Although Code Geass picks up immediately and it's engaging from the start, Steins; Gate manages to chill the viewer as you advance to the ending. Some are relatively unaffected by the plot behind Steins Gate due to the resentment caused by some of the "theories", which are held to be true in the anime + they also abhor simplicity of the plot for those who are connoisseurs in the effects of altering not only the past but the future. Nevertheless, I would think that many would enjoy how intricate the plot is - relative to most anime. I especially enjoyed steins; gate due to its incorporation of the principle of how space-time is primarily affected by what you think, perhaps even an apparition. The level at which the anime operates is similar to how Lelouch operates in its plots, albeit on a more profound level. In no way am I saying that I honestly know what I'm talking about, but this is my first review, and I just wanted people who haven't started steins;gate yet to realize why it's regarded as such a good anime.
