I seldom write reviews for an anime, but this one was a must. This anime was phenomenal- the plot was unique and held so much depth. The animation and characters are beautiful, and the colors pop, and you can really feel the emotion in this one. I'm not big on dramas, but this anime had me HOOKED. It's rare to find an anime with such plot depth. Just when I thought I knew exactly where the storyline was headed, they threw a bunch of curveballs at me- REALLY kept me guessing.

I see a lot of people looking down on this anime, but I've gotta say- the plot was phenomenal. It's not often that you come across such an interesting plot line. Those of you who are hardcore fans of psychological thrillers (or even horror), will find this anime to be especially intriguing. Talks about assisted suicide and the likes are more relevant now than ever, so the plot wasn't completely far-fetched (though I'm sure we can all agree that an event like this could never make it past any sane nation's leader).
Of course, the plot leaves some room for confusion, especially if you're not paying ...

I have to say, this was and always will be one of my favorite anime. I may be a little bias, due to the fact that this was my very first anime. That being said, it's a great starter anime. It's got everything- comedy, action, romance- you name it, it's got it. The plot is so unique and ever growing. Unlike a lot of other older anime with a lot of episodes, this one keeps you entertained. Looking for an enjoyable throwback for your next anime night with friends? My boy Inuyasha has got you.
