These animes give the same type of feelings. Both Midoriya and Endou, who also have a similar personality (they never give up) look up to someone who they want to learn from. They're both giving their all to reach their goal, even though they start with pretty much nothing. Inazuma Eleven and Boku no Hero Academia both involve super moves, although Inazuma Eleven is more sports related and BnHA is more about real hero's. In both animes the characters aim to save the world in some way and they also both involve competition.

Both of these anime deal with the every day school life with a twist. In both of these animes time is important. In Orange it's because Naho receives a letter from the future. In Nagi no Asukara it's because relationships change through time, you'll have to watch the anime for more details about that. Orange and Nagi no Asukara are both about a group of friends that experiences something out of the ordinary. Both are romantic slice-of-life anime that can make you cry. If you enjoyed one, chances are you'll enjoy the other one as well.

Now how are these anime similar? - Takuto and Meroko have, just like the main characters in Tokyo Mew Mew, magical powers with some sort of animal theme. - Both series have a romantic relationship developing along the way. - These series will give you the same kind of feelings. Mitsuki's character is similar to Ichigo's. - FMwS is a bit darker than TMM. Mitsuki is sick, which has some consequences in her life. Ichigo does enter dangerous situations but isn't limited because of any sort of health issue. Chances are pretty big that if you like one, you'll like the other one as well.
