These mangas are from the same mangaka. Both female characters are both very naive but strong willed and SUPER TALENTED at what they do, which makes them at times both intimidating and scary at times. They are also in a way trying to hide their true identities from the people around them. Both have an awesome male love interest who is funny and gets super protective/jealous. Both females are forced to be with the male love interest out of circumstance and therefore begin their roles with obligation. Great secondary characters and long elaborate plot lines. T.C.P has a lot more action and has already been completed. I also think they wrap up story arcs a bit more quickly and neatly in T.C.P.

Both have cold, "uncaring" female characters who love to study and a funny, male love interest who rarely, if ever studies but does his own thing. Both parties (in both anime) can be quite naive which makes for funny misunderstandings (true shoujo trope at work). Great secondary cast in both

Both stories revolve around a single male having to take care of a little girl due to family circumstances. Both little girls are super cute and the stories focus on the development of the relationship between them and their new caregiver. Aishiteruze Baby has more mature themes than Usagi Drop, whose focus centers more around new parenthood and day to day challenges (not as dramatic)
