Golden Time

Golden Time and Sakurasou bot fit nicely into the field of a slice of life romantic comedy. I greatly enjoyed both shows and picked up Golden Time right after finishing Sakurasou. They're really similar in the sense that both anime have a male protagonist going through school with a new-found group of friends. Their relationships as friends grow as well as a few intimate relationships that begin to emerge. Both anime also have sort of a long lasting plot story that crops up here and there as the series go on. I loved the endings to both and have to say the cute romance aspects of both series were fantastic :) If you like the silly kind of way the Sakurasou group acted together you'll be quite pleased with Golden Time. NOTE: Golden Time does get a bit more serious at parts.
