Honestly it's not as bad as the other reviews have made it out to be.
It's another Chinese 3D animation isekai. It's about a female writer down on her luck who gets transported into a fantasy world resembling ancient China through a VR headset. There is a sort of a story there in the transposition and the VR thing itself, but it's not really touched upon much and overall it's mostly unimportant. The real story happens in the isekai world. She gets put in the body of a wolfgirl criminal who gets caught and accused of theft. The ruler of the kingdom of goats, the
...
Goat King, takes interest in her after she makes her case pleading innocent and she is put under his supervision. They then travel all around the continent with a couple other companions to uncover the case of the mysterious theft.
The first episode is... rough. It really didn't make me want to continue but I persevered. It gets better with time. Not by a ton though. The anime definitely has it's issues. The animation, the music, the at times perplexing and borderline infantile storyline... On the other hand though it can be rather entertaining. The romance is weak, but cute, and the main love interests are to die for. The comedy is definitely it's strongest suit with it's absurdity turned up to high and the main character being the butt of most of the jokes. Every few episodes the group travels to a different animal kingdom which helps with sprucing up the simplicity so it never really gets boring.
It all ends on two major cliffhangers so maybe there will be more?
Anyway. There is not much to say about this. It's a fun little low budget isekai. I enjoyed it and I don't think it deserves to be treated with only negative reviews on it's page.

A very good Chinese anime. It's about a modern day man who likes to study Chinese history being transposed to the ancient times he enjoys so much. His person occupied the recently deceased body of a village scholar with no family except for an adorable teenage sister.
Given this opportunity he challenges himself to change the fate of this specific era's empire to avert it's looming destruction. Through cleverness, modern knowledge and benevolence he faces and resolves tough situations, helps the less fortunate and advances himself through the ranks of officials.
The story also includes a kind of a romantic relationship with his sister who
...
plays a major role throughout. She supports her brother no matter what and only wants what's best for him. Her behaviour is a mix of childish innocence and firm resolve. Also, as I already mentioned, she is adorable as heck.
The story is decent but progresses rather fast. I would have liked more time with the characters as they are what really makes this anime so enjoyable. Their personalities are very distinct and none of them detract from the quality of the series. They are all very well written and portrayed.
As for the animation I was awed at times at how good it looked. I mistook it for real life on numerous occasions. It's one of the best 3D animations in an anime I've seen. The environments and interiors are stunning. The characters though can look a bit unnatural, sometimes their skin looks like fabric and their animations can look very unnatural, especially in combat, but overall they still perform fantastically.
Music is there. Nothing exceptional in my opinion.
Overall I enjoyed it very much. It's a very idealistic anime, with attempts at injecting modern day "equality" into ancient times. I just wish it gave more time to character development and didn't rush through the plot to the end goal so much.

What a refreshing Isekai. The plots in this story are so very unique, especially for a self proclaimed Otome anime.
The main character is an isekai'd girl who hated the main protagonist and wanted to become the villainess in the story. She got her wish and was transposed into the body of the main antagonist. From that point on she vowed to herself she'd become the most famous villainess that's ever lived. The story follows her as she works hard to become powerful and knowledgeable enough to face off with the main protagonist of the game.
There is plenty of subplots and even some mystery
...
to keep you engaged. There is acts of incredible self sacrifice that leave you gaping. There is instances of social issues of the modern world being addressed in a pragmatic way the way it should be done in our world as well. There is the main character always chiding herself or praising herself for acting certain ways. There is even some romance here and there that isn't completely cringe. It's all rather neat.
The last two episodes wrap everything up very nicely. All the plots get mostly resolved in a satisfying way and our heroine makes another big sacrifice for her pursuit of that elusive villainess persona.
I really enjoyed this one. It might be my favorite Otome so far, even though it's not really an Otome in my opinion.
8/10
I'm hoping for two more seasons.

A very decent Isekai that made my cheeks hurt as I was smiling the whole way through.
It is about a Japanese teenager who gets reincarnated into a fantasy world as an aristocratic baby, grows up surrounded by affection and gets given OP powers. There is nothing ground breaking here. It has all been done before. What makes this Isekai special is how adorably heartwarming it is. We never really get to see any character development from anyone, but the main cast are all incredibly nice people whose main purpose is to heavily counter any and all acts of ill behaviour. Bad manners are swiftly
...
met with a stern talking to, and bad people are just as swiftly brought to justice.
The story is as basic as it gets, with maybe one surprising twist. The main enjoyment of this anime is the main character doing things that are not supposed to be possible for a twelve year old. And that's pretty much it. The whole concept of this anime is just people constantly reacting to the main character's actions in a rather over the top way. Especially the heads of state. That might sound like it gets old fast, but to me it really didn't. It's always funny in this anime, and the main character's embarrassment adds to it significantly. He is such a pushover at times it looks like he's getting bullied.
I had a lot of fun watching this. It's not amazing (Especially the elf woman), as there is really nothing of substance here. It's just a silly Isekai packed with cliches, and I'm all here for it.

Brilliant. The Chinese anime industry has been knocking it out of the park lately.
It's an anime about modern day people who've been isekai'd into a story set in the ancient China. One is now an Emperor of Xia, and the other is his concubine. Now these two, and a couple of others, have to navigate in a hostile world of political intrigue, assassins behind every corner and figuring out what the other person thinks of them. The romance is beautiful. It's a mix of childish innocence and Victorian novel style. The looks they give each other are to die for. The story itself is
...
very expansive. Something's always happening on the screen and behind the scenes. The pacing of it all is superb.
Music is what turns this from an 8, to a 10. Whoever was in charge of it is a master of invoking emotions out of the audience. It doesn't matter if it's ancient Chinese string pieces, or a simple piano piece or even rock. It just fits so well. Together with the sublime voice acting. Again, superb.
Art is probably the weakest part but it's still a lot better than most. It uses 3D assets, but they look great. The facial animations alone surprised me so much. Then you have the fight scenes and oh boy. I usually hate action scenes involving 3D art in animes, as they are almost always very stiff, but here it's so fluid and the fights are really fun to watch. The only bad thing I can think of is that they reuse a few of the character assets for minor roles. Every freaking maid has the same 3D model. It confused me so much, as they take part in some of the ploys.
It's all around almost perfect. I stretched watching this out for so long because I didn't want it to end how much it captured me. I love the characters. I love the way the makers of this must have had so much fun with it. I love that it ended on a cliff hanger and I can look forward to more. I'll remember this one for years to come. 10/10

Never change, Japan.
This is a story about a man who loves magic. Unfortunately in his last life he was but a peasant with no aptitude for magic and was put to death on the whim of a powerful mage whose magic was so fantastic to our protagonist that his last thoughts were of how incredible it is and how he wished he could do the same. This tragic end may have made some divine entity sorry for him and so they decided to reincarnate him, as the seventh prince who has unparalleled talent for magic. In short, he is OP now.
The protagonist is 10 years
...
of age at the time of the story. He has very feminine characteristics and is surrounded by older attractive women who are all in love with him. At times you could swear that you're watching shota p*rn. It's very Japan, and I love how weird it is.
As for the story, there isn't really much of it. Most of the run of the Anime is taken by our protagonist hiding his powers as not to attract attention so that he can be left alone to his study of magic. When he does need to use his powers he obviously wins without an effort. It's all very predictable and silly, but also rather entertaining. It made me laugh more than I would have expected. In the last few episodes the story takes a serious-ish turn which doesn't really fit into the whole thing but I guess the anime needed a big finish even though ironically the main character takes the back seat.
All in all it's just dumb fun. Don't think about it too much.

Unashamed. That's the best way to describe this.
It's a decent adaptation of the manga. There is bits that are cut off but it mostly follows the same path. The protagonist is a man who ate things to gain their power who then died and was reincarnated as a goblin in a fantasy setting. And guess what. He retained his power of munching. And so he does. He eats. He eats everything and learns abilities from whatever he puts in his mouth. Even rocks! This very quickly snowballs out of control making him as the genre demands, overpowered.
The story begins with our protagonist being born
...
in a litter of goblins, who are one of the weakest creatures in a fantasy setting, and quickly picking himself up in a new environment. He makes friends with his siblings from the same litter and the comradery and adventure begins! And then the women appear. And more women, and more, and they all love him uncoditionally, aand before you know it half the screen time it taken up by these forced relationships in such a way that I cannot help but admire the production for going along with it. It's unashamed. It's too much. It's ridiculous. And I like it. There is no pretense. It's just pure male fantasy.
Aside from the crazy harem the ?"overarching story"? is just our evolved goblin and his friends making their way in their neck of the woods, and getting stronger, more numerous and more famous. There is battles, there is heavy metal music, there is "I was only using 1/10th of my power", there is some dark stuff that never gets said openly and there is the old goblin.
Overall it's not great, and it's made for a specific audience that I'm not exactly a part of, but I still enjoyed it. 7/10

A decent Anime. It's about a Human who is pretending to be a demon in the service of the Dark Lord as they wage war against humanity.
You can clearly see that it's a low budget anime. The animation is not great, the writing is infantile and the story is all over the place. They also frequently pad up the runtime with unnecessarily long interactions that only serve to annoy the viewer. The first half of the Anime is rife with it.
The main problem is that the anime doesn't know what it wants to be. There are episodes of nonstop combat, "tactics" and grandstanding.
...
And then there are lighthearted romcom episodes that feel like fillers. The protagonist is surrounded by silly comic relief characters whenever literally everyone else in the world acts seriously. It can be really jarring at times, especially the "rivals in romance".
The anime really shines I'd say in the last two episodes. It's finally taking itself seriously and delivers a relatively good battle without too many unnecessary distractions. There is a promise of a sequel as well. I guess.
Overall for what I assume is a very low budget production I'd rate it at 6.5/10
As I finished writing this I just realized that this isn't even an ISEKAI. What the hell. I hate it now.

Could have been better.
This anime started off so strong. I was hooked right away. It's rather sad and lonely, but soon the main protagonist finds a companion who is in a similar situation as her. Sora is a treat I didn't know I needed. He is adorable and I'd give anything to see his stoic expression every morning.
Anyway. The first half of the anime is about struggling, survival and wonder. It is this that made me fall in love with it.
Then came in the second half and I still did enjoy my time watching it. It just kind of threw away most of
...
what I liked in the first half and replaced it with a "big bad". There is some interesting parts to it, but it's mostly just a very basic story-line with no emotional investment and a whole ONE confrontation. It is so bland the writers themselves forgot to tell us what the motives of the "big bad" even were after all was done and finished. If you think about it a little it just doesn't make any sense at all. They really dropped the ball on that one.
At least the last episode kind of made up for the dullness and gave me a tear jerker of an ending.

Pretty good. A middle aged, very smart pharmaceutist and a research lab worker gets sent to a medieval fantasy world where he replaces the son of an archduke, who is also a brilliant medicine man. On top of it he gets OP magical powers. And yeah, his name is Farma Medicis. Very clever...
There is quite a bit of drama in the first few episodes about his new found powers and knowledge and I really liked the realistic attitude of the people around him. Especially the father. The man is really likeable. Which will be a common theme as there is really only one bad person
...
in the whole show and he appears only at the end. Which is my biggest gripe with it. It's just too perfect. People are nice, polite, friendly and even those that aren't outwardly so, are still good on the inside.
Early into the anime the MC befriends the head of the country, because obviously, which also gives him OP political and financial powers, which makes him pretty much socially untouchable and he becomes the go-to person with anything sickness related. (I'm sick so I found all the interactions between them super enticing as I was imagining this powerful woman to be an unredeemable cougar towards our shota protagonist.) Also cosmetically related. Because again, obviously, we can't have an isekai without a Japanese person getting rich off selling shampoo.
Anyway. There is also some touching and well written parts, like the father-daughter plot line which made me shed a tear, some drama related to religion, and at the end we get a big bad guy causing chaos. The last part was really disappointing. The stakes suddenly became way too big as until now we've been treating only common ailments, if barely any at all, and now the whole world is about to crumble and our protagonist is at the centre of it. I guess the creators wanted a big dramatic sendoff, but it doesn't fit in at all. It all felt rushed, ridiculous and bored me out of my mind to the point I was skipping though parts.
So yeah. Pretty good. 6.5/10. Don't expect too much.
