Ahhh so amazing!! I've got sooo many butterflies each chapter, omg. They're so cute and their chemistry is just... damn!! <333
But also: the hands! The sign language!
The artist really went all out. Not to mention how hard hands are to draw, but even more difficult when it's the focus and you're using them to communicate. The attention to detail is amazing. Huge props to them. Hope they got a raise for that.
The author has a tendency to make things overly dramatic, which makes it quite fast-paced and also a bit unrealistic. Overall, it is very slice of life, but then you have those random near-death
...
moments/scenarios, that no person experiences in just one week.
Unless you're a character from a play, maybe. (Wait... maybe that was the point?)
But apart from that, they are very cute!
The beginning was quite funny, with Aoi thinking Keito is Napalese! XDD
But it's cool how ready he was to learn JSL for Keito and as well how fast he picked up on it.
Their inner monologues do get quite emotional; some of the quotes were both inspiring and tear-wrenching. It's good they found each other, they really are each other's rock. But they still need to learn to properly communicate, not just because of the language barrier, but also cause they can be very stubborn.
Overall, very good rep! There are other signing people too, who are either deaf too or can hear normally, but sign whenever Keito is present. I also learned something new about sign language: CL! Very interesting.
And also: no homophobia or heteronormativity at all! <3
Can't wait until Volume 2 is translated, ahhh I wish it was already TwT

Since I came across Mira recently, I've been binge reading all their stuff I could find online. They're really good.
This is more of an average work from her.
Art style and nsfw scenes are well drawn, especially the different position and anatomy is really good.
The story fell a little flat tho. I really liked the concept with the beast whisperers basically, but I came here for the nsfw, so I found it a bit difficult to get into the world-building and fantasy aspects. It just wasn't the place for it, and you'll notice Mira also mainly was here for the nsfw.
The concept
...
can totally be used for an sfw series, as the potential is there. Here it just seemed off and unbalanced.
Lady Harmony was quite an annoying character. Especially the parts when she was firstly assaulting Lulu and then when Lulu did a similar thing to her, she gets all whiny and really mad, lecturing her about how important consent is in a relationship and if Lulu hadn't violated her consent, they wouldn't have ended up in a life-threatening situation. Generally I would agree, but now when that person did it earlier AND does it again a few chapters later. Like?? If you don't want a consensual story, okay, but don't put a forced message about consent in it from a character that isn't even in a place to lecture about that.

3 girls, each of them having a "hobby" (fetish) they can't tell anyone else.
- Maiko loves staring at women's butts, especially when they're thicc.
- Riso loves it when women look at her butt.
- Fumi gets turned on by the sounds women make, due to her sensitive hearing.
When these 3 meet, it's like they've entered heaven. Not only can they live through their fetishes as much as they want, but they can finally talk about it in the open!
~
Quite some specific fetishes, but that's what makes this story so intriguing.
...
And honestly way more wholesome than you'd think.
I was surprised by the poly, as it starts out with just Maiko and Riso making out, but it was a very pleasant surprise.
It's also so healthy. Consent, no fat-shaming (the opposite actually, thanks to Maiko), poly instead of a toxic love-triangle, communication, no judgements about their fetishes, just wholesome. They can be who they are, without feeling ashamed, and be happy.
I want and need more of them, because they're incredibly cute together.

When two bottoms, who have been dating for a while, didn't know the other is a bottom, and only find out once they want to do it...
Exactly my cup of tea.
It was so so close to being my first BL Manga with switches rep, but unfortunately didn't go that far. But it was teased at least, and they did talk about it (also kind of tried but not really)!
Otherwise a healthy relationship, where both want to make the other feel good and be safe. No alpha ranking or ownership-trope. Only chapter 2 had a bit of an icky moment, but they talked about it
...
right away and it didn't happen again.
So refreshing for the BL genre!
The 2 bonus stories were a bit random, as they were 2 different one-shots with each different characters, who didn't have anything to do with the main couple (or maybe they do? The characters all look a bit too similar :')). But at least they had the same theme (sweet and consent), so I can't complain.
Recommendable!

Interesting premise with the toy at school (fifty shades of grey vibes), but turned out to be just another toxic Yaoi, where the top doesn't know what consent is, does whatever he wants, and the bottom is secretly aroused by that. Yuck.
At first I was like, "ok, your fault if you're that stupid to try it out at school", but after a while wasn't that nice anymore.
Could've dropped it, but such a short manga, continued as well. Total waste though.
Oh, how I hate characters like Tachibana.
~
I wouldn't recommend it, but I know lots of Fujoshis would probably like it.

It's a collection of 4 stories, which is why I'll be reviewing them separately.
– Chapter 1-2: Sensei (Kari) no Oshigoto (センセー(仮)のお仕事, The Job of a (Temporary) Teacher)
Awful. Toxic. Physical and emotional abuse.
Especially chapter 2 deserves 0 stars. I was hoping for Takuma to fight or ague against him, but nope. Just ends on a note where I hope Takuma makes it out alive, but from what is teased, he’ll likely, sadly, get abused many more years.
Overall rating: 0.5 stars
– Chapter 3: Zettai-teki Gohoushi Kankei (ゼッタイ的ご奉仕カンケイ, A Relationship of Absolute Service)
Very cute actually. The more dominant one was the sub/bottom, and the shy/unsure/romantic one was the dom/top
...
here.
Very contrasting to the first story. I really wish these two stories could’ve been published separately, because I want to give this a high rating, which unfortunately isn’t possible with the 0 stars I gave the other story. (I’m totally gonna list it separately in my 2024 list, though! Ha, take that, author.)
Rating: 4 stars
– Chapter 4: Junai Kareshi to Fujun na Ore (純愛彼氏と不純なおれ, Pure Loving Boyfriend and Impure Me)
Well, that was sweet, but also very fast-paced. Though maybe it’s actually realistic? I’ve no idea, I just found it a bit too quick. But there was consent and it was actually kinda romantic, I especially loved the first half (before the act), so that’s nice. Masato was another non-toxic top/dom, which, again, is so contrasting to the first story.
Rating: 3.5 stars
– Chapter 5: Shinyuu ga Ore e no Ai wo Kojiraseteiru n da ga (親友が俺への愛をこじらせているんだが。, My Best Friend is Complicating My Love Life)
A dense, big, buff karate boy and his best friend, who doesn’t know how to tell him.
I really like how Ryusei was constantly dense, but he had his “intelligent“ moments. When Kyosuke, his best friend, was being dominant, Ryusei first reaction was always shock, but then he becomes very sweet and romantic. Loved that.
But wow, they actually did it in a classroom. And didn’t even bother to go hide in a closet or behind the door or something.
Again, so contrasting to the first story. Even though this too had a jealousy trope, it was actually sweet.
Rating: 4 stars
– Chapter 6:
A bonus chapter for each story (with a few pages for each).
-c1-2: still in a toxic relationship, nothing changed.
-c3. The shirt looks good though.
-c4: what an angel, indeed. I do wonder whether his band mates were telling the truth tho?
-c5: oh my god, lmao. I do sincerely hope he was joking lol.
~
HOW did the author decide they want to publish these 3 sweet stories with that incredibly toxic first story???? Or did they just not want a bad rating? -.-

Surprisingly very cute!
I found this through a random generator because I needed to get out of my reading slump. Well... maybe not the best Manga for that, but it was still kinda worth it.
I love how consensual and lovingly it was between them.
And maybe also the first BL Manga with Switches? I'm not sure they are, as there was only 1 small panel that hinted at it... could be a translation mistake. I'd love to have more switch rep, but this didn't seem entirely it... if anyone who has read it could confirm they are, that'd be great!
Anyways. I also loved Ouito's sister. Her
...
subtle support, after finding out they're a couple (unbeknownst to them) was really sweet!
Albeit the bonus chapter made it a bit weird, but wasn't too surprising...
Not much a fan of the last chapter with the other BL couple. They pretty much came out of nowhere and weren't that likable either.
It's still overall cute though. A fast, short, 6 chapter read. Recommended, because it's quite rare for a BL Erotic Manga to be consensual and communicative.

Quite unexpected!
I guess I read a little too many Mangas with unbalanced pace, so I'm actually surprised the author had it balanced it here. It started fast, was fast in the middle and ended fast as well. Nice!
I mean, there were still slow moments, so it's not like it was constantly going back and forth. Overall the pace was balanced, without spending too much time on unnecessary drama.
There were still lots of misunderstands, but got cleared up quickly.
I also imagined the story a little different. I thought it would be typical Manga comedy with thousand chapters, where the MC desperately tries to approach
...
their crush, but just ends up failing in a hilarious way. Basically what I think of when someone says "rom-com".
While there was still basic comedy of AniManga with the nose-bleeding, for example, the author did not "waste" many chapters on the approach. They actually go on a date already in the first volume.
But I'm not disappointed at all. It was a fresh breath for the genre.
What I didn't entirely like was that the main couple doesn't have that much chemistry... it's not non-existent or anything, but you probably wouldn't guess right away that they're together, if you were in a room with them. But that also kinda makes it more realistic?
On the other hand, the side couple was nice. Also a bit unexpected, as they had main-couple-energy.
It was cool overall tho. And cute. Recommend it.

This was weird... but also good?
If you're looking for...
- porn without plot
- age gap relationships
- toxic characters, who know they're toxic
- borderline H / explicit sex scenes
...
- multiple couples
... then this is for you.
If you're expecting a real, sweet Yuri story, then this might rather not be for you.
I was mainly looking for Borderline H, so wasn't disappointed in that. 6 chapters only but some kinda make-out in every chapter.
The toxic characters and the attempt on a storyline was rather a "meh" for me, but the plus is that the characters actually acknowledge their own toxicity and don't play it down. There's no character development. They're basically just like, "wow, I'm so toxic... but now I already started this mess, so might as well keep going."
And I mean... why not? I wouldn't want to read through that trope for 3+ books, but 1 volume is perfectly fine.
Didn't like Yuni's backstory with her girlfriend much, but other than that... why not. Can recommend for a quickie.
Don't take the tropes in there too serious, though, and just see it as a piece of fiction.

It’s incredible and crazy how much I relate to each of the characters views, even though they’re so different.
The author’s amazing. I feel like they interviewed me before making the manga and then made a character out of each of my opinions, lol.
Although it was a bit cliche at times, and started with the toxic hetero trope, overall the representation is great. You can tell the author did lots of research.
It’s not that the protagonist simply concludes that she’s ace, but the fluidity of sexuality also is explained. That asexuality is an umbrella term and that there are so many different kinds of labels underneath
...
it, and everyone feels different about it.
Aro/Ace identity is probably the only one section of attraction that is so unique to each person. It’s not like being homosexual where it’s just, “oh yea i only like the same gender”, but really is much more complicated. Some still feel sexual attraction, but don’t act on it; some pleasure themselves, but wouldn’t want to have sex with someone else; others really don’t feel any attraction; some want to feel that way but can’t; and so much more. Which the author also digs into.
It’s also probably the only time I’ve seen a gay character (in manga) mention bisexuality. Oh and there’s also an agender character. <3
There’s unlabeled representation as well.
You feel that label might fit you, but also not. You don’t want a label, you just want to be “you”.
I’ve said it so many times already, and it’s nice to finally see another likeminded person (the author/character).
