After watching the first episode, I can't put my finger on what this anime will be about. The tone of this anime is unpredictable, in a bad way. There's a mystery/detective feeling to it, then suddenly there's fantasy/supernatural things that's already out of place, then there's pure comedy scene that's definitely just dumped in, and ended with drama-like tone.
I mean, what will it be next? Horror?
But before that, let's talk about the fan-services. It's really forced and only weakens the hype and climax. The first episode is just the worse. Bride couple cosplaying while chasing a ... crime suspect? That just doesn't make any sense whatsoever.
Idol, romance, full flashbacks, and a sudden beach episode isn't the right tone after the first episode ended with the "Detective is already dead" thing. I've seen better animes with mixed themes like that, but this execution is really poor. Story [2/10]
Put them aside, the animation is really good. For a 40 min first episode I didn't expect the animation to be this good. It's unique, smooth, and flows well. I can't stop thinking about when the character shoots the enemy scene, it's that good. But after the first episode it kinda dropped a little bit. But it's still in average, not below at least. Art [7/10]
Music? Pretty meh honestly. The OP and ED is not memorable. The background musics aren't really great either. They're in a completely different tone. Medieval-like BGM doesn't work for a modern/sci-fi like anime. Sound & Music [4/10]
Characters? Ngl tho, but that white-haired girl, Siesta, is a waifu material for me. She got everything, except life. How could you kill one of the best waifu so easily? The male MC is boring. Others are just meh, not worth mentioning. Characters [6/10]

But after all that, I'll still be watching this because I like the pain of watching a bad anime.

I wouldn't say this anime is bad, it's great in general, but this part kinda sucks than the other ones.
Let's start off with [Graphic]. Of course, like the other ones, this still maintains it's great animation. It's not masterpiece, but this still feels as great as always. The action are to the point. A little bit too to the point even. But I still liked it. [8/10]
Now, [Story]. And this is where they f***ed up. The story is not as good as before. This whole season's story is too depended on the dialogues and monologues. I mean, it's not bad to do that, if it's ... done correctly. There's something missing about this season. The dialogues makes the anime feels more solid and heavy to watch but means literally nothing after that. It feels like you try hard to understand nothing. [6/10]
Then, [Characters]. Well, not much to say about this than the characters kinda changes a bit in this season. That's, Character Development... I guess? But it just feels too unreal and sudden. Like, how wise could a man made someone who hates him become liking him by just words? Like before, it's too dialogue and monologue heavy. [7/10]
Overall, this season kinda disappoint me. And it sucks for me too. Just, I hope the next season will be much better than this one.

Ok. After reading a ton of bad reviews you guys give, I think this deserves my first review on this site.
Firstly, this show is great.
I'm not the guy who really likes to write reviews, but this one gives me the urge to do it. Because this has a lot into it that many people just don't get it. If you watch this anime, don't stop in the first 5 minutes because it's generic.
Me too, I've got this recommended from a friend and I haven't read the synopsis yet so I almost just dropped this anime as soon as I started it. But thankfully, this anime ... wasn't as bad as I expected.
This is not as generic as it may sound. There are quite some things stands out in my opinion.
So let's starts with [Graphic], shall we? The animation in this anime wasn't really good, but I think it's just great. It's pretty smooth, good quality, etc. This also changes styles quite a lot, like almost every romance anime would do. But the effects in the OP and last episode was pretty unique. I like it.[7.5/10]
Next, [Story]. As I said, this is not that generic. This is not like any other "dating after 3 whole seasons" type of romance. It's straight forward. The progression is quick but still enjoyable. The events was good and feels real. Almost everything hits the right feeling.[9/10]
Lastly, the thing that I liked the most, [Character]. This characters are just awesome. They're quite matching between their personalities and appearances. The character development are also really good, both from viewer's perspective and their perspective. Their personalities changes overtime and that's all about this anime is. We got to know more things about them, more events that changes them, more characters to surround them. And that's just great.[10/10]
Bruh this is getting tiring, so I think that's all I have to say.
