When you get into depth of both series, they're very similar. Both have setting with fantastic people, animals and landscapes, both have legendary figures, evil organizations and both the protangonists are after something very rare and valuable.

If you liked Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo add

...then you might like Pyuu to Fuku! Jaguar add

Both involve random, nonsensical humor. If you like one, you'll laugh at the other

If you liked Toriko add

...then you might like Metallica Metalluca add

Both are shonen adventures, that revolve around finding wonderous and rare objects (animals in Toriko and minerals in Metallica Metaluca). I enjoy Toriko more because of the intense action, but M.M. just started, so lets just see

If you liked Yakitate!! Japan add

...then you might like Wild Life add

Both manga's are really educational, and revolve around a professional trying to accel in their fields. And the main character from Wild Life is actually parodied in Yakitate!! Japan. The latter of which has been known to embezzle facts though

If you liked Akatsuki add

...then you might like Kaitai Shinsho Ø add

Both involve a young boy and girl who are also special doctors who fight monsterous sicknesses with swords as scapels. Although I would recommend K.S.0 because it's overall funnier, more action, monsters that are easier to look at, cooler weapons and fights, and it's weekly and more active than Akatsuki.
