There is really not much to say about i hope it makes minimum characters...
From the start it was nothing extra but its watchable.
Characters are relatively good and animation is really not bad.
BUT...
The story itself making one plot-hole behind another. Also characters are weird and it really doesn't make sense how tf villains get into that game. I really dont think nobody would notice that half of testers are psychomaniac aholes...
Idk but it comes to me this story made someone who probably never played any videogame with normal ppl...

It has so many problems for example if the guy is able to communicate with "devs" why he ... just didn't asked about what happening and why they cant log out same way as devs could send message to testers that there is problem...
Also that "Tesla" AI that is in fact an intelligent game engine doesn't just use its power agains villains to restore peace

Oh yes and that sad scene with dying NPC when that AI says to protagonist it cant be saved because every NPC is unique and has its own life when it literally revived protagonist's follower NPC character from dust came to me as some kind of stupid joke...

Why this series ended up so bad?!...
I mean season 1 was really good with good ideas but season 2 ended up as generic isekai stuff.

I was really hyped for s2 but man...

No meaningful plot and at least half of story came to me as filler. Well and characters - somehow they came to me as dummys - they were doing things just because its cool and they are doing it in other anime.

It somehow ended up more like school or slice of life anime than action, adventure or even comedy.

I mean like...
Action? - all fights end up with lot of blah blah and ... very little of bam bam not even talking about that almost every fighting character was instantly OP so some fights were really boring and too long.
Adventure? - are you going to adventure to school, your shop or maybe caffee shop next door? - i think no.
Comedy? - yea i have to admit there were some good scenes but its like i really cant remind one that would stuck in my mind in opposite of season 1.

And what do have all isekais in last years with school theme?! - i have so many questions what tf is happening with anime industry but that is topic for somewhere else...

Animation was not bad, music too so...
Overal rating for 24 episodes (at the time of writing) would be like 5/10 - that bad plot and generic characters droped it really bad.

Oh god i almost commited seppuku while watching this...

At first it looked like normal cgdct but then it came out like absolute nonsense.
Characters are flat like animal on highway and story is practicaly none. Almost 3/4 of time you watch infantile dialogues and the rest is ultimate walk in the park for mc. Oh and not to forget you know how its named "Management of a Novice Alchemist"? It has really nothing to do with any management or being novice and its not even about alchemy. Yea you will see some some kind of transmutation circle 2-3 times and some scenes with cauldron but thats ... all.

"Hey you forgot rate things like animation and music" - Nah it was mediocre through and through.

For me its 3/10 and nothing can convince me otherwise.

I wrote pretty A4 with spoils and whole plot but then i told myself meeeh lets make it easy and short...

Soooo....
Main character is without soul or personality its just "doll" that doing what she is told no matter what which made me pretty hate her.
Whole plot is about killing summoned ppl. as they are dangerous but when MC find out that tragedy what happened when she was young was caused by tests and experiments of her superior she will change nothing it has no impact on her like it would never happened.
Then we have some event about idfk what it even was when we find ... out that our MC2 is not what it seems and when we will see some promise of plot that gives some logic its ep12 and end.

You maybe will like it and find logic in it but i dont and thats all for me...
