Minor spoilers, but no specific or unexpected ones.
I can see why some people might hate on KNY, and say it's "carried by animation", but I don't agree.
Tanjiro "reached his limit" like 3 or 4 times during the fight, but just pushed beyond them because "he's the protagonist", and "it's inspirational". I don't like it, it doesn't make sense for him to be able to.
The main characters have good dynamic, the comedy is obviously very subjective, but I like it. Tanjiro's motivation for still fighting, or even being on his journey in the first place, is wholesome. In the end, KNY has an inspirational story, even
...
if I don't always like the way it's presented.
The art is obviously really good. The voice acting sounds good to me, I like both the op and ed. Sound effects fit, and the osts set the mood well.
In the end, enjoyment is what really counts when rating something. I can see enough good parts about KNY to match it to my enjoyment, which is 9, overall very enjoyable, would recommend.

This is a mostly spoiler-free review. Only one very minor spoiler about one character's motivation.
There is a lot to be said about this story filled with plot holes and overstereotyped characters, but I don't have time for too much so I'll keep it as short as possible
Story: 3
While I like the concept of it, there are a lot of holes, like for example, if they can fly faster than an arrow, and don't have to fire an arrow for it to take effect, why don't they just fly up to people faster than the human eye can see? It would be impossible to defend that
...
if caught even a little bit off-guard. There are obviously other plot holes too, but this is the one I've noticed most.
Art: 7
I've seen a lot better, but it isn't bad either, it has it's moments even though cg is a bit overused imo.
Sound: 10
Opening: banger, Ending: banger, OSTs: sets the mood perfectly and sounds amazing, by far this anime's most redeeming quality
Characters: 6
While it does have it's bad characters, like Kakehashi (opinion changed slightly for the better after episode 14), metropoliman actually explained him very well with the line "Saint wannabe", Metropoliman himself is pretty interesting, selfishly wants to be god to revive his beloved sister, probably would have been a better protagonist, Saki is fine, not very well written, but not straight up bad either, simply fine, there's no better way to explain it, Mukaido is interesting, good, sad, and a little bit wholesome, backstory, definately best written among the "good guys". Multiple of the side characters introduced later on are also nice characters, but due to the two main characters being pretty badly written I can't give it more than 6 total
Enjoyment: 7
While I do notice the problems with the plot and characters, I still enjoy it enough to find it worth watching, and as you saw, I love the music, especially the endings.
Overall: 7
Worth watching if you have the time, although I think it might be easier for me to watch because I'm watching it as it airs, who knows.
Also, I probably should mention that I don't really give anything a low rating. Specifics around my rating criteria are in my bio if you're curious.

"People aren't their blessing, a blessing is something that resides in people"
I will try to keep this as free of spoilers as possible, but there might be some mild ones.
Story: 10
This story is basically a slice of life spin-off of a generic isekai plot, except, it's not an isekai, it's just an interesting fantasy world. Our main character, named Gideon, is cast out from his adventuring party. This party consists of Ruti, the hero, who is also Gideon's sister, Ares, the party's mage, Danan, a martial artist, Theodora, a spearmaster, and Yarandrala, a high elf. Then we have Gideon, a mediocre guy with a mediocre
...
"blessing" as it's called, but with all his stats at max. When he is cast out he decides to live a quiet life in a small town far from everything related to the hero's party and the demon lords army. Here he eventually meets an old acquaintance and lives a quiet life, untill he doesn't...
Art: 7
While I don't know much about art I can tell that this does not meet the high standards created by shows like MT, but it is by no means bad, just a solid 7.
Sound: 9
While I've heard better, I absolutely love the opening and ending songs, and the soundtracks otherwise are fitting for setting the mood in the different situations. I don't really have any specific complaints.
Character: 9
I'm not gonna say too much in detail about the characters because it's hard to do without spoilers, but I will say that they actually feel deep and well rounded. They stay in character, there are no super sudden changes without good explaination.
Enjoyment: 10
I didn't have too high expectations for this, so I was positively surprised at how much I enjoyed it. I love wholesome slice of life that can make me smile, and this did exactly that. I smiled basically from the moment the "love-interest" and mc met and untill...well, you'll see...
Overall a great anime that I personally feel deserves more attention. It is surprisingly deep for what it is. Even though I love the isekai genre, I know many people don't, and I've seen people throw this aside thinking it's just another "generic isekai trash spin-off", but it's not an isekai, even if you hate isekai, maybe even especially if you do, this is definately worth checking out.

Overpowered protagonist done right, I give 10 to everything except art, and that's only because I don't know sh*t about art
This is a review for this anime as a whole, not just the first season, so all the points here stands for both parts of season 2 as well.
Story: 10
The story compelled me to continue watching after every episode. I first watched it dubbed up until halfway through part 2 of the second season, where I would have to wait for episodes to come out. But instead of waiting, I found it worth my time to rewatch the whole thing in Japanese, which I did
...
in 2 days, just to be able to continue watching.
Even now I'm looking forward to any continuation of the story.
Art:
As i said, it's not my place to judge
Sound: 10
As for the sound, I loved 7 out of the 8 op's and ed's, and the eight was also good.
Characters: 10
The characters were unique and well written imo. Even though Rimuru was ahead of everyone around him most of the time, there was still a good steady feeling of progression (up untill one point, you'll understand when/if you get there).
And probably most importantly, as far as I can remember, they all stay in character, without any drastic over-night changes without good reason.
Enjoyment: 10
As for the enjoyment, I don't have much to say, other than my high average rating is because of my enjoyment, I tend to rate stuff based highly on my personal enjoyment, and I tend to be biased on the other parts because of it.
Overall: 10
Overall I think this definitely is an anime worth watching.

Before I start, I think I should mention that my average rating is above 9, at least at the time of reviewing, therefore this is a below average rating for me.
I loved the series in general, but there were two things that made it lower than most other animes I've watched. First, it just didn't feel right for a masterpiece in my eyes. Second, I felt the end was very unsatisfying
Spoiler warning:
What I found unsatisfying about the end is the way that the character that had been the protagonist up untill that point, lost to an antagonist who had basically only been introduced after the
...
death of the first antagonist, L, who in addition had been a great character.
