Somehow always find myself rewatching this around Christmas for 3 consecutive years now. This show is what I consider my "comfort food" but in terms of anime of course. It goes straight to the point and don't overstay its welcome. And with each heroine getting their own respective story, it is a romance story for almost everyone.

While the story is not spectacular, it is done nicely for each heroine. All heroines have their own pace and style with different conflicts and obstacles that make even though at the code all the stories are romances, they are all very unique and differ from each other and ... make all the story worth watching. Even though it's worth noting that the pacing sometimes feels inconsistent, it never to the point of story breaking. For what it tries to achieve, the story gets the job done.

The character is what I believe is this anime's biggest strength. At first glance, one might assume that the character looks rather plain and sometimes even just a trope, but the anime always finds something extremely captivating to the point that it's hard to ignore the characters. All the heroine is likable which makes it easier to root for their romance to be realized. What is extremely nice is that even when the story already moving to the next heroine, the previous one is not forgotten and has their appearance sometimes.

For animation and music, although nothing special, still complement the entire experience of the anime. However, there is one scene from the second opening that somehow gives me such a melancholy feeling. The shot and music at that part of the opening gave such a lonesome feel that made the story itself more weight, especially for the protagonist

Overall I think this is a solid show with a good story and character. And for the fact that this anime keeps crawling into my mind every Christmas I gave it 9/10.
