BTOOOM! or just Btoom! as described above is about a 22 year old who plays a game and one day comes to find out this game he plays is real.

To start off, in all honesty this story is kind of a drag. The main character is on another level of "mediocre". He is a coward through most of the show and refuses to hurt anyone unless he absolutely has to. Now aside from the moral implications, he is almost killed a handful of times and almost gets others killed just as much. He for ... sure has his moments but those only come in twice maybe three times.

This show doesn't look the best but you have to remember that compared to anything recent or of its time its a night and day difference. This show was probably one of the better looking ones back in its time but In all honesty watching it early 2022 was painful on the eyes at some points.

Sound was very good, well as good as it can be the sound does not help the show much if at all. The explosions are nice and the natural and character sound design are amazing as well but it can only carry this anime so far.

Characters, oh god don't get me started. the main character is such a drag and once again as stated above does not do anything at all through the show unless his hand is forced. The secondary, character. is a highschool girl who is plagued by PTSD and mental trauma. Which is something that was rare to come by around then. Then the third character was just comic relief and literally loses his mind by the end despite having no screen time he makes a big appearance at the near end, the anime didn't give me enough time to have a huge emotional moment like the mc did.

Enjoyment overall was very slow and boring. there is a lot in this anime that doesnt need to be part of it or shouldn't have been added. Every moment can be considered important but this show just had unnecessary scenes and made it hard to watch with lack of any action in some drawn out parts.

Overall this shows premise is good but if remade today would not have survived long despite being known well by some people. I think that the anime would have needed some more polishing and story revisions before making it out.

To sum it all up, people may think this show is good, some may think its bad. but give it a shot. maybe youll like it maybe you wont. This is just my thoughts

When I first watched the first few episodes, at the time I thought to myself that this show would be good, oh boy was I wrong, this show is mediocre at best and really pissed me off. At some points I truly thought the show was funny and great but aside from that everything is just annoying, first the relationship between Koko and Banri feels off, sitting there as the watcher knowing his past self still loves Linda and those feelings his current self still conflicts with makes you feel off, It is just painful to see and the fact that ... his friend near the end distances himself from Banri to later go after Linda is a love sense is just downright annoying to watch and leaves you feeling pissed at that character and if I remember the two do go out not sure. Everything in the shows timeline is just extra with some comedy and romance between other characters. Which is good but seeing the relationship go higher and higher just to eventually fall and repeat is just off putting.

The ending isn't that good either in fact it has a way too strong convenient factor too it making it a bad ending.

Overall this show is literally a ton of people forming a friendship with Banri just to later bully him into staying away from Linda even though they are friends its annoying and outright stupid i dont hate this show and think its a good watch but it has way too many cliches and the ending is convenient.

This show in my mind is honestly a masterpiece and that's for a few reasons but the main one is this show doesn't feel like its meant to be taken too seriously. It gives most people an easy going vibe and can really be a nice watch if you are getting into ecchi or just looking for a laugh, Everything about the show is nice and easy to watch making it all around a great watch of course it has its flaws like any other show but they are so small you shouldn't pry at them. You can easily re-watch this show because its really ... enjoyable and its art style is nice to look at so you wont ever be disappointed to see it again. It deserved score is around a 8.5-9.5.

If you are looking for a show that has good anything really, you're in the wrong spot. This show was really bad and when I say bad I mean really bad. The story was forgettable and that in my opinion is one of the worst things an anime can do, Be forgettable... If the story was good maybe you could get some pleasure of some type from watching this but here is my honest statement please do not watch this without reading reviews first. Its painstakingly bad and from what I have seen its not even ... a complete show. It leaves you at episode 6 in season 2 and by that time I had already forgot what all of season 1 was about. This show has some major issues being that its incomplete and has next to no story but, to finish I have to say watch this show, the only reason behind that is its important to know what can make for a good show or a bad. In my opinion its just bad or mediocre all around at best and is overall a bad show.

In short: This show is a very pleasing happy show with little amounts of story but good character development. Explanation below...

To start for anyone looking for a simple anime to watch you will most likely enjoy this, that is if you are a fan of agriculture or do not "hate" if you're okay with the agriculture aspect than this show can be a very enjoyable watch, the only problem is that it falls short of somethings during the show the story wasn't really there... to be fair this doesn't feel like a show that needs a story, most likely because it is more based around ... the development of the characters more than the story and for most people its a negative but sometimes a lack of "story" can be made better by simply making the characters grow over the whole thing. Even near the end it still seems like they need to keep growing. The art style is very nice and is pleasing to look at most of the time. This anime can really leave you feeling bored beyond belief or in a happy mood due to they way its structured. Overall its a great show with a good art style with some rare agricultural aspects to it.
