I loved Gakkou no Kaidan as a kid but the stories and the ghosts weren't as amusing as I grew up. After re-watching a few episodes I realized I am doing nothing but spoiling the good memory of a great show so I stopped doing so. Then on dong a few research I found out about Ghost Hunt the album art and the plot segment on MAL helped me realize that Ghost Hunt and Gakkou no Kaidan were quite similar as shows. But then I read about a stupid idiot's post on Google about how Ghost Hunt has no element of romance. I was

instantly repelled thinking this show would be about some stuck up boring characters who would deal with ghosts and the episodes will have deep stories and no fun element to it. I wasn't in the mood for something like that so I dropped my idea of watching it. But when I came back to watching it months later I found that it is a fun anime with good stories. It is leagues better than Gakkou no Kaidan in the very same field. This anime has everything I had been looking for and I would want someone reading this review to definately give it a shot. It is fun, mysterious, intelligent, enjoyable and overall awesome. The characters are light heartedly written they never fail to showcast how good they are in moments of need but are fun to watch rest of the time. The interactions of the characters with each other and their relationships is enjoyable and overall nice. The use of art to enhance the funny element is done greatly. May a horrible curse fall on that reviewer form google. :)
