoyment 6/10:
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood, isn't really greatly humerous and has a more darker side.
I literally can't really recall a moment where I laughed about something.
Still, it was always enjoying to see the epsiodes and I loved watching them.
In the end I can say, that it was enjoying.
Overall 7/10:
Phantom Blood is a good Part and was always enjoying to watch. I think it is really underrated and think that the people don't really appreciate it's good sides.
Of course, there are some flaws, but overall it was good and enjoying to watch.
Part 2: Battle Tendency:
Story 9/10:
50 years after Jonathan's death, his grandson, Joseph Joestar, fights an old hamon warrior that turns himself into a vampire. He eventually defeats him and is told by him, that "The Pillar Men" will wake up.
The Pillar Men are ancient, vampiric humans that were sealed into a wall and put into a thousands of years long sleep and also are the main villains of this Part.
Joseph is then tasked to stop the Pillar Men with the help of Caesar Zeppeli, the grandson of William A. Zeppeli.
After the Pillar Men woke up, Caesar and Joseph both can't defeat the Wind Mode Pillar Man, Wammu.
Joseph then tells Wammu, that if he had 30 days more training, he would have defeated him. Wammu sees this as a challenge and tells Joseph that in one month they would fight again and see if Jojo was right.
He and the Fire Mode Pillar Man, Esidesi, put a ring at Joseph's heart with a poison that will release after 31 days and the only antidotes are the rings that they wear.
In order to defeat the Pillar Men, Joseph and Caesar train with the hamon master Lisa Lisa, to defeat the Pillar Men.
Pacing 7/10:
The pacing of Battle Tendency is much better than Phantom Blood and it feels great watching it.
it doesn't feel as slow or as fast as Phantom Blood.
But there still are some times, where it could have ended quicker or it should have been longer.
Still it is really good pacing and i got nothing more to say on the matter.
Characters 8,5/10:
While some characters in Part 1 are sometimes a bit bland and boring, the Part 2 characters are nearly all great.
Joseph Joestar is a funny, honourable and exciting main character. Everytime he was on screen, I mostly always had a small grin on my face. He defininetly is the best Jojo out of all the first six Parts.
Caesar Zepelli is a great supporting character.
At first he doesn't like Jojo, but slowly they start to like each other and start a nice friendship.
His backstory also is really sad and shows why he became a Hamon Warrior and what his purpose was.
And even the main villains, the Pillar Men, were great characters with an interesting backstory and personalities.
Especially Wammu, who was one of the best characters of the Part.
I think that Part 2 has some of the best characters in the entire franchise.
Music 10/10:
Do I need to say anything about this matter?
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Part 2, has some of the most iconic OST's ever.
As an Example, the Pillar Men theme "Awaken", or Kars' theme "Avalon".
The music always fitted perfectly and was just astonishing and just a masterpiece.
Part 2, undeniably has probably some of the best OST's in Anime history.
Animation 7/10:
While the Animation, still isn't perfect, it defininetly is an improvement to Part 1.
It had some really cool fighting scenes with good animation.
But still, as I said, the Animation has room for improvement and has some moments where it isn't as good as you would expect.
Art 9/10:
Same as Part 1.
Enjoyment 10/10:
Part 2 never really had me think, that it was boring or that I would rather watch something else right now.
It always had something that would keep me on watching, even if it was a training episode.
It also was really funny at many times, Joseph just is the funniest Jojo and sometimes even in problematic situations he just has his funny personality.
However the Part could also be very emotional and sad.
Overall, the Enjoyment was 10/10
Overall 9/10:
Battle Tendency is definitely one of the best Parts in Jojo's and is mostly underrated, because of Part 1 and Hamon.
It has a great story, perfect characters and character developement, great music, great fights and on, and on, and on...
Battle Tendency perfectly fits in the term of "Bizarre Adventure" and shows, why Araki is one of the greatest Writers in Manga history.
Overall 8,5/10:
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 1&2 are both great Parts and I think they link up great.
While Part 1 is a more darker and not that funny Part, Part 2 is a really funny and more on enjoyment based Part.
Overall, they both are great and are some of the most iconic pieces of Art in AniManga.
