Finished the manga a few minutes ago; so many characters were done wrong. Lack of development and rushing of the story, underwritten protagonists, plot lines there didn't go anywhere because the author clearly wanted to end this manga prematurely. I'm so disappointed.
I love the anime adaptation so I will keep watching the series, but knowing the ending (or lack thereof) will really demolish my enjoyment given the bad plot. The animation and hard work of the voice actors and crew is more than enough for me to want to continue following along the anime, though.
