Planetes has a similar overall feel and tone as it also depicts of a group of people working in a dangerous industry. Planetes has a more sci-fi theme than a steam punk

The main character's actions in both series are so similar it's almost laughable. Beck focuses more on the music aspect where as Fuuka focuses more on romance(thus far)

Both series have a plot/goal that focuses on a dream of a deceased character.

If you liked Mamoru-kun ni Megami no Shukufuku wo! add

Both have short male lead that is liked by a taller female lead character. The only difference is one deals with magic.

...then you might like Aniki wa Tsunayoshi! add

The Main male character is like Onizuka, ex delinquent that turns into a teacher to help kids.

Genshiken is as "graphic" but a lot of the elements match up. If anything I would say Genshiken is more inncoent that Hetakoi.

My Heart is Beating is the same exact story accept the characters and some scenes are drawn differently

Both female leads have a similar hindrance of being the only female teammate playing on an all male team and being unable to play in official games

The feel of it seems to match. Special Powers - Big Bad Guy. Difference is Sami is more mature while Ueki is more childish. Both are great! (^_^)/

Both have that crazy feel to them like psychological. Think of Love Suicide as almost a prequel to NHK

I think Mahorba is the closest to Change123.. Mahbora has the same sort of pathetic guy. while it doesn't have the fighting it ending ironic parody with the multiple personality aspect. I would say Kenchi meets Mahoraba

If you liked Seihou Bukyou Outlaw Star add

...then you might like Kenran Butou Sai: The Mars Daybreak add

I'm kinda surprised no one recommended this. Outlaw Star is about pirates and a treasure hunt just like Mars Daybreak. To compare the two: Outlaw Star does not technically have "Mechs" but the star ships are sorta mechs themselves. I would say that if Mars Daybreak had the more complex story line like Outlaw Star does they would be mirrors of each other just in different universes. Most of Mars Daybreak seemed to developed the love relationship over the quality of the story line. Outlaw Star develops the story line with a quieter approach to the love interests. Overall I would say Mars Daybreak is the little brother to Outlaw Star.
