This anime is a band nerd's dream.
After watching K-On! and loving it immensely, I felt it was only right to try out more band anime. And boy am I glad I did. This anime is now one of my all-time favorites.
Story - 9
Yeah, it's an average "let's prepare for the huge competition where we're the underdogs" plot, but it's done right. I found myself cheering for the characters out loud during the competition episode, which is something I don't think I've ever done before when watching any sort of anime/movie.
Sound- 10
