Very much the same on a psychological level. Both are deep, while on the surface they don't look like it. Both cope with the surpressing of memories and certain emotions. Both are very good mangas, indeed.

...then you might like Fudanshism add

Both guys look need to look like a girl to come closer to the ones they love. Difference is that "Pretty Face" is shounen, and therefore has these clichéd ecchi situations, while 'Fudanshism - Fudanshi Shugi" is seinen, and therefore less clichéd in most situations.

Both guys change into "girls" and get closer to the person they love, and both guys are struggling to hide that they're actually male.

If you liked Kanojo to Kanojo no Neko add

...then you might like Tsumiki no Ie add

Without any narration of the character the anime is about, these two animes manage to be truly beautiful.

...then you might like Beauty!! add

FB has the same kind of boy (agressive) and girl (naive and innocent) couple as Beaty!!

If you liked Gintama add

...then you might like Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu add

Well, gintama is random and parody on several animes and Baka test is random and a parody on several animes too and they are both funny, (in other ways though)! Gintama is sometimes a bit more serious than this one, but that's the only difference. I recommend both of them!
