Started reading the manga because I was disappointed by the way the anime finished up. I fell in love with the story as it was a very wholesome romance/friendship story that I expected to develop further. Unfortunately, after reading the manga, I have to say that I now completely agree with the way the anime ended, as everything that followed in the story after that was INCREDIBLY slow. I keep reading with hope for things between zen and shirayuki to develop into marriage. Great 2nd season of a very wholesome lovestory. Only wished that the story either would've continued after this or the ending would have been more of an ending to a story rather than an incredibly open ending which leaves you wondering when the next season will come (despite the last eps literally saying that it's the final one). Feel like the story should have ended with a wedding, as most of the story is building up towards a wedding eventually happening. It just feels wrong that it doesn't even end with an official relationship. Nevertheless, it is a great story and I will start reading
