This anime is really good just for passing the time, don't expect anything more than killing time.
I have to admit that the concept of this anime seemed extremely interesting to me—the ability to travel between dimensions, the mystery of the 'God' who gave the power, plus the relationship with his brother and the tragic story of his family. But definitely, the execution of this anime was really mediocre. It gives the impression that a group of writers got together for a brainstorming session to create this anime, and after having the original concept, they handed it over to an AI to automatically generate the episodes
...
one after another.
With better direction, surely a better budget, and definitely much better screenwriters, this anime could have been one of the best—perhaps even approaching 'Overlord'. But as I said before, it is possible that this was written by an 11-year-old child or an AI with a 7B capacity.
I recommend this anime if:
- You finished watching another anime that is really heavy and want to relax with something light.
- You like isekai made with an IQ of two.
- You have very low expectations.
I don't recommend this anime if:
- You think the idea is good and it will be properly developed.
- You tend to think things like... 'doesn't anyone think about the effects of this?'

I'm not a fan of romance, I'm really completely sure that I'm not at all the target audience for this anime... Still, I liked it. I really don't consider it to be a very impressive anime, nor do I think it has anything in particular to highlight. It was just okay. I'm also not sure if it's really a romantic comedy, it doesn't really have much comedy...

This second season presents numerous improvements compared to the first, which is why I will recommend it and why it has gone from having a rating of 5 to an 8 for me.
The differences between the first and second season lie in the way the characters are developed and much more progress is made in the main plot of the story. In addition, the main character stops being just a raging depraved and waifu capturer to become one more member of the humans who were brought to this world and who fight against the conflicts established by God's fault.

- You liked the first season, but still feel that something was missing. Here is what was missing.

Interesting and disappointing at the same time.
I learned about this anime through its manga many years ago. Back then, I was very into dungeon-type mangas. I must admit that the reason was the anime of the spider girl. I remember that in the comments of the websites where you could read manga, they were always talking about Arifureta. It interested me enough to postpone it and not watch it. Honestly, I was very afraid that it would be just another standard anime full of waifus and a Kirito wandering the world having empty adventures. That’s why I didn’t read the manga at the time. And

Arifureta embodies everything wrong with isekai fantasy anime, yet at the same time, it contains everything that typically attracts viewers. A Gary Stu with guns, all cool, and a chaste but confrontational personality, who travels the world capturing waifus like Pokémon. It appears to have a rich world and a deep story that unfolds through the labyrinths and different occurrences in the world, but in reality, everything is very weak, happens too quickly, and is completely simplistic. Almost everything seems just an excuse to push the protagonist from point A to point B, where he can get a new waifu and show off how overpowered and great he is, with no one on his level.
The best moments of this anime occur in episodes 1 and 2. Everything else is practically a mediocre cliché, but it’s not boring. I sincerely feel that this anime started as a very good idea inspired by other works, but the author quickly abandoned the concept of character development and solid stories to make something much more commercial, cliché, and easy to write to sell more. Honestly, I don’t know if it worked for him.

Supe de este anime por su manga hace muchísimos años. En aquel entonces, estaba muy metido con los mangas de tipo mazmorras. He de admitir que la razón se debía al anime de la chica araña. Recuerdo que en los comentarios de las páginas web donde podías leer manga, siempre hablaban sobre Arifureta. Me interesó lo suficiente como para postergarlo y no verlo. Sinceramente, tenía mucho miedo de que fuera otro anime estándar lleno de waifus y un Kirito que anda por el mundo teniendo aventuras vacías. Por eso, en su momento, no leí el manga. Y no me equivoqué.
Arifureta es todo lo que está mal en los animes de fantasía isekai y, al mismo tiempo, es todo lo que suele atraer. Un Gary Stu con pistolas, todas cool, y una personalidad casta pero confrontativa, que viaja por el mundo capturando waifus como si fueran Pokémon. Aparenta tener un mundo rico y una historia profunda que se desentraña en base a los laberintos y las diferentes cosas que ocurren en el mundo, pero realmente todo es muy flojo, pasa muy rápido y es completamente simplista. Casi todo parece solo una excusa para impulsar al protagonista a moverse de un punto A a un punto B, donde puede conseguir una nueva waifu y hacer gala de que está muy roto, es genial y que nadie está a su nivel.
Los mejores momentos de este anime ocurren en los capítulos 1 y 2. Todo lo demás es prácticamente un cliché mediocre, pero no es aburrido. Tengo la sincera impresión de que este anime nació como una muy buena idea inspirada en otras obras, pero el autor rápidamente abandonó el concepto de un desarrollo de personajes y de historias sólidas para hacer algo mucho más comercial, cliché y sencillo de escribir, con el fin de vender más. Sinceramente, no sé si le funcionó.

I found the first season of this anime simply mediocre, but not enough to say that it wasn't entertaining to watch. Therefore, when I got to this second season, I was really expecting the same thing: a mediocre anime with a super powerful protagonist and little touches of comedy. no longer completely mediocre, mainly because it now feels like its world is a rich and vast place, with many stories to tell. Most of the characters still seem very flat to me, but there are small exceptions in which, although the personality and motivations are honestly mediocre, the way they unfold in the story is interesting. I recommend it because I really think that the author has created a very interesting fantasy world. Although he is not good at creating characters, it is clear that creating worlds is something he masters.

La primera temporada de este anime me pareció sencillamente mediocre, pero no lo suficiente como para decir que no era entretenido verlo. Realmente tengo poco que decir sobre este anime. No hace nada particularmente bien, pero tampoco hace nada particularmente mal. I waited 3 years to watch this anime.
You see, I really consider myself a fan of this anime—well, more accurately, a fan of the novel. I found this novel about 4 years before the anime started airing. I remember how I got the stories and started reading them. Although I must admit that at first, it was very shocking and particularly unpleasant, I eventually came to appreciate how it expressed the evil of a character from a relatively fair perspective—or rather, fair from a twisted mind that has completely lost all human and common sense.

could finally see one of the novels I liked the most in anime form. My main conflict was that I started reading the comments and reviews from many people at the time, and I realized they were labeling it simply as hentai and a power fantasy. And yes, it is, but it's not just that. I believe that what I liked most about the novel wasn't the hentai aspect or the power fantasy, but the exploration of that twisted mind that didn't hold back in seeking justice in the cruelest way possible. In fact, I fondly remember eagerly waiting to see what kind of destructive and horrible thing he would do to each of the heroes. Whether or not he did +18 things to them wasn't really important to me; I enjoyed reading how he took juicy revenge for all they had done to him. It was almost poetic.
But I didn't want to act like any silly fan who would say, "you just didn't understand the anime," so I quickly started researching, trying to be as objective as possible. I was greatly disappointed to realize that this anime was more hentai than the psychological anime I thought it could be. That disappointed me, and that's why I waited 3 years to finally watch this anime. And I know my three-years-ago self was not wrong.
The Kaifuku novel narrates, step by step, the juicy and slow revenge of a man whose life was completely ruined and who was tortured mercilessly for a long time. The novel specializes and takes a lot of time to detail the immense hatred and suffering the main character acquired over all those years. It takes its time to make the reader feel an enormous desire for evil justice so that when the right moment of revenge comes, it simply feels sweet. It builds step by step to make you feel how the main character gradually advances to achieve everything he wants, justifying each step and showing that he will use all available resources to go as far as he can. That's the story I fell in love with years ago.
On the other hand, this anime is just a summarized compilation of the things the character did, plus many hentai scenes. I don't want to give the novel a 10, but I do consider it could easily be an 8. However, this anime barely reaches a 6. I knew it would be disappointing, which is why it took me so long to watch it.
I recommend this anime if:
- You have seen "Bible Black" or something similar and want to see something in that vein.
- You have read the novel, liked it, but have low expectations.
- You enjoy hentai content.
- You want a very light taste of what a real villain is like.
I do not recommend this anime if:
- You are pure of heart.

Esperé 3 años para ver este anime.
Verán, realmente me considero un fanático de este anime, aunque, mejor dicho, soy un fanático de la novela. Encontré esta novela aproximadamente 4 años antes de que comenzara a emitirse este anime. Recuerdo cómo conseguía las historias y comenzaba a leerlas. Aunque debo admitir que, al principio, fue muy chocante y particularmente desagradable, terminé por agarrarle el gusto por la forma en que expresaba la maldad de un personaje desde una perspectiva relativamente justa, o mejor dicho, justa desde una mente retorcida que ha perdido por completo todo sentido humano y común.
Cuando salió este anime, me sentí muy alegre porque por fin podría ver una de las novelas que más me había gustado, ahora en formato anime. Mi gran conflicto fue que comencé a ver los comentarios y reseñas de muchas personas en su momento, y me di cuenta de que lo tachaban únicamente como un simple hentai y una fantasía de poder. Y sí, lo es, pero no solo es eso. Yo considero que la parte que más me gustó de la novela no fue tanto el tema hentai o la fantasía de poder, sino la exploración de aquella mente tan retorcida que no tenía pelos en la lengua para intentar hacer justicia de la manera más cruel posible. De hecho, recuerdo con mucho anhelo esperar a ver qué clase de cosa destructiva y horrible le haría a cada uno de los héroes. Que les hiciera cosas +18 o no realmente no me importaba; disfrutaba de leer cómo se vengaba de forma tan jugosa por todo lo que le habían hecho. Era casi poético.
Pero no quería caer en el error de actuar como cualquier fan tonto que diría "es que no entendiste el anime", así que rápidamente me puse a investigar intentando ser lo más objetivo posible. Me llevé la gran decepción de darme cuenta de que este anime era más un hentai que realmente un anime psicológico como yo pensaba que podría ser. Eso me decepcionó, y por esa razón es que esperé 3 años para finalmente verlo. Y sé que mi yo de hace 3 años no se equivocaba.
La novela de Kaifuku narra, paso a paso, la jugosa y lenta venganza de un hombre al cual le arruinaron por completo la vida y lo torturaron sin piedad durante mucho tiempo. La novela se especializa y toma muchísimo tiempo para detallar el gran odio y sufrimiento que el personaje principal adquirió durante todos estos años. Se toma bastante tiempo en hacer sentir al lector un enorme deseo de justicia malvada, para que, cuando llegue el momento justo de aplicar la venganza, simplemente se sienta dulce. Coloca un escalón tras otro para hacerte sentir cómo poco a poco el personaje principal avanza para obtener todo lo que desea, justificando cada paso y demostrando que el protagonista va a utilizar todos sus recursos disponibles para llegar tan lejos como pueda. Esa es la historia de la cual me enamoré hace varios años.
Por otro lado, este anime es solo una recopilación en modo resumen de las cosas que el personaje hizo, más muchas escenas hentai. Tampoco quiero darle un 10 a la novela, pero considero que fácilmente puede ser un 8. Sin embargo, este anime a duras penas llega a un 6. Sabía que sería decepcionante, y por eso me demoré tanto en verlo.

- Has visto "Bible Black" o algo similar y quieres ver algo en esa línea.

Quizás una porción de quienes ven las reseñas se enojará conmigo por lo que estoy a punto de decir; pero este anime se ha ganado un lugar en mi lista de favoritos, junto con "Fullmetal Alchemist" y "Code Geass". Aunque, por supuesto, no lo coloco al mismo nivel, sí los voy a mencionar juntos precisamente porque este anime logró exactamente lo que deseaba con los métodos que tenía en mente. Me enamoré de su historia, de su mundo y, sobre todo, de su personaje principal. Sin embargo, hay un par de defectos que debo señalar.

El segundo gran defecto está más relacionado con el desarrollo del anime en sí mismo, y es que creo que existe alguna discordancia en la personalidad del personaje principal. Es cierto que se deja claro que está reencarnado y que constantemente escucha susurros en su mente. Pero hay momentos en los que no pude reconocer al personaje principal; en otras palabras, hubo un breve instante en el que sentí que no era la misma persona que vi al principio. Claro, esto estaría bien si estuviera claramente justificado, pero no considero que el tiempo transcurrido sea suficiente para justificar los cambios que mostró en algunos momentos. Aunque esto es algo muy sutil y fugaz, creo que no cumple del todo con la regla que se establece al comienzo de la historia.
En resumen, amé este anime y lo recomiendo completamente.

"Perhaps a portion of those who read reviews will be upset with me for what I'm about to say, but this anime is going on my list of favorites alongside 'Fullmetal Alchemist' and 'Code Geass.' Although, of course, I don't place it at the same level, I'm mentioning them together precisely because this anime achieved exactly what I wanted using the methods I had in mind. I fell in love with its story, its world, and, above all, its main character. However, there are a couple of flaws I need to point out.
The first, and most important, is that it's too short. I want more, I need more, and for that reason, I'm going to read the novel it's based on.
The second major flaw is more related to the anime's development itself, and it's that I believe there's some inconsistency in the personality of the main character. It's true that it's made clear that they're reincarnated and constantly hear whispers in their mind. But there are moments when I couldn't recognize the main character; in other words, there was a brief instant when I felt it wasn't the same person I saw at the beginning. Of course, this would be fine if it were clearly justified, but I don't think the elapsed time is enough to justify the changes they showed at certain moments. Although this is very subtle and fleeting, I don't think it fully adheres to the rule established at the beginning of the story.
In summary, I loved this anime and wholeheartedly recommend it.

- You enjoy animes where you can fall in love with a character purely based on their personality and nature, rather than their actions or feats.

- You're looking for an objective explanation of the world and universe. This anime is about a girl observing a fantasy world, not about an ultra-intelligent, super-analytical creature with omnipotent powers.

Me gustó y voy a recomendar este anime, principalmente porque no es particularmente malo en nada de lo que hace. Tanto el concepto del anime como el protagonista son realmente agradables. Sin embargo, me niego rotundamente a darle una calificación por encima de 8, a pesar de que me ha gustado bastante. Esto se debe a que realmente no resalta particularmente bien en nada de lo que intenta hacer. Creo que esto se debe al hecho de que toda esta historia ocurre durante la introducción de la misma historia, y le faltaron capítulos.

hecho de que optan demasiado por decir lo que el personaje es en vez de mostrarlo. Dicen que es una persona talentosa, pero en lugar de ver o demostrar que realmente lo es, simplemente hacen saltos de tiempo diciendo que lo consiguió fuera de cámara. Al mismo tiempo, esto deja la sensación de que no fue un fallo de guión, sino más bien una falta de presupuesto del anime.
Podría explicarlo así: Imagina encontrar un ave fénix dormida en medio de un bosque. Te sientas y pacientemente esperas a que se levante para ver cómo vuela de forma majestuosa o quizás cómo incendia todo el bosque. Esperas... Y de repente, el ave fénix se levanta y simplemente vuela, perdiéndose de vista. ¡Pero oye, acabas de ver un ave fénix! No hizo nada... Pero está genial.
Te va a gustar este anime si:
- Te gustan los animes isekai donde el concepto del viaje entre mundos es creativo e innovador.
- Te gustan los protagonistas que son introvertidos y lógicos (no necesariamente intelectuales).
- Te gusta ver peleas creativas y no necesariamente de acción.
- Te gustaría ver cómo añadir ecchi adecuadamente en una historia.
No te va a gustar este anime si:
- Estás esperando ver un anime en el cual haya mucha acción y muchísimos asesinatos como loco.
- Te gusta que un anime resalte por algún género en particular (este anime hace más o menos bien todo, pero realmente no resalta en nada).
- Crees que trata sobre un niño que es un asesino profesional. Amigo, solamente es un niño de 8 años que está aprendiendo a ser un asesino, aún no lo es en este anime.

"I liked it, and I'm going to recommend this anime, mainly because it's not particularly bad at anything it does. Both the anime's concept and the protagonist are really enjoyable. However, I firmly refuse to give it a rating above 8, despite liking it quite a bit. This is because it doesn't particularly excel in anything it attempts to do. I believe this is due to the fact that the entire story occurs during its introduction, and it lacked additional episodes.
Perhaps one of the things that bothered me the most about the anime is that they rely too much on telling what the character is rather than showing it. They say he's a talented person, but instead of actually seeing or demonstrating his talent, they use time jumps to say he achieved it off-camera. At the same time, it leaves you with the feeling that it wasn't a script flaw but rather a budget limitation for the anime.
You could explain it like this: Imagine finding a sleeping phoenix in the middle of a forest. You sit and patiently wait for it to rise, expecting to see it majestically fly or perhaps set the whole forest on fire. You wait... And suddenly, the phoenix gets up and simply flies out of sight. But hey, you just saw a phoenix! It didn't do anything... But it's still cool.
You'll like this anime if:
- You enjoy isekai anime where the concept of world-traveling is creative and innovative.
- You like protagonists who are introverted and logical (not necessarily intellectuals).
- You appreciate creative fights that aren't necessarily action-packed.
- You'd like to see how ecchi can be appropriately added to a story.
You won't like this anime if:
- You're expecting an anime with lots of crazy action and numerous murders.
- You prefer an anime that stands out in a particular genre (this anime does everything decently but doesn't truly excel in anything).
- You think it's about a child who's a professional assassin. Well, it's just an 8-year-old learning to be an assassin; he isn't one yet in this anime."

This anime either needs a long review or a very short one. So, I'll opt for a brief and direct one.
"Radiant" is a practically standard shonen anime. At one point, I even thought or mentioned that it seemed like an exact copy of "Naruto" and "One Piece." However, upon further investigation, I discovered that the story is literally based on and inspired by them. As an anime drawing inspiration from others, I give it a 10 out of 10. If you enjoyed "Naruto" or "One Piece," you'll definitely like "Radiant." However, always keep in mind that this anime is like a bird that never took

flight; it leaves you with a feeling that things could have been better.
Now, why do I recommend it?
Primarily for two reasons: First, as a standard shonen, it meets all the requirements and follows the formula in a very conventional way, which creates a sense of familiarity if you've seen or enjoyed other shonen anime. Second, "Radiant" isn't a Japanese anime; it's Italian. For that reason alone, I think it's worth giving it a watch.
I recommend this anime if:
- You liked "Naruto" and "One Piece."
- You enjoy protagonists who start as standard shonen characters but gradually evolve into something slightly different.
- The concept of a magical shonen appeals to you, especially if it's better written than "Fairy Tail" (by which I mean it takes a slightly more realistic approach to character development).
- You appreciate characters with an appearance reminiscent of wealthy ladies or gentlemen.
I don't recommend this anime if:
- You haven't at least reached the Arabasta saga in "One Piece" (many episodes of "Radiant" feel like filler and don't contribute much to the plot).
- You're not a fan of fantasy.

"Radiant" es un anime shonen prácticamente estándar. En su momento, llegué incluso a pensar o mencionar que parecía una copia exacta de "Naruto" y "One Piece". Sin embargo, al investigar un poco más sobre el anime, descubrí que la historia está literalmente basada e inspirada en ellos. Como un anime que se inspira en otros, le doy una calificación de 10 sobre 10. Si te gustó "Naruto" o "One Piece", definitivamente te gustará "Radiant". No obstante, siempre debemos recordar que este anime es como un ave que nunca voló; siempre nos deja con la sensación de que las cosas podrían haber sido mejores.
Ahora, ¿por qué lo recomiendo?
