Here is the thing. Maybe this will get better by the end of the season and the prince will realize what he is doing and stop. But as of right now, I just couldn't. There has been many RomCom animes where the female protagonist gets into a political marriage with a prince/ higher noble, however they are usually tasteful. Even if it's one where the prince falls in love with the protagonist and tries to have her all to himself, there's usually some internal growth on "Hey, maybe we shouldn't for the woman we say we love into marriage. Maybe talk
...
to them like a human."
I think the big thing that people are upset about is not only the prince honestly being a creep, but the fact that the show seems to glorify it. It would be one thing if the anime didn't have happy-go-lucky music as the MC gets all of her rights taken away and is gaslighted.
I will try this again when the whole season comes out just because I have a rule that if I start an anime, I want to finish it just in case the is a twist or something but as of right now, meeehhhh.

I have never been this type of person. The one to say, " Read the manga." Mostly because I didn't really read enough manga. However, after watching this show, I really wanted to read the manga so know what happens next. Well, after catching up with the manga, I had to re-score this adaptation. Like they really didn't do the manga justice at all. I believe season one covers the first 15 chapters but there is only like four chapters worth of information in this anime. I wouldn't be made except that this whole anime was rushed.
...
Like Gus's attendence. In the mange, there's this whole thing about meeting them but in the anime, they just pop out of nowhere. Also, Shin's speech was cut right at the beginning but there is some actual good content in there that gets reference later in the world. I love anime and in all honesty, I don't want this anime to go away but I feel like they need to either redo season one and put some more time into it or let it be produced by another company.

I am a hardcore isekai fan. I will even sit through really bad Isekai just to get my fix. However, this anime is really really bad. It's sad because the story is a really good story. However,it feels like the production team was like, "Make this anime, here's 10,000 yen. Air date is in two weeks." The anime runs WAY to fast. So much so that I was confused half way on what was happen. All the side characters have no depth at all. And even the CGI enemies were so bad, I couldnt care less who won. It's really
...
sad that a story like this got so little production. The only great part about this anime is the last three episodes. The sorry is steady and actual well done. However, because the first nine episodes being so bad, it basically overshadows the good of the last three episodes. I really hope another production company takes over and does a better job.

Spin-offs are always a hit or a miss. But this was was definitely a hit. It gives a inside look of the day-to-day event is the Tempest Federation as well as goes in depth with the characters we all know and love. While I love the original show, Slime Diaries now hold a place in my heart has we see a lot of side characters interact with each other. My favorite is the Orges and how they try to fit in this community while having so much guilty weighting over them. There is also A LOT of foreshadowing to the events of
...
season two with Tranie and Lady Moline warning our favorite slime that peace never truly last.
I could go on and on about how great this spin-off is but then I would just be writing spoilers so I would highly recommend watching. I hope this series gets a season 2.

Ok. I am going to start off by saying while I personally don't think Brest Tamer a total masterpiece like Bleach,Love is War, or Spy x Family, I feel like it's a really good show and don't want to see it be cancelled.
There is one thing you need to know about this show, don't expect crazy awesome fight scenes. We all know these type of shows (like In another world with my smartphone). The show has some good animations but they really cut corners with the fight scenes. It all just power point fight scenes.
HOWEVER, I will say they
...
really did a good job with the story. The whole season didn't feel two rushed. I know the manga probably has more content. However this show was a level pace, with an amazing story, the MC is actually likable, and there is a lot of antagonist that gives it a nice little "plot twist" ( I say this because the plot twist are somewhat obvious but will still surprise you because it's not TOO obvious). The characters development is really interesting, not as amazing as Love is War.
All in all, if you are looking for an easy watch, feeling down and need something to pick you up, or (like me) love Harem OP animes but is sick and tired of the underfunded, rushed, BS some of these production companies throw out, then this is the anime for you. Come on, check it out. It's only 13 episodes.

So, I have always loved this anime series and probably would but it in my top 25, but after this season, it got a significant bump up the list. Like holy cow, talk about a difference between the first three seasons and this one. I will say fair warning. This is probably the bloodiest season so if blood freaks you out or if you don't like gore this is definitely not going to be the season for you. That being said, I cannot wait for part 2 of season 4.
ART: 9/10
The graphics of this show has always been really really beautiful.
...
However, in this season they took it to the next level. Granted that also could be due to the fact that it's 2022 and drafting software has gotten better since 2017 but still the HD quality of the show makes it extremely beautiful. But also for all the people who like blood and gore. We are also makes them dungeon seem somewhat peaceful and mysterious at some points while also giving you a nice big twist of danger approaching.
Music: 7/10
The music has always been fine in this anime and this season was no different. I personally really like the opening songs more than the rest of the seasons in this anime. However, it's nothing to cry home about like black clover or bleach or one piece. That being said, the the instrumentals and the middle of the episodes are extremely beautiful. I have a couple of them on Spotify and they kind of really put me to sleep because they're so peaceful, especially when they're in villages in towns and just doing day-to-day adventuring stuff. At the end of the day, as someone who's in the arts, the music fairly goes well with the actual show and that's what we want to see. Not some music that is completely different vibe than what we are looking at on TV.
Characters: 10/10. WARNING SPOILERS HERE
I've always really enjoyed the characters out of this anime, but season 4 really made things interesting. Obviously at this point Bell is at level 4 and he's basically kicking ass and taking names. The rest of his party which is Lily, Welf, Yamato, and Haruhime, Aihsa, Daphne, Cassandra, Ouka, Chigusa. All seem to be getting along with each other which they all have some sort of tension between season 1 through season 3. Additionally, they all seem to be able to handle their own without bell as they have been separated from him on multiple occasions. Their growth and love and support from one another shows the fact that they are able to try to reach the lower levels of the floors. Additionally, they have begin to trust each other more which puts away any sort of bad blood between them. This is perfect timing as their friendship is about to be put to the test in act 2 season 4.
Story: 9/10
Let's be real. I have definitely enjoyed this storyline and the way it's gone since season 1. However, season 4 Connor takes away from the whole. Everything is going to be all right. Feel that you get in the first three seasons to "oh shit, people might actually die." It really does leave the watchers wondering what is going to happen in part 2 season 4. While I want to get more into this, I don't want to spoil anymore for you so you should definitely watch it yourself and see how it is. That being said, you will not be disappointed in the story as it does keep you on your toes the whole way from episode 1 to episode 11.
Overall score:10/10
I know technically speaking my math isn't correct but I had to give them extra points on the fact that I enjoy the anime from beginning today current and and the fact that at the end of the day this anime has me wanting for more more and more. The fact that there is a part two pisses me off because I really want the next 15 episodes that happened today so that I can find out what happens to bell connell and his friends in the dungeon. I will say if you're reading this review up to this point, you should basically stop and watch the anime because I promise you, you will not regret it.
