Both are about a younger girl and a an older guy whom start developing feelings for each other. Both girls have an different personality. Although Switch is about a student x teacher relationship and Hana no Namae is deeper.

Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan
|
It's my first recomendation, but I couldn't avoid it. Hana no namae makes me remember of Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan so badly. The main story is pretty different, but both have that kind of "dark aura" that wraps around you and is really deep, the characters are very complex and well developed during the story. I can't describe very well with words but both have amazing stories and if you read one and liked it, you must read the other.
