Story 6/10: The story was okay. It dragged in bits and sometimes felt rushed, especially at the scene were Momo is trying to save her mom. Did they explain how the Dad die? I think I missed that part. A few tear-jerking moments and funny bits.

Art 7/10: The animation was nice. It looked realistic and the facial movements were so life like.

Sound 6/10: I liked the ending theme.

Character 6/10: Momo was THE blandest character every. I know she was coming to terms with her Dad's death, but she had no likable qualities, maybe up until the end. She just went along her day with ... mostly a monotonous posture. Her development happened at the very end when she finally found her peace. Not much is known about the other characters. I did like the three Goblins, especially the forgetful on. He was very cute. They didn't really dwell on their backgrounds and how they become to be. Just that they were guardians to come to protect the loved ones of those who had died.

Enjoyment 4/10: I didn't really like it as much. But it did come with a nice underlying message about over coming heartbreak and finding forgiveness.

Overall 6/10: It's a good time waster if you want background noise. Some funny moments, some sad moments and some sweet ones. I guess it's a nice film to watch with the family, just wasn't up to my speed.

This anime. Wow, WOW, WOW. This is not your average dark show. I think I need a soul cleanse after this one. This show went all in with the dark, gritty and gore. I won't tell you about it because the write up is already there. So let's dive in with my review......


Story 10/10: This story and plot twists were out of this world. It kept flowing and kept you intrigued with what's going on. It didn't stall where most shows do ,where it would hit that middle episode slump. There were just "wtf after wtf" moments with this anime. It delved deep into the ... dark corners of religion and mental illnesses and challenging you to find out who your really are. Lots of psychological mind games this story was.

Art: 9/10: The animations were great. I loved how they drew Rachel's eyes. And throughout the anime, you can see her eyes going a shade darker or lighter. The church scenes were beautifully designed. Lots of beautiful shots. Especially when Rachel was in the purple smoke.

Sound: 9/10: Opening and closing theme songs were great. The piano rift with the ending theme reminded me a lot of Angel Beats. Both songs were catchy.

Character 9/10: You immediately love Zack and Eddie, even though you know they are the bad guys. Zack was the foul mouthed, comedic relief to break some of the dark and horror aspects of the show. Rachel was a little getting use to, mainly because of her deadpan, monotone expressions. But she get's better as the show came to its final episodes, where she starts to show emotions and you begin to feel sorry for her. I love that there was a lot of character background information on everyone, development, somewhat, with Zack. The priest still gives me the creeps too.

Enjoyment 10/10: How can you not?

Overall 10/10: I loved it. It took me down a dark path for 16 episodes and I felt like I was drowning in dread and despair and should be doing 12 hail marys afterwards. It was bone chilling, some weepy moments, a bunch of laughs and some moments where you just want to question your humanity. It ended with an opening, where you can come to your own conclusion on what happened to them both in the end. You can either wish for a happy ending or a dark sad one.

I have so many thoughts about this anime.This was such a beautiful anime. I loved the piano opening theme too. I loved that Kanade and Otonashi found each other in the end. I hope Hinata and Yui found each other again too and are married and have kids. I still think that Yuri lied and committed suicide and had to over come all that and find peace with herself to move on. Her's felt like it had a deeper meaning. I hope she's with her siblings. I liked this ending better than the other one, where he stayed behind to become student president. The ... story was incredible. Each character had to accept some aspect of themselves to move on. The stories of everyone's death just sucked me in, although you only learn about at least six of the characters lives and deaths. I mean, I'm still trying to process this show, so I don't have much to say. Watch it if you want some great music and a good cry, with great comedic relief from both Hinata and Yui.

Great series, but it should have delved more into the curse and everyone's back stories. Also WTF was wrong with the blonde fairy???!!! This series was just bat shit crazy!!!! I absolutely enjoyed this one. I almost missed it because the thumbnail of it didn't interest me, but I was bored one day and glad I clicked on it. This park is insane, the attractions, the people, holy crap the amusement park faires are a wreck. You have the grumpy old mouse, a perverted cat and then a sheep that loves to blow up shit, or was it the cat, either way, each personality of ... the characters were great. I really did hate how it didn't give us more information of the curse and more information of everyone else. Great comedy show if you're in for some laughter and weirdness.

First up, in order to defeat the bugged ones/vampires, you had to strip them naked. YOU HAD TO TAKE OFF THEIR CLOTHES. What a weird as hell anime, but I really enjoyed it. It was like a parody of itself including a lot of other tv shows/anime references. The story became all over the place at most episodes and the ending felt rushed, but it was still pretty cool. Two episodes that will have you in tears laughing, would be the Yu-Gi-Oh episode and the WWE parody episode. You cannot watch those two with a straight face. It was just a whole wtf type mess ... of a thing. The romance was pretty much minimal in this one up until the last episode. Fun and weird show overall.

Okay, take note, this was a VERY dark anime. Don't expect rainbows and unicorns with this one. I won't go into what's it about since a synopsis is already there. So first up the characters, you will immediately love everyone of them. Even the bad guys. YOU WILL LOVE ESDEATH. She's the one to look out for. At first you will think, wait isn't everyone bad here? NO! The true bad guy will either shock you or be glaringly obvious. So, I'll just say that I read the manga before I went into this and let me tell you, THE SHOW WENT COMPLETELY LEFT FIELD ... TO THE MANGA. I don't want to spoil anything, for those who haven't seen it yet, but do NOT expect any happy endings. The anime is completely different from the manga. This show had a lot of heart, comedy and it's a real tear jerker. (Sheela, OMG) It was action packed and overall a great anime.

If you love tear jerkers, stories with a deeper meaning and supernaturals, then this is for you. Holy crap, this show had me in tears from start to finish. It started out as this light hearted comedy, which you think nothing of it, THEN, THEN, it just takes this drastic, dark, sad turn. By the 6th episode, your eyes are puffy and nose running. The animation was beautiful, the storyline, the historic factors and the secrets of the town and the people. I had to take plenty of breathers from this show because it became too overbearlingly sad at times. I had so many mixed ... emotions by the end. That final episode is the one that gets you. Watch at your own risk if you're prepared for a good cry.

This was great action wise. I enjoyed the characters and the fighting sequences. What I hated was that it felt unfinished. We didn't get much background information of these guys. They didn't explain who Julie and Torr wanted revenge on, no information about who killed his sister, nothing. The romance really grinded my gears here also. Miyoby pretty much professed her love for Torr and he outright rejected her, which sucked because I felt no romantic feelings between him and Julie, just a sibling relationship. I did enjoy Lilith's character though. They could have delved more into her relationship with the principal though. I felt ... like so much of the story was still missing, which, I wouldn't be mad if they decided to do a season 2. It just felt incomplete. Overall, it was a good time waster of an anime.

This was such a beautiful show. I started out not liking it because of Hikari. I couldn't stand his character. He was mean, selfish and pig headed. But as the show progressed, you couldn't help but start to fall in love with him and all the other characters. The music was perfect for this anime also. I loved the beautiful, but simple animations, I enjoyed how it delved into the story about "Ena", the backgrounds of each characters and the story of the city they came from and how it all began. This show was a real tearjerker, especially after the time jump. There are ... tears, laughs and anger, but overall it was really great. I was kind of disappointed with the ending, but eh, what are you going to do.
