As I started watching this I realized I was seeng just a fragment of the story, and once you get that out of your head, you can enjoy it.

The art and the sound arre lovely, so there's no way you can question that aspect of this OVA

Asagao to Kase-san depicts quite accurately the problems of a couple who just started dating, and on their last year of school, and some others that go beyond that time lapse and scenario.

Fun fact: (watch out for a spoiler)

When Yamada was runnig to the train station I found myself yelling to Kase-san to wait a little longer...

When I started Yagate kimi ni naru, I was expecting a story about a shy girl falling for a cold-hearted one, and it delivered, but not as I was expecting.
The anime is about Yuu falling for Touko, so, Touko falling for Yuu in episode 1 might have seemed a little rushed, yet it was necesary to get it out of the way, because, the focus isn't Touko's feelings, it's Yuu's.
Touko is definitely the sweetest character in the anime, Yuu on the other hand, comes as annoying and cold-hearted, yet, it is understandable why she is the way she is.

I found myself smiling at the ... screen whenever Touko and Yuu were alone, and screaming at the screen whenever Yuu dismisses her feelings, and crying for Touko on every aspect of her character.

One of the greatest aspects of the story comes with the school festival and the play the students council wants to perform, exploring in that scenario every relationship among the characters.

Ah, the supporting cast, well... the girls are great, they help a lot on the character development of out two protagonist; but the boys, are there just to remind us that this is not a girls-only school, well.. maybe I'm being a little hard on Maki-kun, he actually had an interesting role on the first half of the anime.
