I hate to say it but my boi a player. This show is toxic as hell. I would never recommend it to anyone. Holly sh*t. The reason I'm putting it at a Five because it made me feel a lot of emotions: Rage, Happy, Betrayal, Joy, and Pity. Good thing this is only an Anime and people aren't really the oblivious and repulsive. This shit made me feel sh*t you can't even get from Berserk. It's not on par with Berserk but this sh*t boiled my blood

To trust someone and build a bond just for it to be befouled in every single way. To watch sin become what Itou is calling love just made me mature as a person. To realize to never fold to any sin but to actually love someone not only for what they provided but who they are as a person and to not rush sh*t like I have in the past. I hate Itou so much HOLY SH*T he makes my blood boil. Now I hate white knights but I'm defiant against snakes.
-- I would like to thank the whole animating team and the author who wrote such a masterpiece that actually makes you feel something. Instead of copy paste regular Animes that ends in every girl happy that the MC has a polygamy of women constantly wanting him.
= Every single character plays a part in all have sins that can't be overlooked. From Envy which is the MC friend which back stabbed him to a degree, Greed which Itou, and Jealously every single one of the characters. Now I'm not looking over Katsura that she committed, but honestly she was the only non snake throughout the whole anime. Katsura in the end only was left with despair for negligence and warnings of what was to come when told multiple times. Katsura became what I like to call {Berserk Casca} but still alive in a since that she could funtion, but she was left with trauma and no one that was their to help her through her pain. Watching Katsura even though she is the opposite gender from me made me feel a little emphatic on females that might get cheated on and rough for how it has happened to me an how I could relate a little when I was depressed (they really did do a little good on the emotions through out the anime). Breaking down could happen to anyone and it only took one time for Katsura to break in this situation. Katsura being so broken went back to the one who broke her in the first place.
This anime is something that was kinda forced, but shows you in a way sin leads only to broken cogs that don't turn. If you fine tune an Instrument and try to mingle with others you only hurt yourself. If there was one thing to take away from this anime it's that you should never cheat, and never allow anyone even friends to push past your boundaries. In the end karma is a bi**h and is gonna screw you over.
Honestly this show played on emotions and not logic that's why it's such a masterpiece because in the end logic won. This show made me remember something from my past even though I have Aphantasia a rare thing that doesn't allow people with it to visualize images but rather have to seek or explain things to get a picture; Which, makes people relate more to logic and the truth rather then on emotions.
Like Itou said -every thing was going well a second ago- then it caught up with him.
