ok, for starters, do not watch this anime if you have not seen Higurashi no naku koro ni, kai, and rei. IT IS A MUST that you watch those to understand what is actually happening in umineko no naku koro ni, or else you will be in a WTF moment. Some similar characters are introduced in Umineko compared to Higurashi, but they are not exactly the same people. It gets really confusing and mysterious, and you have to bare with it until the end. Story - 8/10 (very good)
- I'll have to say that the story-line is very hard to pick up in this anime. The anime itself jumps from different story to another, and most the episodes are filled with fillers to begin with. However, those fillers are very enjoyable and sometimes even links between each story lines. Art - 10/10 (outstanding) - The art in Gintama is very unique in its own ways. If you take a look at other animes, Gintama has its own art style that is very different from others. It's like one of those old Japanese art style that has been derived into a ...

I don't know about you, but I love this series more than I loved tengen toppa gurren lagann. I really didn't like the whole Chibi Mecha theme in Gurren Lagann. Anywho, this anime is EPIC in terms of story, characters and ACTION. I think this anime has it all: fan-service, epic fight, supernatural abilities, and ... blood and gore. If you were a fan of Gurren Lagann or even a fan of action genre-based animes, please do consider watching this series. I highly recommend it.

Did I just give an anime 10/10 yes I did! This anime is SUPERB in varieties of aspects such as story, art, sound, and characters. It really lacks nothing. This anime is action oriented anime and if you are looking for an action oriented anime that has to do with supernaturals and superpower with awesome story-line right now, this anime is just for you. Although, watch the 1st season first!

I will tell you straight that this anime is dreadful to watch. This anime mostly consists of fan-services and nodoka's gigantic breasts. The story is very pathetic and juvenile. However, the art and sound alone are superbly done. The character designs are unique, but I just can't bare to watch episodes looking at the characters themselves for more than 2 seconds without glancing myself on nodoka's breasts. This basically sums up what this anime is all about. This review is not to offend anyone and it is only my opinion of this anime. Thank you :)
