I don't normally write negative reviews for shows, especially sports anime that can't possibly go too wrong. At first glance, Ahiru no Sora does seem a bit plain and cliche, judging by its synopsis. The main protagonist, Sora Kuramatani lacks height and nevertheless loves playing basketball, how simple. We've seen this countless times in sports genre. However, I've learned my lesson to never judge a book by its cover, hence I decided to watch it regardless.

Well, let's get straight to the point. Scew you to every single one of you who think Ahiru no Sora is good. You say Ahiru no Sora is good, ... you know what I say? Your fucking opinion is shit, Ahiru no Sora is by far the worse basketball anime I've seen, period. And if you say otherwise, I hope you get killed by Kono Dio Da!!! Its art is so disturbingly annoying to see and it makes me want to barf, so for that, I give the art 5/10. As for the story, even worse. The story progresses so slowly and you sometimes get the feeling of why you're even spending time on this when you can watch Love bites instead. Sound: The openings were ok. Characters: They are somewhat humorous.

I mean..is it just me or is Oregairu getting more attention recently? Like it always should be. Hah!!! Fool, you fell for it. Well, to put this simply, Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru is without a doubt, my favourite romance anime especially season 2 (Zoku) where it begins to carry on a lot of promises it laid out in its first. This series is everything you would find in a basic high-school romance while there are also many improbable turns of events that can completely change the aspect ... of the story which makes it more fun and enjoyable.

The story starts off by introducing us to Hikigaya Hachiman, the protagonist, who is rather an interesting and prideful character. He truly believes that those who claim to enjoy youth are deceiving themselves and others, he looks upon youth and social dynamics with absolute hatred and hence never interacts with people other than his little sister, Hikigaya Komachi. In other words, he's a loner who's constantly avoiding talking to people. His thoughts on rose-coloured high school life are distinguished compared to many other students and that is what makes him a better protagonist than most average romance comedy's in my perspective.

One day, Hachiman was forcefully dragged by his teacher to join the service club which is basically what it sounds like, a club that provides service and solves students' problem. There, he found Yukino sitting by the window. Yukino was asked to fix Hachiman's problem but Hachiman briefly rejected the statement and implies that he is actually doing pretty good himself considering his good grades and apart from not having friends, he's perfectly fine.....

This is clearly not an ordinary romance you can simply find and see everywhere as it leads us to a much more realistic and thought out story. And by the way, best girl ISSHIKI IROHA!
