I got into anime when I was about 9, and I've been in love with it ever since. It's also gotten me through some pretty tough times in my life.

If I'm not watching anime, I'm probably reading manga, doing schoolwork, drawing, listening to music, or thinking about a show I watched.

My favorite genre is probably uh....well I don't know actually. I kind of like a bit of everything. I tend to hop from genre to genre depending on what interests me in the moment. (Recommendations are appreciated btw) Though, if I absolutely had to pick, I'd say I like the kind of show that's strange, confusing, surreal, and has a deeper meaning. I like to think about stuff like that.
 
I really like listening anime OPs/EDs. They occupy a good chunk of my playlists. I don't know what it is about them, but they're just different in a good way. A really good OP/ED could probably trick me into thinking a mediocre show is good because the music is good. Right now, my favorite ED is Stand By Me by the peggies.

I've recently gotten into manga and reading in general. Mostly because I hope to make a manga of my own one day. I'd love to make my own anime, but if that doesn't happen, then I at least want to be a mangaka. I know it's a tough job, but it's the only medium in which I want to tell my stories (and I really like drawing..).
