This Manga turns from weird romance to learning to deal with trauma very quickly, but I do not mind that.
I saw this Manga recommended by a random channel on TikTok so I decided to check it out because I did not have anything to read at the time. The Manga starts out very simple with a guy helping his crazy brother's ex-girlfriend stalk him but it quickly descends into how trauma can effect and shape people especially when it comes from parents. Honestly this is such an enigma of a manga, and very hard to access if you do not speak Japanese or rather are able to read it. The manga very loosely follows the first Legend of Zelda game released on NES and Famicom and it is interesting to see how people adapted the series and its character before the modern designs for these characters were widespread ; one of these examples is how they draw Ganon almost looking like a giant Darth Vader which is very funny.
We also get some original stuff in the form of Link's new talking parrot named Watto who is ...

This manga does not do a good job of capturing the reader but I do not think that is the fault of the author its the fault of the source material. The original game The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap in itself wasn't enthralling story wise so it's hard to find yourself engrossed in a adaptation that is purely story without the gameplay to offer something else to enjoy. The story itself is boring and yet it still feels rushed, which is a common problem among these Legend of Zelda manga adaptations.

I love the original Majora's Mask for the Nintendo 64 it is by far my favorite game in the Legend of Zelda franchise. I remember reading this book after a school book fair around 3rd grade, it was likely the first manga I ever enjoyed due to my love for the series it was based off so for that reason I have some bias towards it.
