Hibike! Euphonium

Both focus on high school students working hard to accomplish a goal. Sakurasou fetishes this mindset while Hibike! Euphonium takes a more reasonable approach in its portrayal. Both have interesting characters and decent comedy, although Sakurasou's characters are a little tropey (as well as its high school rom-com plot).

Hibike! Euphonium

Both focus on interpersonal relationships between high school classmates and feature fantastic writing. Both also have a good mix of drama and comedy. Their second seasons are more alike, as Oregairu's art improves (though of course not to KyoAni levels) and Hibike! Euphonium takes a "case of the month" approach like Oregairu, where the protagonists try to solve their classmates' problems or accomplish a big goal.

Grand Blue

This is an odd recommendation, but both of these are hilarious without relying on cuteness or grossness. Grand Blue is humour for an adult audience while Angel Beats! has more tame jokes (still gut-busting though). If you've seen Angel Beats! are looking for something that is actually laugh-out-loud funny, then watch Grand Blue. If you've seen Grand Blue and are looking for hilarious comedy that is not gross (like the top Prison School recommendation), then watch Angel Beats! (just be aware that it is more dramatic and has an actual plot).

Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii

Kobayashi is fantastic while Wotaku is above average. Both shows are exciting departures from genre tropes. Kobayashi is slice of life from an adult perspective (still lots of moe though), while Wotaku is an adult rom-com where the relationship begins in episode 1 (and is free of any nonsense drama). In both the way that the adult relationships are handled result in heartwarming moments

Both fantastic shows that are heartwarming, cute, and actually funny. Kobayashi deals with some adult themes and is focused on adult life while Love Lab takes place in a school setting and follows the nonsensical activities of cute girls

Both are above average moe comedy shows. Gakkougurashi! is definitely darker, but this difference should not deter you if you enjoyed the moe comedy aspect of the shows.

Both are above average cute-girls-doing-cute-things in a school setting. Both are also actually funny and don't rely solely on cuteness for enjoyment. Love Lab is more wholesome and has some emotional moments, while DropOut plays up sadistic behaviour for laughs (you may or may not be in the mood for that)

Both good-looking slice-of-life shows that are above average and actually funny in addition to being cute. Kobayashi deals with some adult themes and there are actually emotional points in the show, while DropOut always stays carefree. Kobayashi is heartwarming while DropOut features socially-unacceptable behaviour that would only be funny in an anime (I mention this because sometimes I am not in the mood for the latter)

If you've watched FranXX but not NGE, go watch NGE. If you've watched NGE but not FranXX, then you should watch FranXX if you'd enjoy a worse version of NGE's story but with the addition of (pretty good) romance amongst the cast. FranXX is clearly not as good as NGE but it kept me entertained and there were some emotional moments when it explored the relationships between characters.

Brilliant protagonists who outwit everyone else. Epic stories. NGNL is more comedy-focused while Code Geass is darker and more serious. NGNL also doesn't have any romance subplots or long-term enemies that last throughout the series.

Both feature great snarky dialogue between the male and female leads. Also share the structure of solving problems a few episodes at a time. Oregairu of course is more focused on analyzing social relationships
