Well… In general terms I'm giving an excellent rate to this anime because it was the first anime that really made me reflect about my live.
For me it's a masterpiece, it's an anime that you have to see at least one time in your life.

The philosophic questions this anime made me had was:
* What happened to us after dying?
* Is dying so painful as we thing?
* Is the christian religion the truth?
* Does the heaven exist? (If it exists, it doesn't respect the laws of the physic, because the heaven stores a lot of energy that is circulating with the reincarnation).
* Will I reincarnate?
* Am ... I happy with my current live?
* Am I doing what I want to do to be happy?
* What is my purpose in this live?
* Should I let my organs to be donated after I die?

The story made me reflectionate about that because [a little SPOILER ALERT] the story is about some students that die before make their purpose in life, or that die unhappy.
These students are afraid of a 天使 (angel) called Kanade that wants them to follow the rules of the limbo's school, but they resist because they think following the rules would make them reincarnate, and most of them don't want to reincarnate because they wanna avoid the painful of the life.
Well… one boy (whose name I don't remember) starts to help them to do whatever they wanted to do in life, and that made them to reincarnate… bla bla bla… a lot of story… etc…

The storyline was very good. It maintained you in the story.
The music I loved it. The opening 『My soul, your beats!』is one of my favorite song now.
Tachibana Kanade was my waifu. I loved her.

In resume: I loved the anime in all aspects, specially it make me to philosophy a lot.
