Kamisama Hajimemashita or A homeless girl becomes a land deity.
By sudden circumstances the heroine inherits a rundown shrine and encounters spirits and a grumpy familiar. Then begins her new exciting life as a goddess. The animation is pretty good, fluid movements and lively backgrounds. The characters are very likeable and well-written. My favorite is Mizuki, his playing of the flute, by example, in the last two episodes is simply hilarious. The story develops itself well. Horizon II has in my opinion the same strenghts as Season 1. The new characters are really cool and really crazy and that Tenzo is a MC is just great. Thankfully, the story is explained more in detail and you learn more about the imminent apocalypse. Other than that, the anime offers the same things as its predecessor: furious fights among unique characters with unique abilities, awesome artwork and technology. Unfortunately, they have not collected all of the deadly sins armaments. That allows a third season, but it does not look like, that they will make one. But, as the german proverb has it: Die ...

Horizon is an ambivalent work.

Pro:

- interesting Cast with pretty weird, unique Characters ( Ninja, Half-Dragon, Lesbian Witches and so forth )
- interesting Story
- interesting Weapons, Skills and therefore interesting Battles
- detailed Art and Animation
