Hello this is Tots

I started watching anime as a kid. I grew up watching things like Ghibli films like Spirited Away and Castle in the Sky. Some other anime I watched was Sailor Moon, Digimon, and Pokemon. I got more into anime when I was older. I had a cousin who I was close friends with that really enjoyed anime. She gave me good recommendations when I first started out. Some of those recommendations were One Piece, Full Metal Alchemist, Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic, Chronos Crusade, and Black Clover. All of them are really good shows and I highly recommend.

Maybe try https://myanimelist.net/anime/56980/Karasu_wa_Aruji_wo_Erabanai It has a lot of court intrigue like The Apothecary Diaries & Ooku. Kinda feels like a hidden gem to me.
