Ao Haru Ride--or Blue Spring Ride was an anime that slowed down the pace for me, it made me think about my friendships, my hardships, my memories, my family and in certain cases my childhood (I'm only 15-hahahhaha). Plus I was watching fantasy, unrealistic, action type anime, and that's all I had been watching at the time. So I'm thankful that I watched this.
Story 7/10 (Well let's just dive right into it~)
The story follows Yoshioka Futaba, Mabuchi Kou, Makita Yuuri, Murao Shuuko and Aya Kominato. All high school students, who all coincidentally have weird, teenage problems. We will discover and watch what these problems
...
are through not the screen, but through life itself. (Ha!)
The story felt oddly relatable to me, I'm not saying that I can personally relate to the things that happen in this, because that's too personal, and I don't want you to know that - but the story does a good job at enticing you (or at least me) into the anime. I think the reminiscing, the act of nostalgia in this anime is what makes up a good majority of the story, I mean think about it (or don't), us as humans, learn, grow, re-live and create memories from past experiences, annnnd this is exactly what Ao Haru Ride does. (spoiler) For example Futaba, gets all jittery when she sees Tanaka-kuns face after how long. She thinks back to the middle school days, where she believed she loved him. And that in turn gets her hopes up and excited!
Isn't that exactly how we as humans are? Now you can argue that this anime was created by humans, and that of course it's like this, all anime is like this... psshhhhh your dumb SunZun. But it's to reflect off of how naive we are! Just because we had a good time in the past together doesn't mean things are the same now, "you don't know me now... I'm sorry you idiot." (A quote from my childhood friend from the 1st grade...) The story just gets me thinking like this and I can't help it.
The story itself, I just felt it was lacking in something extra spicy, I'm not saying that adding another character (cough-cough) like another Mahle love interest into it would be the best option, but Futaba is just wayyyy to head over heals for Kou. And yet, that's what I find so appealing, a true Shoujo, I liked how she was trying so hard to get to know Kou better, and not just him, but everyone. I guess you could say that's how everyone is. It's just, there really isn't any major conflict except for their feelings, which is pretty basic if you ask me. But I couldn't wish for more (hahaha, JK ofc I could). Sure the simple everyday hardships they go through is normal in terms of real life, but it's how they deal with the situations that warm my heart, and magically have something fly into my eye. It's just the love triangle kills me, ( #ThatMomentWhenYouKnowThereIsAMasterRace ) not because I feel bad for one of the girls, but just because that third lover is so un-asked for.
Overall the plot isn't complex at all, the story is simply here to comfort and settle in the characters - and was made only to define the characters. As I felt that, in this anime the story took it in day by day, you didn't know what was going to happen, only hints and tidbits of clues and foreshadow showed up. That is refreshing, being able to just go at life day by day...
Art 7/10 7.5/10
Depending on what types of art styles you are used to, this one might be new to you, as in these types of faces aren't usually generic. Personally I loved how these characters looked, at first I was a little put off, but I got use to it. The simple background was just there and I wasn't too impressed by it. Nonetheless a nice palette was used, and I think that complimented the characters and the mood of the show a lot. Overall not too bad. Oh and I liked the Opening and closing art.
Sound 8 / 10
The sound was actually pretty good. I think this show is purely based on its characters, so of course the other qualities it brings like sound will compliment what it is based on. The sound complimented the show itself as well as the story very, very, very well. The sound track just fit every mood the show had to offer, and made it even better. As for the opening and endings, I sort of liked the opening, quite a bit. And as for the endings, I sort of liked those too, their just not the most memorable.
Character 7/10 (7.5/10)
Like I stated before, the show is heavily dependent, if not solely dependent on its main cast of characters. Which I usually don't mind in most cases, this one in particular. Characters had their ups and downs.
The girl, Yoshioka Futaba, is a changed woman, from the cutesy rooster magnet, to the girl who stuffs herself with no shame (wait is that a problem??!??!??), meets Kou again after a few years. Kou, you can tell has gone through a lot in just those few years, from being called "Tanaka-Kun!" to "Mabuchi-kun." You can obviously tell at least a divorce had happened, not even that but his whole demeanor changed. Then, right after something that made me think about my friends happens Futaba meets, Makita Yuuri, the reincarnation of Futaba from middleschool, almost. Finally they go on to meet the other 2 which I don't really care for, Murao Shuuko and Aya Kominato.
The supporting characters are sort of just there to help make the main characters grow, which in my opinion is better than having the supporting there to just be there, but I think that the supporting characters actually had a big role in this show.
I don't know how to feel about these characters, I don't know if I should like them or not. I mean they are like able, but annoying. It's like all they have is each other and that's a bit odd, I know that you should be living for the moment with the people you care for, but the characters fail at creating a natural foundation of genuine happiness. In other words, I don't know what the characters are thinking, and I still won't know how they will act if something that offends them goes off.
All in all these characters aren't bland, because they are good at expressing how they feel, but as a downside a majority of the time I found them to be quite predictable. And they don't really resemble anime characters (I mean they do), but more of human characters put into an anime world.
Overall Enjoyment 10/10
I enjoyed pretty much all of this, because what can I say, I'm an easy romantic who's into love and high school students. No, but seriously, I liked the nostalgia it created, and the way it presented the "let's create memories together" part. I mean there really isn't much to say, I just really enjoyed the characters and the music.
Overall 7/10 - 7.5/10
Now, overall the story of Ao Haru Ride is pretty simple and basic. It's a down to earth story, put into the world of anime, so things aren't completely clear in the end, but the things that aren't too clear are far overshadowed by the mellow dramatic, slice of life, feel good parts. The simple aspect of livin ye lyfe to the fullest at dat darn moment, is fulfilled.
Also, I won't fail to mention that I did think the characters were a bit too soft. I had a few moments where I was like, "wow, toughen up... be like that bread lady my gawd."
I felt that this anime was very shallow in the feelings department.
Okay honestly I don't know how to feel about this one in the end, because the ending was kind of satisfying, but mehhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Watch this if you're into mellow dramatic, touchy feely anime that has a lot of nostalgia in it.
+ A guide on how to make friends!
Have past experiences, show empathy, learn, and then give each other advice towards one another and then help grow together. Yay we are fond of each other. Boom, ya gotta group of friends.
Thanks for reading! Have a good mourning/afternoon/night~

I will try to cover up/not tell any spoilers! Read at your own risk(s), if there are any...
I remember, Bleach from a long time ago, I was young, maybe in the first grade. Bleach was one of the first, if not the first anime's I have ever watched or seen (Fruits Basket was my first, I think; I was in Kindergarten...). After many years of not watching anime, I finally decided to get back into anime, so this was undoubtedly my first choice onto what to watch (and SAO, but that was an "OK!" mistake I guess)
Heading into Bleach I didn't know what to
...
expect. Being a part of the (epic voice over )"BIG THREEEEEE" I knew that I wasn't going to be in for a story and plot worth mentioning, I knew that the development would be lacking, I knew that for this anime alone, I would have to rely on me solely just liking it, because being a part of the big three... we all know fillers will occur. Still, Bleach did surprise me. (OH, AND, Fillers don't count towards anything IMO--so I'm leaving all of those out)
Story 6/10 (Well, let's just dive right into it!)
Bleach is about a carrot top boy named Ichigo Kurosaki, an ordinary normal human boy, transformed into a soul reaper (AKA shinigami, AKA death god) in a single night. As he is transformed, mystical (you could even say magical), weird, and fate changing events occur. This is the base of the story, and the story arcs will all revolve around soul reapers.
Now many say that just watching episodes 1-63 will suffice, and I truly do agree with that, because this is where the show genuinely did shine.(Spoiler) From watching Ichigo being a boring substitute soul reaper, not knowing anything about soul reapers in general, to getting introduced to the other characters, to the episode where he and his family visit his mothers grave, then to him getting owned by the pink guy (DANK MEME BRO), to then getting to know zangetsu, and all the other soul reapers... There was just a taaaaad bit more detail in story here than anywhere else in the series.
At this point the story was pretty well thought out, and there weren't many if not zero plot holes. But it's in these first arcs, that make the show how it is ... unstoppable... because how the anime was created and shown, it was supposed to drag out, to keep on going, to become this never ending battle.
So, this is where I think story wise, it all goes down hill. Too many sub plots, or rather sub/supporting characters are introduced, and these supporting characters all have their own stories to add on to the show which could be a good thing, but in this case it is a bad thing. Because going into the arrancar arc(s), the story was focused more on battle and the end game, so at this point the, "life" aspect is completely neglected, and the use of their school is to not to learn and be normal teens, but to run to the bathroom so they can slay some hollows.
Now at this time they sort of want you to transition from school sort of being an objective, to simply just fighting and battling, which is what Bleach didn't need. But that is exactly what Bleach is, simply put, "Fight." So having every episode completely focused on battling, and nothing else is quite the norm. Although that just lead to having no interesting story and plot, it was dry and left my mouth bitter needing water. (Spoiler) I'm not saying that Ichigo getting his hollow mask, him learning to control his bankai, and him diving into hueco mundo is a bad story, it was just bland. BUT it was cool to watch, action packed, and had a lot of good sayings in it.
Basically, they had an original story, and then stuffed it like a turkey with more story, but then ended up taking out a bit of everything, because if they didn't the turkey would have burst. In this case, we didn't get a juicy succulent turkey, we got a dry over cooked turkey with mushy veggies in it. If you understood that analogy, thank god.
Now the overall story (I thought the overall story revolved around Aizen and the Arrancar arcs) had a good plot and I was really hyped up for it. Because during the Hueco Mundo arcs, you learn all about the hollows and their forms. They had some epic fights, and it helped progress the story. At the time I thought the show would have ended at the Aizen arc, but it didn't and I was confused.
Turns out there was more... People will hate on the Fullbring arc but I actually enjoyed it. In my honest opinion this is what the show was missing, just life. Sure it wasn't the best arc, because of how it was executed, but that could be said about all arcs. All in all it just let me relax, it let me think of a time when Bleach's story wasn't so jumbled up everywhere, it showed that everyone was living a normal life, but of course (spoiler) Ichigo wouldn't want that because a change of fate occurred. It was by far the most complex, down to earth, annoying, predictable arc ever made, but I liked that.
All in all, i give Bleach a 6 in story, simply because the story was cut simple and dry. There simply were no complex problems to bleach that had to be solved, each arc just felt the same to me. Bleach relies more on its characters, battles and those "WOAW!?" moments rather than its story, which is a bit saddening, but I still enjoyed the story (up until the aizen arc, I don't wanna count the fullbring arc as the end, simply because it's just not a good ending).
Art 8/10
Spanning from 2004-2012 the art progressed and got better. There really isn't much to say here, it was very pleasant to my eyes. Some scenes are questionable (Orihime... put down that leek!) but overall I enjoyed how everything was designed. The openings were pretty good I guess, some better than others for sure, I wasn't really into the endings, except for a few. (The opening with Asian Kung-Fu Generation's After Dark was so amazing)
Sound 9/10
By FAR the thing I loved most about Bleach was its soundtrack. There are some pieces of music-ART! On there that I can't ignore, I love listening to OST's from Bleach. Plus their openings and endings, oh my I simply just loved them! The voice acting was pretty spot on, except English Ichigo and Japanese head captain. You might disagree with me on the captain, but I think the English head captain was way more bomb than the Japanese version. And lets face it, Ichigos English version is so troll...
Character 6/10
For MAIN characters you have of course Kurosaki Ichigo, Kuchiki Rukia, Ishida Uryuu, Sado Yasutora (AKA CHAD), Inoue Orihime, and although listed as supporting, Abarai Renji. Now there are so many supporting characters, it makes me wanna throw up, but anyways...! Throughout the show these will be the main characters, you'll follow them in their endeavors and see what they're up to.
Now I stated this before, I stated that Bleach relies more on the characters than the story or some other points, and I believe that to be true. I just, I just... I just, I'm so disappointed with how it ended. You see everyone "matures" which is sort of true I guess, you can see Ichigo thinking more before a battle, rather than just going in, (spoiler) he states that he tries to feel what the enemy is feeling through crossing blades. And this is pretty much true for every character, everyone "grows" but its more of a "lets change for the better, with each other, lets change and become strong enough to do this!" Which to say the least is very generic, and to be quite (filthy) frank these "changes" aren't even noticeable, I had to ask someone to point out to me how they changed through out the series... Maybe I'm just too stupid to understand, who knows.
Now there's this thing with people hating on the back story of the arrancars, and I'm not going to lie, I'm almost apart of that hate. But... it's this small character development, that makes up for the story, this bland, predictable story. The backstories are there, not to only give the arrancars more than a name, but to make up for a story lacking in actually being a story. Which is why I'm so happy with how the arrancars developed. Even though the characters weren't executed that well, I'm not really disappointed because I didn't expect many things to get explained in the first place.
The battles are truly amazing in Bleach it's what makes Bleach, Bleach, I can't help but watch a few of the battles over, and over again. And no, not because they are flashy, and colorful and big, but because every little detail has a meaning to it. Every zanpakuto has a name and soul, every flashy skill has a name, I mean just everything has a name and meaning behind it. And the battles really do make up for pretty much everything in Bleach. The characters when they battle are amazing, they change when in battle, and then intensify the battle. Honestly I don't think the fights in Bleach get enough praise.
Even though I'm disappointed with how alll characters ended up, I'm not angry, nor sad about how many characters there were. In fact I actually liked the abundant amount of characters there were. It made the show seem fuller, and believe me, in a (366 - 201) 165 episode anime, where story and plot are lacking, having characters and battles make up for it is better than nothing.
Personal Enjoyment 10/10
Even though it seems as though I must hate Bleach for critiquing it so horribly. Bleach is actually one of my favorite anime's. Not because of characters, or the battles. But for, yes the story (and of course the music). In my eyes, if Bleach was executed better, if it had less time wasters in it, and had a more up beat-slower pace to things, I would've been in love. I wouldn't have put this down, I wouldn't have stopped watching (Ironic, because I didn't anyways)... I thoroughly enjoyed Bleach, because I accepted it for what it is, and it just fits me for what I'm into. There isn't much to say, I just enjoyed Bleach.
Overall 7/10 ( maybe 6.5/10)
Overall I think I'm being lenient on the overall score. Why? Because Story and Character make up pretty much all of the "Overall" score, and personally, Bleach just lacks on both story and characters very heavily. For being 165 episodes long, not having a good story, and not having good characters will literally kill the series... In my eyes, I should have given this a 6, but Bleach did good to cover up its holes in the areas in which it was lacking.
Finishing Notes!
Bleach is an anime that people love, and an anime that people hate. It's an anime where people have mixed feelings for it, an anime that could be worth your time, or it might just waste your time. I sincerely say this, as genuinely as I can as an anime reviewer and watcher... I really can't recommend this anime to anyone, because in my eyes, it's just not good. Personally, I enjoyed this, you might have also, but for those of you who haven't watched Bleach, I can't say whether or not it's worth your time... That I leave up to you!
(Don't let reviews sway how you feel, if you wanna watch something, F reviews.)
Of course, thank you for reading this! ~ Good mourning/night/afternoon everybody ~

Nisekoi, this title makes me wonder, was my love for Nisekoi: fake, or was it not? Well surely it cannot be fake, right?
Before I continue on, if you want a more in depth review then you may skip this read. I will also assume you have watched AT LEAST the first season of this show, and know a little bit of base knowledge for this season so I can "spoil" some of the more obvious stuff.
For those of you who take the time to read this, thank you.
Story 4/10 (Let's dive right into it~)
"Raku and the girls are back! The hunt for the key
...
to his heart and locket continues in the second season of this fan favorite anime series." This was the synopsis, or the outline/summary/plot of the anime that they seem to tell you. But in all seriousness, there really wasn't much to do with the key and the locket in this season. Sure the characters who have a key tell you how they feel, and sure they talk about it, they just don't really capitalize on this point. Which, was a major flaw, and the synopsis sort of, well got my hopes up. The story/plot in this season merely turned into a love fest of needy girls. And the filler episode, just sort of destroyed me, I was not into that episode at all.
The story wasn't much of a story in this season, I mean they did make progress it was just sort of awkward to react to. When I say, "make progress" I meant, "almost no progress."
Sure some episodes were sweet and heart warming, but mean while, others just didn't feel necessary. Overall I was ready for the worst, but really anticipating the best. Story wise I was let down. (Disappointment...)
Art 7/10
I'm not usually too picky when it comes to art. For Nisekoi I'm not that dazzled, but I do have to say that the very bright colorful, in your face color palette was good. The animation was pretty good, I've definitely seen animation like this before.
Nothing that outstanding, but something I liked.
Sound 8/10
I'm also usually not that picky when it comes to sound either. There are a few points that I'm looking for though, like having a nice opening/openings and nice closing/closings. In the first season of Nisekoi I was truly amazed, I fell in love with pretty much every opening and closing that it had to offer. For the second season, that wasn't the case. Still, the sound track was still quite good, and it fit the anime well. Same with the voice acting, all the voices are pretty spot on, I enjoyed listening to them.
In all seriousness the sound is probably the highlight of Nisekoi: .
Character 5/10
When I watch Nisekoi, I love watching for the characters. They aren't THAT unique, but they all have their weirdness's to them, which I adore. When it came to Nisekoi: I felt like they didn't stick true to how the characters were in the first season. Of course, you do have to take to account how the characters feel/act around the MC, after the events of season 1. Which does change how the characters are in Nisekoi: quite dramatically, which was "meh" to me.
While the characters did change, most of them had very little progress made in terms of story. I feel like the show sort of denied progress for characters who needed it, and let characters who didn't need it, get it. They added in some new characters to this season, which I didn't mind, but having characters sort of just "being there" can just be a waste of time. Overall most characters barely made any development and the characters became sort of predictable, and bland. Bland because they sort of just do the same thing or act the same way over and over and over again.
Enjoyment 6/10
I fairly enjoyed Nisekoi:. Once I realized that the show was going to focus more on the character aspect more than the story aspect I sort of realized that I should just enjoy it on how it is. Of course story plays a huge part on enjoyment for me. So when you start to stray from that I also start to stray from that, meaning I end up not focusing on it too much since I know i'll just get my hopes up. Overall my enjoyment was purely based on the characters, sound and art. (Which can be a good thing, but at the same time also a bad thing.)
Final Verdict 5/10
When people say, Nisekoi should be enjoyed for how it is, it should be, I do not disagree on this point. I do agree with people who say, well this season made me sad, since it did make me sad. I was sooooooooooo, disappointed. The quality just dropped, you know when people say, it went "0 to 60 in 2 seconds!" That's sort of how it was for me, except it went from 0 to 60 then steadily back to 0 in a few episodes. The 0 to 60 was season 1, and then the drop to 0 was season 2.
I recommend this to those of you who want laughs, since this series is just funny. But beware that this season of Nisekoi can be highly disappointing, and well just not that good.

Noucome (AKA, Ore no Nounai Sentakushi ga, Gakuen Love Comedy wo Zenryoku de Jama Shiteiru) is something I found out to be quite wonderful. But it does have its kinks. "Wait, wait, wait, if it's wonderful why do you have to go on and hate it, and say "it does have its kinks," HUH!?!"
My answer, well it's down below.
Before I start off I just want to say that if you want a more in depth review for this anime, then please go on ahead and skip this read. I do also expect you to have SOME base knowledge about this before you read it,
...
so I can "spoil" some of the more obvious stuff.
For those of you who actually take the time to read this, thank you.
Story 7/10 (Let's dive right into it~)
The story is something I found out to be quite amusing, for I like to see people fail at life. I don't mean like, "oh wow you died, HAHAHAHAHA!!!" I just like seeing people act stupid, like the rest of you, don't lie to yourself, you do too.
The story was refreshing simply because, as (hopefully) most of us are informed, life is full of choices, and in this anime the creators STRONGLY reinforce this, just in a funny manner. Everything in this that was "choice" based, is pretty much there to make you laugh.
(Spoiler) From an abnormal school life, to coming home to a nice, lovely, sweet, cute, sexy neighbor (KEK); to then choosing that same neighbor, or a cute girl to fall from the sky... in just the first episode the story moves in a good pace.
I just don't understand why there were multiple love interests in a 10 episode anime, I didn't like that, I mean there are really only 3 contestants, in this love thing, but still... Plus to me it just felt like having characters being introduced to mainly just support the leading characters felt unnecessary to me. Characters just "being there" is sort of a waste of time in my opinion.
When the 3 love interests seem to have a moment with the MC, or vice versa, they completely build up the moment, but then end up just making it seem like, "well that just happened, but it's not what should have happened." Yeah one of those moments.
Overall, for this being a 10 episode series, it didn't seem TOOOOO rushed, except for maybe the ending, still quite an "OK" story.
Art 7/10
I'm not usually to picky when it comes to the art aspect. Noucome had a more colorful palette, which fit this show quite well. The animation was pretty en-joyful, a lot of eye candy and fan service, I'm not the hugest fanboi of fan service, for that's what anime these days are turning towards, but I don't mind fan service. Overall, some pretty standard animation, nothing I haven't seen before, and lots of kawaii faces.
Sound 7/10
For sound and music, I'm not too picky when it comes to this stuff either. Although what I do look for are a nice opening/openings and nice closing/closings, if the anime doesn't have these it's not a big deal. Although I honestly thought the opener and closer were mediocre, not too catchy, and they just didn't peak my interest. Although the sound tracks are quite good, the music fits the anime quite well. As for the voices, I thought they all were fit, and suited well. Some of the voices were a bit to high for my liking, but I could deal with it. All in all, pretty good.
Character 7.5/10
I think this is the part of the show that shines most. The characters aren't necessarily "different" when it comes to typing them and comparing them with other characters from other anime, you simply have the standard set of characters, that you would see in any anime like this. I don't want to say that these characters were the best, or just amazing, but they were pretty good. What I liked about this set of characters is that the main characters were all pretty different, and I mean they were all really different. Diversity does wonders when it comes to characters!
I felt like the characters were a bit predictable, at times, almost to the point to where I probably could have guessed what happened, paused, skipped a little bit, and see if I was right.
Again since this was only 10 episodes, I didn't expect too much character development to happen, but just enough development happened for me to sort of feel satisfied. Overall, I was quite happy with the characters.
Enjoyment 9/10
I enjoyed almost, if not very close to all of this show. This show always had scenes that would make me laugh, and just make me smile and think what's going to happen next. Honestly I don't have much more to say other than, there are a lot of misunderstandings in this show, which amused me, and yet made me frustrated. Then I think, "why am I getting so worked up about this?" Because of a certain tsundere, that's why. I honestly hate her.
Final Verdict 7/10 (7.5/10?!)
If I could rate this at a 7.4-7.6 I would. I just feel like giving it an 8 as an overall score is too high. And at the same time I also feel like giving it a 7 is just not doing it justice. The story and plot is amusing and funny, it can also be intriguing at times. And the characters play very well off of this story, I actually liked watching this.
I recommend this to people who want to watch something short, and funny. Something you don't have to invest much thought into afterwards. At the same time you have to be able to take dumb jokes and inappropriate/immature things like a man. Not a bad watch, not an OK watch, but a rather sort of good watch.
~Anime and manga rot minds, just make sure to watch and read anyways.~

Ohhhhhhh, Infinite Stratos! How I loladkv----loveevasfdsa-love-hate this! Okay, I'm just kidding I don't actually hate this show, but I am joking when I say I love it.
Season 1 of this show, was well pretty good. (I'm hesitant on actually writing a review on that season) Not good enough to make me go, "OH MY GOOOOOOODNESSS!!!" But more to the point of, hmm, okay let's just watch season 2 of this show, for poops and gigs.
Before I continue on, if you want someone more experienced, and someone more in depth on this series, go right ahead and skip this read. I do also expect
...
you to have SOME background knowledge so that I can actually, "spoil" some of the more obvious stuff. For those of you who actually read this, thank you.
I have watched 12/12 episodes.
Story 3/10 (Let's dive right into it~)
The story was "decent" not a bad plot, it was sort of "meh." The plot itself doesn't really seem to be going anywhere, for the plot is not really a plot. What I mean by this is, sure the main characters have special missions, there's a group of villains, and yeah they fight and square off with each other to see who is the best, it's just that fan service got in the way. In my honest opinion, everything in this season, felt like it was being brought up too late... Timing is key for a good story. Like the villains being introduced at a good time, but not really doing anything a certain episode/s. And before I go on about the fan service, I just wanted to say that the story takes place right after the events of season 1.
The story and plot got to heavy reliant on the fan service. Now what I really hate about this is that the story was going to be actually pretty good, if you didn't have all this other nonsense going on at the same time. If the creators put in more time and work on the actual story, and got things rolling, instead of making a FULL episode (spoiler, they make an entire episode dumb!), a "Fanserviceode" then things might have been different.
Art 7/10
I'm not usually picky when it comes to animation, but like many anime, Infinite stratos just isn't as good as other anime in it's time. The animation is pretty standard, nothing I haven't seen before. Also with the fight scenes I would have wanted more strategic battles, with cool attacks. Rather than the "BOOM-KA-PAW-WHAM" type of explosion animation.
Sound 7/10
With sound, I'm not that picky either. What I look for in sound, is good opening/s and closing/s. If the show doesn't have these I don't mind, but just make sure to have enough music to not make every scene sound the same. (Which IS did fairly well at.) The music wasn't "amaze-ballzzz" but it was probably the best thing about this anime. They didn't really change some of the osts from the first season, which bothered me, because some of them were bad and made the scene a bit awkward. But at the same time some of the music just fits the show to well, for it not to be in there. The voice actors did a nice job also, no complaints on this end. Although, sometimes I just cringe.
Character 2/10
When I watch anime, I look at the characters and say, "is that someone I can sort of relate to, or even just hang around with?" Because for me anime is an escape from my daily life. So when Infinite Stratos made these characters, I got pretty mad, and then just straight up bored. These characters are ALL so one-sided and predictable, AND cliche. You have the dumb MC, and his harem, not much more to say here...
Like I've stated before this show became HIGHLY dependent on the fan service aspect, so when that happened, the characters all went to poo. There was almost no character development at all for the old season 1 characters, and for the new main season 2 characters, the character development was more like 30% development and 70% fan service. Overall, for the character part of the anime, I got bored, I stopped paying attention when the dumb fan service parts happened, and well I even wanted to skip a certain episode...
Enjoyment 4/10
Okay from what I've been stating, this anime looks grim, hella grim. Don't get me wrong, it is hella bad, but that doesn't really mean I didn't enjoy this anime. Actually this anime got a couple laughs from me, in some scenes I actually smiled and hoped for something good to happen. (KEK) It's just that story/plot and character is all I truly enjoy, sure when it comes down to the nitty-gritty, I love the art and the sound too. But when you strip the 2 main aspects away from me, I feel like this isn't good anymore, it's just there. Sure I enjoyed it, but to a very, very, very limited extent.
Final Verdict 3/10
In all honesty I was actually pretty hyped up for this season, seemingly only to be disappointed. When you ask me or someone asks me, "eyyyy, you know any good anime with lots of fan service??" I'll simply just reply with, "Watch IS." Because that's all Infinite Stratos is, fan service. I'm disappointed because the first season, wasn't this terrible, it was actually quite OK. I simply just hate anime that lose face, and do not use any of its potential and waste it.
I strongly do not recommend this, there are plenty of others that can fill this ones place. But I guess if you are into harems with dumb MC's then this is for you. If you like cat fights with kawaii faces, then this is for you,

First off i'll just say that, well I stopped this one short, I just couldn't handle it. I can force myself to finish off an anime, even if I do not like that anime, but for this one I just couldn't. Even if their clothes do get ripped off in almost every scene.
I wrote this, from watching the first season, to watching this season up until episode 10, hopefully you did the same, but actually finished this season.
If you want an actual review with the reviewer actually watching all of it (12/12 ep.) then feel free to skip this. For those of
...
you who actually take the time to read this, thank you.
Story 5/10 (Well let's just dive right into it~)
I simply just did not like the story plot in this season, at all. First they tell you where they are and why they are there, sort of, but I don't understand the sudden, weird, awkward switch of settings from season 1, for I liked the school life... Anyways, probably the biggest reasons why I found Freezing Vibrations story to be so, "meeehhhhh" is simple. (spoiler) They somehow found a way to sort of forcefully bring Satellizer's past back into this season. Whiiich I wouldn't have minded, if not for the, smooth yet very, very, very awkward transition into it. What I mean by that is, you're going to just let the lead characters go off into their own world, right in the middle of the story??? That honestly just blew my mind, plus I felt like Satellizer's past was rushed and not thought of carefully. Okay, I'm probably being a bit rough on this, (already...) but don't get me wrong I did enjoy watching the tidbits of good story to Freezing. If they would have made the characters face the actual problems at hand, and not have so many little side details that didn't matter come up and in the way, the story would have been much, much better.
Art 6/10
I'm not usually too knit-picky when it comes to art, but Freezing doesn't come up to par with some of the other anime from it's year/years. Overall standard animation.
Sound 6/10
For sound, I'm usually not to picky either. There are a few points I'm looking for, a nice opening/s and ending/s. If the anime doesn't have these I don't mind, but if I hear the same ost for a few scenes over I do get a bit annoyed. Freezing did fine when it came to that. Also, the voice acting was quite, "OK" I liked the sound of their voices a majority of the time.
Character 3/10
"Why such a low score for this!?!?" Is what a friend of mine said, and here is what I had to say. In Freezing Vibration, they spent FAR too much time on the small, supporting, never to be seen again characters. I would have liked to see some more character development on the characters from season 1, you know the ones who won't die off. And I do say that the main Heroines, did get some attention, but honestly it's not the type of attention I wanted. When the characters "grew" closer together, I just felt super awkward, like AWKOTACO awkward. Satellizer is the main bad-ass in this series, I just felt like she got weak, (spoiler, she did) and seeing a main heroine go bipolar all over the place is sort of distorting.
The overall fighting was pretty good, I get a bit confused on what they are saying from time to time, but the individual characters are good at stating the facts about themselves and the current battle situation.
The characters, to me just... They felt so one-sided, not fake but on the verge of just being to predictable. Even if the main characters did get more time, I feel like it would be for nothing, since from the start, they were sort of brought up, only to just "be there."
Enjoyment 4/10
It's not like I didn't enjoy Freezing Vibration, it's just that saying, "I like this season!" Is too far fetched. Granted the clothes randomly ripping did make me laugh out loud from time to time, but less of that and more on things that actually mattered would have been great. I mean especially since they want you to sort of take this series seriously, but how can you and I take a battle serious when we see boobies everywhere? My enjoyment for this season would have been higher if the plot and the character's weren't so predictable, cliche and awkward. Seeing on how I just randomly dropped this on episode 10. Probably means that I just lost all interest in it. Honestly I'm being a bit nice on this end. The only thing that kept me going stronk, was Satellizer.
Final Verdict 4.
I don't really recommend this to anyone, unless you're into ecchi and just want to watch a bunch of girls fight. From the first season to the second (this one) season there was a huge drop of detail and work done on the story and the characters. Not a horrendous watch, but plenty out there that can fill this ones place.
